O piso do alojamento tem melhro aspecto do que o prédio e rua. A luz atrás da televisão não desliga, o que incomodou durante a noite.

Renovated room. Coffee in the room. They let me checkin at 1pm. That was great.

The property is in the market area, so might not be for everybody.

The host is super helpful, went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Knowing how to use the lockbox, never used one before, should have question when booked as to familiarity with a lockbox, and if not, to have instructions on how to use, since that is the most important access to get into the building in a questionable surrounding. Also, the shower fills up with water and is draining as it should. May need to be un-clogged.

L’immeuble et l’ascenseur ne donnent pas une bonne image. La douche est complètement ouverte sur la salle de bain et mouille tout. Ménage à revoir.

Room was small though very clean and comfortable. Was a little interesting getting into the property due to the locks and codes but once in very happy with the room. Cleaning each day was a bonus. The location was close walking distance to everything with good shopping and restaurants close by.

Everything were comfortable . You can walk within 5 to 10 min almost to every tourists famouse places . Omounia metro stations is about 7 min walk the same to monastiraki . Satish the guy who work there was the very nice and helpful person . I really recommend this apartment .

Το δωματιο ηταν πολύ ωραίο για δυο άτομα και αρκετά φωτεινο λόγω του παραθυρού που διέθετε , καθώς και σκοτεινό οταν χρειαζόταν , αφου είχε πολύ καλές black out κουρτίνες. Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρα και περιποιημένα και το παιδί που ήταν υπευθυνος για το δωματιο ήταν πολύ καλός και ευγενικός. Είχαμε πολύ καλη και άμεση επικοινωνία χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Επιπλέον, ήταν στον 7ο όροφο το δωμάτιο πραγμα πολύ θετικό διασφαλίζοντας έτσι την ησυχία, αφού λόγω του κέντρου την ημέρα έχει αρκετή κίνηση και κόσμο στους δρόμους .Οταν ξαναεπισκεφτώ την Αθήνα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα.

Το μόνο που θα ήθελα παραπάνω είναι να υπήρχει κλειδί στην πορτα του δωματίου, ώστε να μπορούμε να κλειδωσουμε για μία εξτρα ασφάλεια. Παρ ολα αυτα ήταν απλα μία δική μου προτίμηση οχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο που να μας ενοχλήσει και να μας ταλαιπωρησει κατα τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα.

okolina nam se nikako nije dopala, malo je sve zastrasujuce, imalo je cudnjaka koji su nas pratili. soba je inace okej i cijena. Elenita nam je izasla u susret, mogli smo spontano produziti boravak.

The room is so clean and has a nice view of the market area. Also, because it is on the seventh floor it is fairly quiet. Air-conditioning works perfectly. The host was so great to work with and helped me and my wife with some special assistance that we needed.

Really nothing. It is a little difficult to find as the entrance is in the middle of a open air market, but the owners directions and pictures of the entrance were very helpful. Definitely try to access the property at daytime as it may be hard to find at night

A lakásban a design felülírta a funkciót: 1. nincsenek éjjeliszekrények 2. nincs konnektor a tükör közelében a hajszárításhoz/ borotválkozáshoz 3. A tiszta üveg zuhanykabin balesetveszélyes: lányom lefejelte, fájdalmas volt. 4. Zuhanyozás után a wc is úszott

My score of absolute 10 tells it all. We like the location, facility, and condition of the apartment. With extra helps to find the place from hotel staff . We did not have wifi to contact the staff but with helps from staff on site, we are able to check in effectively.

החדר עצמו נקי ברמות הגודל שלו מושלם עיצוב מודרני ויפה. אבל הבניין עצמו ישן נורא המעלית מפחידה ברמןת הבניין ממש לא מזמין.

המיקום של הדירה ממש קרוב לארמו ולומנסטירקי ממש מרחק הליכה אבל! הריח פשןט בלתי נסבל הדירה ממוקמת מעל שוק ממש צמוד לדוכן נקניקים הבעיה האמיתית היא שיוצאים לכיוון המקומות המרכזיים שזה פעמיים ביום שיוצאים מהחדר ושחוזרים ממנו יש ליד חנות דגים כלכך מסריחה שהקאתי פעמיים כבר מהריח זה פשוט נורא.

Spacious room, centrally located and super clean. Rooms are on the 7th floor so you dont hear the street noise. Self check in and communication with the host was easy

La foto della stanza è veritiera, arrivi e non ti aspetti nulla di simile e invece bellissima, la posizione dire ottima è davvero poco.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, y decorada con gusto. La ubicación es muy buena, a menos de 10 minutos a pie de Monastiraki y otros puntos de interés. Llegamos a Atenas a las 3 de la mañana, y recibimos instrucciones precisas para el check in y no tuvimos ningún problema. Además, sentimos la zona muy segura

Quizás el baño es poco privado si no viajas en pareja, aunque no es un gran inconveniente

The property is newly remodeled. Everything is modern and fresh. The mattress is very comfortable and firm. Located on the market. Short walking distance to the Monastiraki metro station and all the archaeological sites.

The room was newly renovated with excellent bedding, towels, TV etc. it's close to a lot of the major attractions and restaurants. The comms were great as well.

The room was a lot smaller than expected, making it hard for us to open both suitcases at the same time. The bathroom renovation could be better- loose taps, shower water going everywhere etc. I didn't love the see through door to the toilet/bathroom, but I do like total privacy when using the facilities.

The bathroom was very clean and every day came a person for clean the room. The built is very safety!

The location was really good

The lift was broken. Flat on seventh floor. Up windy staircase with no lights on some floors. Difficult to carry suitcases up the stairs. Flat was dirty inside, clearly had not been cleaned for some time. Would not recommend. No fire escape from the building. Poor accommodation, but a high price

- no regular cleaning, meaning no new towels - shower drain was clogged from the beginning, they fixed it the next day which was good but made us doubt cleanliness - the vault/locker was locked and staff did not share the key code with us even after requesting - quite uncomfortable bed/mattress, felt broken with the amount it bent on the sides - noisy, no insulation towards the hallway. Meaning you can hear the other rooms. Unfortunately there was a couple that had a very loud and long fight and we heard it all - no key to lock the room door, meaning only a flimsy electronic lock kept the door closed

The location

After a few days, we realized that there was no cleaning service in the rooms of the hotel. Since there is no reception, I've had to contact booking to ask for cleaning and new towels. They said it's like Airbnb apartments without a cleaning service (so why do you call yourself a hotel?). No one informed us in advance that that's the way this hotel operates. In addition, there was a plumbing issue, and the entire bathe was flooded. It was fixed after I context the booking customer service. The walls at this hotel are all made from gypsum so you can hear all the other guests from the neighbor's room.

The room was decent. 🤷‍♀️ shower was nice. Bonus points for giant towels. Close (walking distance) to the city center and main attractions.

The building was very dingy. The room codes are not secure and trezor did not work. There was no cleaning service. Bed was not too comfortable.

The room was in excellent condition. It is also located in a very convenient area (right next to the markets and tourist attractions). The owner (?) responded very quickly to my messages.

The room was slightly smaller than expected. The room code given to me was quite simple and I was wondering if the patterns were the same for all the rooms, which made me quite nervous as other hotel guests could easily enter my room if it were true. I wish they used a bit different code for each room so that other hotel guests wouldn't guess one for other rooms.

The owner was very helpful, allowed us to early check-in and, later check out. The room was pleasant, AC was working well, very clean. Location was very central.

Building is indeed very old. Elevator sometimes doesn't work. We had to climb 7 stairs once. I would say that the biggest issue is that, elevator needs to be changed. It's very well located, close to the center but at the same time right in the street of bazar, so entrance of the building isn't so pleasant.

The room was cozy, nice and tidy. The location is great.

The entrance during the night is not the best there is - it’s at the smaller, darker street. We had a room where was a door to another room and i guess it makes it not that soundproofed. When the neighbors came in, it was impossible to sleep as it sounded like they were in the same room with you.

The lift is a little unnerving and stuck between floors on one occasion (luckily I wasn’t on it at the time). The predictable code system doesn’t feel the most secure and might be something that needs attention. The glass door and windows to the en-suite don’t offer much in the way of privacy (which wasn’t an issue for me as I was staying alone) but for couples / friends it might be.

It is very closed to the popular location. It takes 10 min to walk popular places.

The building is very old, there was no light in the elevator.

We were staying there for 3 nights and I must say that I am very satisfied with our choice. The room was ready an hour before our check-in time, which was convenient for us. It was perfectly clean, and the bed was very comfortable as well the pillows. There was a shampo, conditioner, and shower gel, which is not very common, so we didn't have to buy any of that. The location is close to most of the main attractions. We were walking everywhere.

The accomodation is perfect for short-term stays given the exceptional situation; view from the room on Athens is amazing. Despite being close to the Central Market, the place is very quiet. 5min from Monastirki station, 12min from Syntagma square. Excellent communication with the person in charge.

The elevator had no light and nobody came to fix it.

I didn't feel safe as a woman travelling by myself. The entrance to the property is located right within a busy market and the front door was frequently left open. The hotel operates by self check in and the key lockers often are very easily accessible or didn't have the codes changed. Also the doors to all the hotel rooms are basically accessible to all guests.

The building was very dirty and scary. The stairway is not lit and the elevator had no lights inside. The drain in the shower did not work very well. Had to keep turning the shower off as it would overfill.

There was no lights in the lift and sometimes thw lift did not work so it was diffulicult to get to the 7th floor. I was doimg my pray when entering the lift.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Is there room for improvement? Sure, but make no mistake, if you are looking for an Airbnb to stay in, in Athens, THIS IS IT! Book it! Seal of approval.
