Le dimensioni dell’appartamento sembravano dalle foto più grandi, tuttavia per un soggiorno di pochi gg non risultano un grosso problema. Il bagno in camera è piccolissimo , non c’è una mensola per appoggiare il necessario e quindi un po’ scomodo .

We did experience an issue with the water heater, but Lucas, our host, was extremely attentive and quickly resolved the situation by upgrading us to a larger room, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The location was excellent close to the charm of the neighborhood, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance of many of Rome's main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Otelde kesinlikle internet hizmeti alamadık. Tuvalet ve banyo çok küçüktü. Tanıtım görsellerindekiyle alakası yoktu. Lavabo ayrı yerdeydi ve sürekli yere su damlatıyordu.

Need to have keys with you to get out of the apartment and operate the elevator, which gets complicated when you have a family of four that may want to come and go at different times. Friday night was noisy due to a club nearby thumping bass. Had to wedge some s hooks to keep the shutter closed to keep out light

Não gostei do prédio. As escadas são de difícil locomoção e o elevador muito pequeno. Senti falta de panos na cozinha. Algo para limpar o chão.

Unica pecca scale molto ripide ma è presente comunque l'ascensore fino al 3 piano quindi rimane solo una rampa di scale da fare.

Loud at night until 0200 due to a bar around the corner with loud music/cheering which isn’t preventable unfortunately. Very uncomfortable bed- mattress topper would greatly help! Also a clothes drying rack would be beneficial

L’habitació millorable i el “bany”, sense plat de dutxa (la pica de lavabo era a l’habitació i el bany consistia en sanitari i dutxa en un mateix espai) i quasi arriba l’aigua a l’habitació. Millorable també la netedat de terra i rajoles.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The location is nice, and the hotel is fine, the staff was nice in texting us on whatsapp, though idk what would happen if we did not have whatsapp - as its not normal to have in Denmark. The aircon was very nice to have. the room was ready already 13.00, which was nice. We liked the bed.
We have the double bed room from picture 137 (this might change) - But what you cant see on the picture is the big water heater hanging next to the bed, it has a very bight light that lit up the room at night. The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet bowl could be cleaner, there was ants in the room.. futhermore small things as nowhere to place the soap when washing hands, the toilet paper was on the trash can, the sink was in the beadroom so you have to slide open the door with dirty hands (hope they clean it). -- these are all small things that are simple to fix, but gives a unpleasent feeling. Lastly on booking.com we requested two sheets/duvet's but only got one, they never responded to the request.

J’avais demandé à l’établissement si il y avait un ascenseur pour personne à mobilité réduite. Très compliqué de monter dans l’ascenseur pour une personne personne à mobilité réduite. Plusieurs petites marches à monter avant d’accéder à l’ascenseur. Il manque cruellement une bouilloire et également la douche à revoir car très compliqué d’y accéder.

Tratare de hacer crítica constructiva , teniendo en cuenta que lo que voy a observar , no requiere demasiado esfuerzo ni gasto Primero que nada hay un lugar en común con refrigerador , pero solicitamos un hervidor eléctrico y nos dijeron que no, una pena porque con 10 euros solucionan una crítica que le hacen muchos. El tv y el secador de pelo. ..de juguete es poco decir.. o ponen uno mejor o directamente no pongan . Detalles , como dos tasas diferentes...para que si no hay nada ..más vale dos vasos y una botella de agua . Por último y esto si me pareció una cuestión de atención, llegamos, si bien nos adelantaron el ingreso a la habitación, justo llovía y no nos dejaron entrar , esperamos en la calle cuando veo que en el Hall había un buen sillón y espacio para poder hacerlo, intendenible. Creo que con muy poco pueden mejorar montón las críticas , porque las leí y todos coinciden . Mientras no modifiquen eso. .realmente no volvería.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Very clean, comfortable bed, with fresh fluffy towels. The central location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic city. A few minutes walk to Piazza Navona and only a 15 minute to the Vatican. Luca, our host gave clear and precise, entry and leaving instructions.
The shower wasn’t the best, but plenty of hot water.

There’s nothing I didn’t like but pay attention to your messages with Luca as there are certain steps to complete before you get your key code. We found someone booked in the hotel waiting outside who didn’t send their details so didn’t have a way of getting in . Also bring ear plugs you may need them

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Wir konnten trotz früherer Ankunft auf das Zimmer. Der Austausch mit dem Betreiber war leider nur über WhatsApp aber immer zum Austausch, zur Not, erreichbar gewesen. Die Lage war sehr zentral( man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen).
Nicht gefallen hat uns die Klappbetten im zweiten Zimmer, nicht bequem nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Die Abdichtungen der Dusche, sollten definitiv neu gemacht werden. Das wurde vor Ort am letzten Tag an den Betreiber auch mitgeteilt.

Sorry to say it is extremely basic, if you are happy with basics - not like a normal air bnb/booking accommodation. Limited plug sockets, bed very firm and creeks a lot, dark room(one small wall light in each room), had two small lamps but one didn’t work, wifi non existent and could hear people chatting and moving around the the other rooms and hall way.

La qualité du lit était décevante pour un établissement noté 7,8/10 : on sentait les ressorts dans le dos, ce qui rendait difficile de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. La "douche à l'italienne" présentée sur les photos ne correspondait pas à la réalité. La propreté de la douche laissait à désirer : la plupart des joints étaient noirs et moisis.

Влизаше се на етажа само с асансьор с ключ,вратата на стълбите е заключена и няма осигурен ключ за нея,ако стане пожар или угасне тока.Беше много клаустрофобично,банята бе 60см широка на 2 метра дълга,мивката беше във стаята до спалнята.Предполагам,че бяхме настанени в тази стая заради краткия престой от два дни,защото другите стай от снимките изглеждат супер.

O fato de para entrar na suíte ter que sempre passar por dentro de outro quarto foi estranho, não havia percebido isso nas fotos e foi incômodo, pois estávamos em dois casais e tirava um pouco a privacidade de ambos. O local de banho da suíte, onde tem o box era muito pequeno, a ponto de incomodar.

Хигијена је на изузетно лошем нивоу, имали смо мало дужи боравак, али би заправо требало да нам нуде бар средства за чишћење када већ неће сами. Накупи се прашина. ВЦ смрди на канализацију. Постоји заједничка кухиња, али нема никаквог прибора (тањири, виљушке, ножеви). Нема особље које ради да можеш да им се јавиш (додуше, били су ажурни на телефону да ти кажу да не могу да помогну било који захтев да је у питању).
