The hotel was dirty, and many of the facilities and appliances were old and in poor condition, making them difficult or impossible to use.

La ubicación es excepcional, sin embargo, el costo es elevado y las estancias son muy regulares. Aunque es cómodo y seguro y el personal es muy amable! :)

La limpieza no era la mejor y tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación ya que la primera no contaba con aire acondicionado ni funcionaba el agua. Sin embargo, la actitud para cambiarnos fue muy amable y la comunicación también lo fue :)

Leider wurde Seife und WC Papier nicht nachgefüllt und musste von uns geholt werden. Es ist altes Hotel wo einiges gemacht werden muss. Es war nicht so gereinigt wie wir es gewohnt sind.

The location only.

Facilities and rooms are outdated. The photos shown are misrepresented. The only chair provided even with stains on it which is horrible. The toilet flush is terrible, toilet papers were not flushed away for most of the time, we need to use the rubbish bin to collect water to pour into the toilet to flush them away properly. Also, the hairdryer was not functioning well, it’s overheat easily (just 1 mins on) and then stops working right away. Asked to fix it or replace it by a portable one, not being heard for the first day, said the technician checked and it works, of course it works but only for a min or 50 seconds and it stops working again. I have my wet hair sleep for two entire nights until I beg for a portable one to survive. The reception only opens until 9pm which we only knew it the day after booked. If you’ve got some problems with the accommodation after 9pm, no one is gonna help you with. This is not a ‘hotel’ indeed.

The placement of the hotel is perfect, decorations are lovely and even when the building is old, it's functional and makes live a charming Roman experience.

There was a problem when discharging the toilets. Also there was a lack of electricity during some short hours at night, but it wasn't a hotel's fault to be fair.

O hotel foi perfeito para nós. Estava próximo de diversos pontos de ônibus que levavam você a qualquer lugar de Roma. Os funcionários sempre super educados e prestativos. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente no quarto. Custo benefício muito bom, ainda mais em Roma. Não é servido café da manhã, mas na recepção possuem um espacinho que eles disponibilizam café, água, biscoitos..coisas simples mas que fazem grande diferença. Cama ok, banheiro ok também. A água da torneira era possível beber, então é um gasto a menos na viagem

Friendly and hospitable staff, made me feel very welcome and helped me with all my needs for my stay. Took their time with me as it was my first time in Rome, checked in throughout to make sure I was settled and made my whole stay a lovely experience. Building is beautiful, rustic and charming, with fabulous art, furniture and details. Great location, very central!

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The location is topnotch it is in walking distance of the most of the tourist attractions. Very sage to walk around even at night.

La ducha del baño está rota, tiene fugas por todas partes y cuando llegamos a la habitación el plato de la ducha tenía pelos. La persiana también estaba rota y no bajaba. Además, el aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido. Las trabajadoras son muy amables y atentas. Si queréis un sitio simplemente para dormir y usar el baño, está bien, pero hay sitios en Roma más baratos que merecen más la pena.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ottimale vicino al Vaticano e al centro storico di Roma. Il quartiere Prati l'ho trovato molto sicuro, sempre affollato almeno fino 22:30 ora che rientravamo in hotel e molto ben illuminato con molti buoni ristornati e pizzerie anche vicino. La stanza del nostro hotel era un po' vecchietta ma valutando il rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottimo.

The location is amazing, two blocks away from Piazza Cavour and like 10 min walking from Castel Sant'Angelo. Near lots of restaurants, supermarkets and there are two nearby bus stop for convenient movement in the city and to the train stations. The hotel is well-kept, my room was quite comfy: A/C worked perfectly, bathroom was of a good size, had a desk to work more and the mini-fridge had complementary water.

Water pressure wasn't amazing but otherwise a good stay.

La habitación se encontraba a 400 metros del hotel. El edificio estaba muy antiguo y la puerta principal daba poca seguridad. La habitación tenia todo los enchufes descolgados y el mobiliario muy antiguo.

The hotel is ideally located; the room (single) is simple but has everything necessary. The hotel shows signs of wear, but you don't go to Rome just to sit in the hotel. The bed linen and towels are clean, the ceilings are high, there is a nice view from the window, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The reviews here are worse than the reality. The staff is very nice, and free snacks and coffee are available near the reception all day long. The A/C is sufficiently powerful. Overall it's a good budget choice.

El hotel está bien. Tienen algunos problemas con las instalaciones pero nada grave. El personal es muy muy amable.

Tudo velho, as paredes todas partidas e sujas, o hotel está degradado. O primeiro quarto que nós deram cheirava mal, estava cheio de água no chão, tinha a retrete toda suja. O segundo já só cheirava mal e tinha o teto todo estragado, a casa de banho inqualificável.

Location was very good.. I found the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the price was good for center of Rome.It wasnt lavish but the price reflects that.. But all in all.it was good.

La ubicación era lo único salvable

Prácticamente nada. La habitación no era la que yo había reservado ,al menos la que aparecía en las fotos de la opción que yo elegí. El ascensor daba muy mala sensación ya que era viejísimo y parecía caerse a pedazos. La limpieza era terrible ya que no limpiaban la habitación completa . Y la luz natural era nula. Directamente no existía. La ducha era pésima y el agua salía fatal.

Hotel in un palazzo storico di Roma, in posizione strategica, a dieci minuti a piedi da (quasi) tutto. Camere sufficientemente insonorizzate verso l'esterno, essendo comunque il quartiere tranquillo. Staff gentile e disponibile. Acqua omaggio nel frigobar e piccoli snack e bevande a disposizione la mattina nell'area della reception. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Stanze essenziali, sicuramente da rimodernare, un po' trascurate (basterebbe davvero poco per renderle migliori). Qualche disattenzione nel servizio, più o meno prontamente risolto dallo staff, che comunque è sempre stato disponibile. Pulizia accettabile, ma con qualche svista evidente.

Para nada fue bueno el alojamiento. Fue pésimo. Nos mandaron a una habitación fuera del hotel como un anexo. Al entrar a la habitación era tétrica. Vieja. Nos ubicamos en la presunta habitación, dejamos las maletas y se dejó el aire prendido y cuando regresamos a las 4 hrs eso era un horno. Pedimos a la recepcionista que nos cambiara de habitación y nos dijo que no podía. Como íbamos a dormir allí con una temperatura en verano tan alta. Después de luchar, pedir una solución, llegó un muchacho colombiano y nos dijo que nos iba a cambiar a otra habitación. En esta otra habitación servía el aire pero el internet no servía en la habitación 108. Pues nos cobraron una diferencia de precio.

Todo fue horrible. No hay personal en la noche y queda uno a la deriva. Deben ponerle un poco de remodelación, pintura, cambio de colchones.

Para empezar, llegamos por la noche por lo que ya no había recepción, nos dieron unas indicaciones confusas sobre donde estaría nuestra llave (nos costó encontrarlas) y cuando las encontramos vimos un sobre ABIERTO con las llaves y el número de habitación. Muy peligroso. Al llegar la habitación, muy descuidada. Armario diminuto lleno de polvo y mal olor. Paredes sucias y con pintadas. Vater sucio, raíles de la placa de ducha sucias y llena de óxido. La cisterna sonaba cada rato sin parar y el aire acondicionado tenía un sonido muy fuerte también. Al día siguiente, cuando volvimos a la habitación por la noche nos la encontramos ABIERTA. Como no tienen servicio de recepción no pudimos contactar con nadie del hotel para pedir explicaciones. Al día siguiente hablamos con un chico en recepción muy amable y atento. En conclusión, lo único que merece la pena es el personal y la ubicación que es buenísima pero en general, no recomiendo

My shoes were stolen from inside my bag while they were stored at reception. The same thing happened to another guest while we were there - their shoes were stolen from inside their room. The staff did absolutely nothing to help ajd said it was out of their control - despite the fact that it must have been a member of their staff whole stole the tmitems. The bed we were given was also a "double bed" but really just 2 aingles which widened with a big gap between thrm during the night. Terrible stay

La ubicación, esta serca de todo.

La cama era incomoda. El aire hacia mucho ruido, estaba roto, igualmente las personas a cargo respondieron muy bien y enseguida ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitaccion. Es una queja más bien al hotel, no al servicio que siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros a pesar qje nos quedabamos solo 1 noche.

La ubicación del hotel fue excelente, justo al lado del Castel Sant’Angelo, lo que hizo que fuera muy fácil recorrer la ciudad y llegar a varios de los principales lugares turísticos. La zona era muy linda y tranquila, y además había restaurantes y cafés cerca. También fue muy cómodo poder moverse caminando desde el hotel hacia otros puntos de interés.

El ascensor era un poco pequeño.

attention à la mauvaise adresse du batiment d'accueil donnée sur la réservation ; il faut s'arreter avant dans un autre batiment au 1er étage pour la réception ; donc prévoir votre dépose en taxi et vos valises au batiment de réception au risque de faire le chemin avec vos valises; prévoir des escaliers avant accès ascenseur ; chambre au mobilier désuet et armoire assez peu utilisable; une seule prise électrique dans la pièce ; les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas ni le réfrigérateur ; le réfrigérateur a été réparé dans la journée où nous l'avons signalé ; en revanche les toilettes sont restées en l'état ; nous avons dû durant notre séjour remplir d'eau la poubelle et la verser dans la cuvette à chaque usage des toilettes pour permettre l'évacuation.

Otelin konumu güzeldi çoğu yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Lobi de espresso ve atıstırmalık ikramı vardi. Çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Oda da mini dolap vardi ve yatak rahattı.

Klima fazla gürültülüydü, odalardaki esyaların eski olması sorun degil fakat dolapların üstü ve yerlerde fazla toz vardi

Kettle was disgusting. Reception wasn’t open 24/7 so hard to get assistance. Fridge in the room was not cooling the drinks. Shower gel in the shower was very watery. The floor had a little dip so was a hazard.

Nada! Malísima la atención, carísimo por lo que era la habitación. Tenías que caminar de un hotel al otro para buscar la recepción, la cual la atención malísima, no te solucionaban los problemas. Llegamos a las 01 am y tuvimos problema, llamabas y nadie respondía. Desastre que no tengan recepción de noche, una vergüenza . No recomiendo esto.

The staff cleaned everyday while we were outside the hotel, and the reception staff was amazing..There was one girl with blonde hair, she is so kind we really liked her..Others on the reception were also really kind and helpful!

Furniture is old, the photos from Booking are taken 11 years ago..We came expecting what we saw at the photos, but it was not. You really need a refresh of the furniture.

Boa localização e ótimo atendimento da Noemi, mas com algumas ressalvas No geral, gostamos do Hotel Sant’Angelo, especialmente pela excelente localização. A região é muito boa, tranquila e fica próxima à parte mais central de Roma, incluindo o Pantheon e diversos restaurantes. Também conseguimos estacionar nosso carro durante os três dias bem em frente ao hotel, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente a recepcionista Noemi, que foi extremamente atenciosa, prestativa e proativa. Ela nos ajudou muito e ainda indicou ótimos restaurantes. O atendimento dela foi realmente excepcional. Entretanto, com outras atendentes tivemos alguns problemas relacionados à demora no atendimento. Outro ponto que nos pegou de surpresa foi o fato de nossa acomodação ficar em um prédio separado, localizado a aproximadamente 100 metros da recepção. Não havíamos compreendido claramente essa informação no momento da reserva, e isso nos causou certa sensação de insegurança. O quarto também era bastante pequeno. Por outro lado, a parte interna do prédio separado era bonita, moderna e bem cuidada. O ar-condicionado funcionava melhor do que na parte antiga do hotel, onde o aparelho fazia um barulho muito forte. Como sugestão de melhoria, seria importante instalar uma fechadura com senha funcional na porta que dá acesso ao corredor dos apartamentos do prédio separado. Isso aumentaria bastante a sensação de segurança dos hóspedes. Apesar dessas ressalvas, tivemos uma boa experiência, principalmente pela localização, pela tranquilidade da região e pelo atendimento sensacional da Noemi.

Não gostamos da demora no atendimento por parte de algumas recepcionistas, do quarto bastante pequeno e do fato de a acomodação ficar em outro prédio, a cerca de 100 metros da recepção, algo que não estava claro para nós na reserva. Isso gerou certa insegurança, principalmente porque a porta de acesso ao corredor dos apartamentos não possuía uma senha funcional. Além disso, na parte antiga do hotel, o ar-condicionado fazia um barulho muito forte.

L’accoglienza

La camera era arredata con mobili vecchi, bagno molto piccolo e scomodo,crepa nel lavello,rumorosa aria condizionata non si riusciva a dormire e soprattutto la camera proprio in un altro palazzo non e’ per nulla comodo poiché avrei preferito il contrario. Armadio da sostituire poiché puzzava etc. Chiave scomoda da portare dietro. Mi spiace perché le ragazze alla reception sono state super gentili e professionali, mi auguro possano riferire per un restauro della struttura.

Lo staff e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check-in. La zona ci è piaciuta e offre anche diversi locali in cui fare colazione, pranzo o cena.

In camera era presente un bollitore ma non aveva l'adattatore per la presa elettrica e non aveva nemmeno una presa elettrica vicino...impossibile usarlo. Altra nota negativa l'ascensore dell'edificio in cui ci sono le dependance: strettissimo e poco sicuro, si è anche bloccato.

호텔결제금액의 오류가있어 조치를 부탁하였으나 마지막 날 비행기 시간이있어 일단 귀국하며 조치를 요청하였으나 벌써 3개월이나 지나가는데 아직 회신없음. booking.com 측에 이의를 제기하여는데도 회신없기는 마찬가지.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de todo , con una parada de bus al lado por donde pasas los buses que van hacia la zona céntrica. El hotel es cómodo y bonito. La atención por parte de recepción de 10. Además dejan café y pastitas en la habitación de bienvenida. En recepción también tienen una zona con café y zumos.

L’hôtel jouit d’un très bon emplacement, qui permet de joindre à pied les principaux sites touristiques (le Vatican, le centre historique de Rome, etc.). Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et réactif.

L’établissement mérite une rénovation générale afin de le mettre au goût du jour.

This a boutique hotel, half residential and half hotel. The reception area closes at 8pm. There is no emergency number to call. We were not notified There was a 2nd building about a block away. We got back very late and did not know about the 2nd building and we're stuck out on the street. This was a nightmare. It is also too far the the site, spent a fortune in taxi fares.

Inform the guests the reception area closes atv8 pm. Needs better air conditioning.
