Reviewed Feb 24, 2025The place is dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Dust and cockroaches. Doesn't smell good at all. Location is also a problem. Not easily accessible. In the midst of residential tenants.
We arrived at 21h00 in the evening, no rush on cleaning, but it wasn't welcoming. The cupboards and fan were dusty, and the bathroom had hair all over in the shower and seats. Towels didn't smell fresh. The last thing you want is to enter the room and feel and smell that other guests just left.

Throws and blankets were dirty. It was raining and chilly, and I needed a throw to cover myself on the couch, but it was dirty and had an off smell.

Reviewed Feb 14, 20252nd visit just a week or so after the first. Spacious well equipped close to shops and restaurants and short drive from the airport. Nellie is very helpful and always responds quickly.
Entry and exit is quite a process but that is to ensure the complex is kept secure so a good thing.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2024From the instructions provided to checking into the place the experience was great. The apartment itself was absolutely impeccable, morden, extremely neat and comfortable. The couches was stunning and oh so comfortable. The beds was absolutely heavenly and the thoughtfulness of having a winter blanket and a heater was an added benefit and touch. We fell in love with this apartment and will definitely be back. Nelly the host was amazing even when we had to call her really late to get more codes. Thank you Nelly.
Getting additional codes upon arrival would be great to avoid contacting the host really late.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2024What you see is what you get. The host was so helpful too even at odd hours like 2am. She's the best at what she does. The location of apartment is in a very quiet and security tight area, close to El ridge shopping centre. The gym facility and the pool is a bonus!

Reviewed Jan 3, 2024The apartment was really cute and clean. It provided more than just the essentials which was great. The block was quiet which was great for us to get a good night’s rest. Nellie communicated so well with us and was readily available to answer our questions.
Having to request codes from Nellie to go in and out. It is a slight inconvenience but Nellie was readily available to assist us with said codes.

The extra touches such as tea and coffee provisions, cleaning materials, extra blankets, boardgames, laundry products, bathroom products were fantastic and much appreciated. Kitchen very well equipped, exceeded expectations. Outside sitting with dining table is a lovely addition. The place felt safe. Allocated parking. Pictures on Booking.com reflect the property accurately and very well. Thank you😊
The need for a code each time to enter and exit the gates can be off-putting but the host handled it very well. One particular Security guard seemed to struggle to show warmth and friendliness ( which is not something the host can control).
