Restful Retreat

Proximity to hospital helped us alot. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked and fitted out for a comfortable stay.

Had a couple of small issues, but contact sorted these ASAP.

I loved the beautiful home, the front yard and the coziness of the house. And how there was the basic groceries in the pantry. I also loved the books. Im a big book lover. The rooms were beautifully set up, loved the blankets. Loved when the sun was beaming into the house. A very beautiful home.

It wasn't something I didn't like more so wasn't my preference. I loved the house. The door handle was loose and kept coming off to the main bedroom. I removed all the smaller ornaments and put them im the wardrobe so the children wouldn’t knock them. They were simple and suited the house, so much so the kids were intrigued and wanted to touch them. The stove top, I couldn't get to work. I followed the instructions in the book, hold the power button, select the element, slide the temp up/down. But couldn't get it going. Which was ok, as the oven was the next best thing, and there was an air fryer too. So heaps of options. Curtains, wish their was netting in the main bedroom like the lounge one. People walking to/from their cars could see directly into the bedroom. All these things are not dislikes, just my own preference. You're home is very beautiful, and next time id leave the kids at home.

Super clean and comfortable and really quiet

Location near everything that you need supermarket hospital cafe etc

Nothing

Really comfortable beds and home. Loved that there were fans in the rooms too, especially in this heat.

Nothing in particular :) Didnt see a grater which we wanted to use, but not a biggie at all.

Cleanliness, facilities, beautiful decorations

It really felt like a home away from home. We were comfortable straight away! The house was beautifully decorated and the Christmas decorations were so lovely.

It was very clean and functional. We appreciated the children’s accessories and how well maintained the home was.

We noticed some ants in the kitchen in the evening. It wasn’t a bother to us at all though.

Perfect location for us, behind Tauranga Hospital. Quiet cul de sac. 2 cars parked easily. Probably a 4 car parking area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Well stocked pantry & fridge. Not expected at all - wonderful surprise. Weather was extremely hot - air con in lounge area with the addition of very solid upright fans in each of the 3 bedrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable - best sleep Ive had in a long time. Single beds in bedroom 2 were both electric with remote for head and legs which was an added bonus especially since we travelled with an elderly aunt who had just had knee surgery.

Neighbours very close in proximity, so if you are wanting privacy blinds will need to be kept closed. This was not a major concern for us

It was so beautiful and all the beds were super comfortable.

Nothing that we didn’t like we had the best stay and definitely will choose this place again.

Exceeded beyond expectations. Felt like home away from home. Easy to deal with. I would definitely come back and stay in near future.

Nothing.

Liked that there were spare blankets, heating was good. Availability of those little extras like throws hair drier and straightener long miŕror and magnified small miŕror. Well set up

Very homely, great location.

The balcony can be slippery when raining.

Beautiful property. Nice and spacious for modern and hosts were lovely.

Just had issues with one of the bed mattresses being too thin and pillows being like rocks but noticed host and they said they will sort it out foe thr next person.

Everything about it was excellent..can not fault it

There was nothing to not like..A++++++++++

Close location to family.

Great facilities, good location, enough room and beds for our family

Location is super, close to many supermarkets, we can choose the one we like most.

Only four chairs and a small dinning table, not enough for 5 of us to have a dinner when a well equipped kitchen provided.

The peaceful space

The beds were comfortable and warm. The shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was nice. The heat pump worked well.

Condensation on the outside of the windows was odd! The Kitchen mixer tap was very loose and needs fixing. Larger ceramic cups to drink my tea out of!!

The location worked well for us. The property was welcoming and had all of the amenities for a comfortable stay.

The close proximity of the trades working on the new house build at the rear of the property.

Comfortable and homey. Was perfect with everything we required. Fabulous location.

There was nothing we didn’t like except we ran out of loo paper 🤣

Location great Quiet Comfortable Amazing kitchen and well stocked - could not have asked for morr

Very comfortable and spacious.

Only 1 bathroom. Construction on adjoining block meant little chance of sleep in.

We loved this cozy well equipped home. Had everything we needed, great location and very comfortable

As above exceeded our expectations

Everything its a beautiful clean place the hosts were so friendly texting . Highly recommend A++++

Nothing

There was nothing to not like. This is a wonderful property with everything you think you need.

Clean and tidy, had a great stay

Freshly decorated, and excellent location

No dryer or clothes line.

They had really put a lot of thought into this house. And it's not soulless. The person designing it thought of the practical and displayed a lot of charm. Tauranga's open to you from the location by the hospital, the neighbours are quiet and the options of food and groceries and transport are very near.

We went for a water polo tournament and it ticked all the boxes except having a dryer. But that's super nitpicking. There is nothing I disliked about this property. Everything's easy, and comfortable. Nice hosts, very communicative and check in was easy.

House had everything we needed. No issues what so ever, host was amazing. Highly recommend

Nothing.

One word: amazing!

Very inviting, clean and everything we wanted was available. Nice touch with the free Netflix

Would have been ideal to have aircon in the bedrooms as well. But fans provided in each bedroom was sufficient

Very clean, plenty of beds and space. Close to supermarkets. The fans in every room helped us get through the hot nights. Would definitely stay again :)

It’s a whole house that we were able to use.

Not enough towels, tissues and mug cups. There was some trash that someone used before we came there. Maybe the cleaner didn’t clean enough.

Very cute home has everything , nice & tidy

All Perfect!!!

Great location, conveniently close to a supermarket and food center.

Backyard lawn has become overgrown and messy, attracting mosquitoes and other insects that are flying into the house. My kids ended up with multiple mosquito bites after just one night. The catering drawer was dusty.

I enjoyed everything about this house, locations everything was up to standard

I wasnt disappointed in anything 😄

Neat and tidy house. Great value for money. The location was great and handy. House instruction was clear and easy to understand.

the whole Retreat

not long enough

Like that it provided the support and comfort that we needed in such a trying time.

That it didn’t have a proper washing line or a dryer.

The place was exceptionally clean, perfect location, had literally everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and we were so close to everything, but in a super quiet street!

The location was perfect, everything was a walking distance. The house was beautiful, cosy and clean.

It was a beautiful clean house with everything we needed. Good location and nice and quiet at night. Would happily stay again.

The wifi was slow which made it hard to Chromecast to the TV as it kept lagging.

Loved how the keys were easily accessible, airconditioning to warm the house was on ready for us. Loved the comfortable beds and quiet location.

The accommodation was beautiful! My family really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was warm, the lounge had comfortable couches, there were extra towels and blankets which we really loved too. Thank you so so much.

There is not one bad thing to say about this accommodation. 10/10 for everything.

As this was for work my colleague travelled with her children and their day was pretty hectic and long and due to the circumstances surrounding their day travel the host was very accommodating to the needs of my work colleague and their travelling party and we all were very grateful for that

Everything was perfect

The location it was very clean and organized

Just the hot water was not available on the morning we che ked out, however, Looks like the gas went out. That is out of anyone's control

The house was exceptionally clean. It was in a quiet location. The house was well equipped. The electric beds were a bonus and worked out perfectly for my father who was recovering from surgery.

Nicely furnished and well equipped

No air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was hot. Would suggest fans for each room.

The kitchen, the shower pressure was excellent. It was cosy and spacious

Door handles a little tricky to use in the toilet.

Clean and great location

Security light outside kept coming on and off all night beeping keeping us awake too sensitive I think

It really was a restful retreat with all amenities n.more with cool murals of tranquility, privacy and creature comforts

I booked this place for my parents and they loved it. It was very clean and comfortable, they really enjoyed their stay.

Everything was Awesome

Zero

Great communication and very helpful owner. Easy to access the lounge in a power chair and also the side door. Turning was a little tight in to the bedroom but we could move the hoist easily through the hallways and then transfer in the hallway to move in to the bedroom. It would be fine for a manual wheelchair user. Great to have electric beds and all other rooms were very comfortable and wonderfully clean. Loved all the lights and lamps. A lovely kitchen to work in and really comfortable seating in the lounge. There was so much space for parking. A really nice, clean house in a very quiet area.

If you are in a disability van the weight of the chair and people means that you will need to make sure you go in on an angle or the lower parts of the van will get jammed at the top of the driveway. This definately was not a problem with our other car. There was so much room for parking and turning which was great.

Very clean, quiet and walking distance to cafes

Very modern and well maintained

The host and cleaner were both so helpful allowing us to get in early, prior to the funeral we were arranging. Comfy sofas to watch Netflix on the 2nd night. My bed in the master was so cosy. Fully equipped kitchen. So clean and smelt awesome. What's not to love!

Clean , had everything you needed

The towels were very soft and wasn’t many to use as I use clean towels everyday and have 2 showers a day

Very Relaxing, modern kitchen, comfortable beds and couches.

Lovely and clean with everything supplied.

my family really enjoyed our stay!! house n location was awsome! really close to supermarkets, shop n motorways!! rooms really spacious, kitchen was amazing!!

NO covered area on the deck!! thats all!!

I liked everything but a long mirror somewhere wouldn't go amiss. Perhaps an armchair as for us oldies the sofas were a bit low.

Beautiful and clean, beds were super comfy and furnishings stunning

The single room didn’t have much privacy when the blind was open

Location was great for where we needed to be. Absolutely clean home with everything you need.

Central location, lovely accommodation met all of our needs

Everything

Location was great and everything was comfortable. We could not find the washing basket so we left our dirty towel in the washing machine.

Very clean and tidy with everything you need to stay comfortably. Comfortable beds
