Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Prezadovoljni! Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo, na sva pitanja ljubazno su dali rjesenja. Lokacija vrh, na 3 min hoda od metroa. Sadrzaji u stanu odlicni, cisto i uredno. Pegla koja stvarno pegla :) sve pohvale!
Gradi se zgrada pored pa je bilo malo buke, i ulazna vrata lupaju.

The check-in process was easy and well organized. I especially appreciated the helpful and attentive communication from the staff. Overall, the apartment fully met my expectations and I would gladly stay here again.

Nada, apenas indicaria deixar um pouco mais de café, pois havia bem pouco e uma garrafa de água para chegada ao menos.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, has all the amenities you need, large fridge and freezer too so you can fit plenty of food. Bed was very comfortable which is something I usually struggle with on holiday, the pillows were very thick, 1 wasn't enough and 2 was too much but I travel with my own pillows so this wasn't an issue for me. It is very well soundproofed, we stayed during the world cup final and even with fireworks down the street when you closed the doors, you could barely hear it. Air con is quiet so you can have it on overnight and sleep well. All windows have shutters and curtains so its very dark and you sleep as long as you need. The water pressure in the shower was excellent including the waterfall showerhead. It is one road behind the main road where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and underground stations, all within 5 minutes walk. Honestly I cannot rate it high enough it was fantastic!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Ottima posizione, vicino alla metropolitana, in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. L’appartamento è spazioso ed è equipaggiato con tutto il necessario. L’host è stato molto gentile e risponde tempestivamente alle richieste.
Tutto ok - unico piccolo inconveniente, la doccia non è isolata bene e fuoriesce acqua sul pavimento ad ogni utilizzo. Prontamente segnalato all’host, si è scusato per il disagio.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Het appartement is niet ver van nuttige voorzieningen zoals een Mercadona supermarkt en metro halte. Keuken is van vaatwas en wasmachine voorzien, en koelkastje met vriesvak. Ook een koffietoestel en toaster stonden er, en zeepjes, koffie en suiker enz zijn aanwezig. De badkamer heeft een haardroger.
Op het moment van ons waren er werken bezig naast het gebouw, toch zijn de ramen geluidswerend genoeg

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Szép és új berendezés, tiszta lakás, a közelben több étterem is van, a Bernabeu stadion séta távolságra van. Korábban érkeztünk, mint terveztük és ennek ellenére el tudtuk foglalni a lakást, ez nagyon jó volt. :-)
A kanapéágy nagyon nyikorgott, nem lehetett rajta aludni, de megoldottuk úgy, hogy a szivacsot kiraktuk a földre. Sajnos a földszinti lakás ablakai egyből az utcára néztek így a függönyt nem lehetett elhúzni. Egy terasz jó lett volna, de ez csak apróság

It is vey close to the metro/bus station and to the supermarket. The person in contact was lovely and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival and good for our stay there.

No hay materiales de limpieza para uno mismo limpiar, aunque uno mismo los puede comprar, sería genial que lo incluyeran para dejarles el piso súper majo al salir

También al momento del check out pudimos dejar las valijas en lockers dentro del edificio hasta la noche que las retiramos para ir al aeropuerto.. un lujo en cuanto comodidad.

Un poco demasiado lejos del centro. Casi una hora cada día entre ida y vuelta desde el centro de la ciudad hasta el apartamento.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Easy check-in, key-less access to the property and apartment, very good location (just 2 mins. to the underground, supermarket, etc.), very simple and quick communication via Whatssapp with the property. Nice equipped and modern apartment.
Arrival at the airport at 11 p.m., transport arranged by the property. For the cost of the transport the driver might communicate in English (via whatsapp only a strictly in Spanish), also took extra minutes at night to find him at the airport.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well set up with everything we needed. Being on the top floor was great, and the little balcony was a lovely bonus. What stood out most was how unbelievably quiet it was — despite being in Madrid, there was absolutely no city noise at all, which made it perfect for relaxing and sleeping. The blackout shutters were brilliant too, making the room completely dark at night for a really comfortable sleep. Would happily stay here again.

Inpersonal service, expensive, 20-30 minutes far from center, dusty walls, ceilings, skirting boards and upholstries. Only one cleaning per 8 days included, which was not clearly comunicated from the beginning. Uncomfortable sofa bed (thin, bulgy materess). Lacks system for and info about recycling of paper and glass. Area not very charming for tourists, but works. Good pizza on the big square behind Mercadona.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Apartamento espacioso y moderno con todo tioo de cosas necesarias , camas muy comodas, y en una calle muy tranquila, con un parking de pago bastante barato a 3 minutos (de jueves a sabado 28€ ) el paseo de la castellana al lado para dar un paseo al centro (50min viendo madrid) tienes metro cerca tambien y taxis por 9€ al centro.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Tutto. La posizione era buona distava 20 Min di metro dal centro..metro appena girato l'angolo della via. Casa moderna accogliente con tutto il necessario. Bagno moderno e abbastanza spazioso acqua calda con pressione ottima.
Metterei una spugna in più per la cucina e per il bagno e un detergente sgrassatore per pulire basicamente, noi ci siamo trattenuti 5 giorni e cenando tutte le sere a casa con un bimbo ho dovuto acquistarle.

Łozko bardzo niewygodne, kazdy obrot, kazdy ruch - sprezyny bardzo skrzypialy co nie pozwalalo spac. Dla 2ch osob idealnie bo jest sypialnia i tam bylo wygodne lozko. Ale jak sa 4 osoby to niestety ale jest bardzo niewygodne.

Being hyper critical I would suggest a small bottle of water for arrival. We had long flight, two tube station changes with luggage and were a bit worn out. Did not know the area so went looking for water
