The warm hospitality, excellent service and food provided by the homestay owner Rekha Rai was unmatchable. Madam you made us feel completely at home. So we thank you whole heartedly for your hospitality and generosity.

From the moment we arrived at the Vilasa Homestay, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of Mountain ranges. The hotel's amenities, including the toilet, were well-maintained and a welcome addition to our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, our stay at the VIlasa Homestay was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

The host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering insightful local tips and making me feel at home. The staff were always kind and helpful. We also liked their food a lot. The rooms were clean and spacious providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

Property was very clean and gave us the home feeling . Hotel owner is like a family now . He was so humble , caring and polite . I have never seen such hospitality in my entire life. Hotel staffs were the best in town , even though little away from mall road but yet I prefer this place in the future . Hotels at Mall Road struggling with water problem and Vilasa has that edge with no water problem

Ita was a nice stay. Very cooperative owner.He is a nice gentleman. The room was so clean and spacious. The outside view was really fantastic .. Love this place. They providing home like cooked food. It just like a lonely home.

Great experience with owner

Location was very good, though it's a great distance from Mall road. But other than that Batasia loop, rock gardens, ghoom station are nearby. We only booked rooms not food. But one Breakfast we had for our 2 day stay. The quality of food was really good and the taste also.

Proper checking of toilets should be done before giving the next booking. We booked 3 rooms but we had to settle to 2 rooms because of a leakage in commode.

The owner of the hotel is a very nice man. Very good tasting food and location of the room is good🥰

Breakfast was served as per our requirement. Location is very beautiful. It was our comfort stay in Vilasa . I am planning to go next in October,2023.

One rooftop view point by with a Cafeteria or a small Bar may perhaps be arranged in near future in the same building.
