Great apartment in St. Gallen, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen, very good tap watter from the Alps. Public transportation card for free for tourists. Good connection to the city centre by bus, supermarket very close.

Very expensive parking and also difficult local parking system on the street. Many rented apartments in the building.

ortak mutfak ve özellikle çamaşırhane olması çok işimize yaradı. Burası bizim için çok iyi oldu. Konforlu yatağı ve temiz odası çok rahat ettik.

Bed: firm, and comfortable. Nice bathroom, quiet (don’t hear others), nice style in room and furniture and nice, easy to use and curtains and windows and gorgeous view: well built, private room. Good gym. Nice corridors.

The carpet was damp and had stains on it, and a smell. Checking in is a bit pfaffy, when you have already provided most of the data. Knowing what coffee machine would help to know it‘s not capsules but for loose espresso. Kitchen basic but nice.

Das Parken war sehr unkompliziert, ein Hinweis zu dem Weg, wie man zum Parkplatz hinkommt, wäre gut gewesen.

Das Apartment war nicht so ganz sauber

Très bon emplacement, à 10 min en bus à peine de la gare et 5 min à pied de l’hôpital. Propre et bien équipé. Facilité d’accès avec les codes.

Appartement au 1er avec terrasse donnant sur la rue principale Rohrbachstrasse très bruyant la journée comme la nuit, nécessité de fermer la fenêtre.

La ubicación de los apartamentos me pareció muy buena, estaban cerquísima de la estación de tren de St. Fiden y me pude mover sin problema por toda la región. La habitación estaba bastante bien equipada, muy compacta pero con casi todo lo necesario. También aprecié que disponga de gimnasio y de cocina compartida, aunque esta última no la utilicé.

Algunas zonas comunes se ven un poco desgastadas, creo que no les vendría mal un poco de mantenimiento o una capa de pintura en alguna pared de un pasillo. Un día que probé el gimnasio el banco que hay estaba roto, pero al día siguiente ya lo habían arreglado.

It was close to shopping and public transportation.

The room was musty. Check in was poor. I arrived 1.5 hrs before check in time and was charged to check in early. There was no portering of luggage. There was no signage for the lift. There was supposed to be silverware in the unit, there wasn’t. They didn’t provide any when I asked. The stove was useless as no pots or pans were provided.

Rezervovali jsme apartmán s balkonem a kuchyňským koutem na 4 denní pobyt. Skvělá volba, čistota a nic nás z ulice nerušilo, okna jsme měli do dvora. Zaplatili jsme si navíc i parkování v garážích v suterénu, které se objednává se zvlášť přes aplikaci. Self check-in je trošku delší než jsme zvyklí, vše online. V objektu je i sdílená kuchyně a fitness, které jsme nevyužili. K pobytu jsme dostali možnost jezdit po okolí zdarma městskou dopravou. Skvělá poloha apartmánu, 10 min. busem do centra i na nádraží. Všem doporučuji.

Máme raději tvrdší matrace na posteli, ale to je spíše subjektivní hodnocení.

Der Check-in-Prozess ist hervorragend organisiert und äußerst unkompliziert. Die Anreise verläuft dadurch völlig stressfrei. Besonders positiv ist zudem die Parksituation: Neben der hauseigenen Tiefgarage stehen ausreichend Parkplätze in der blauen Zone zur Verfügung, die für nur 10 CHF pro Tag genutzt werden können. Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung zur Altstadt ist gegeben. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist zweckmäßig und vollkommen ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, sodass man sich schnell einrichten und wohlfühlen kann. Insgesamt eine praktische und gut organisierte Unterkunft mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Geschäfts- oder Städtereisen.

Die Flure wirkten teilweise etwas muffig. Zudem kann es vorkommen, dass Zigarettenrauch von benachbarten Balkonen ins Zimmer zieht. In diesem Fall muss die Balkontür geschlossen bleiben, was die Möglichkeit zum Lüften etwas einschränkt.

Szálloda egyszerűsége nagy előny. Előre lefoglalt parkoló a mélygarázsban. Tiszta csendes remek szállás.

Mosogató tabbletta nem volt a konyhában, de ez igazán semmiség.

Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Armaturen im Badezimmer defekt. Die Gardinien haben gestunken, Kissen verschmutzt, Das Zimmer war muffig. Die Kommunikation nur auf Englisch, für jemand der kaum englisch spricht sehr schwierig. Checkin in sehr kompliziert. Kein Code erhalten. Dann wurde gesagt wir hätten nicht gezahlt, was nicht stimmte In der TG kein Internetempfang dadurch konnte man sich auch nicht enchecken. Es dauerte eine Stunde bis wir ins Zimmer konnte. Ich würde es nie wieder buchen.

It’s neat, spotless good quality property and has a decent kitchen equipped with limited cutlery.

The door to the building opens with a code and one must wait at the street even if reaching a minute before the scheduled time. A check-in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00 am seems harsh. There is no lobby, no Restaurant, no reception.

Everything. The room was perfect, felt more spacious than what I expected it to be. The kitchenette was very useful as well with the fridge, silverware, sink, etc. The bathroom is great too. They send you a code that you can use to open both the main entrance door and your room door. Good location, closest bus stop is just a minute walk. They also send you the St Gallen Mobility Ticket on your arrival day which you can use for free transport (bus and train) until your departure day (inclusive). I'd definitely return the next time I'm in St Gallen.

No AC. No coffee provided for the coffee machine. No tea bags for the electric kettle.

Es bonito y nuevo

Elegí apartamento porque quería cocina y la sorpresa fue que tenía nevera una cafetera en sedes de cocina, pero no tenía cocina para cocinar ni un microondas para calentar no se puede hacer nada de comida ni calentar nada. Tampoco pudimos hacer café porque es cafetera de café molido, y como tampoco se podía calentar la leche en ningún sitio. Y como es verano hacía calor y no había aire solo un ventilador portátil. Teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas y es una calle por la que pasa mucho tráfico y muy ruidosa

Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Bad sehr gut, ebenso die kostenlose Waschmöglichkeit im UG mit etlichen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern - noch ein Trockenplatz mit Wäscheständern für nicht-trocknertaugliche Wäsche wäre perfekt gewesen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten in den umlirgenden Straßen, das (teurere) Parkhaus braucht man nicht. Gute Lage.

2 getrennte Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen für 4köpfige Familie, was wir erst NACH Buchung erfahren haben. Das Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut und mangels Klimaanlage mit geschlossenem Fenster unerträglich. Gemeinschaftsküche im UG räumlich großzügig, aber sehr spärlich mit Utensilien ausgestattet. Komplizierter Induktionsherd mit null Anleitung; das per E-Mail geschickte Tutorial war zu einem anderen Modell und daher völlig nutzlos. Zum Glück hat es mir eine zufällig anwesende Mitarbeiterin erklärt.

Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll und die kleine private Terrasse war super. Leider sehr viele Schaben im Apartment.

Camera e servizi ottimi! Posizione perfetta, si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi il centro di San Gallo, si può scegliere anche il bus considerando la mobility card messa a disposizione gratuitamente per chi soggiorna! Abbiamo pure utilizzato le postazioni di cucina, purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare la palestra visto il poco tempo. La struttura dispone di lavanderia con più postazioni comprensive di asciugatrice, basta portare con sé il detersivo o le capsule! Anche questo servizio è gratuito. Comodissimo il parcheggio!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Nedovoljno peskira,buka od automobila. S obzirom na visoke temperature,nije bilo ventilarora u sobi. Takodje nedostajala je mikrotalasna i bar neka kesica sa kafom ili cajem u znak dobrodoslive

I didn't like anything at all.

no safety ,no protection, neighbor is too loud, smell of the apartment corridor& room is cigarettes, not for family, not secure, dirty/ not clean bedsheets., and lastly no communication. I booked 7 days and I left i stayed 3 hours and left the didn't give me refund !

Poor customer service. So many people , including us, had problems with locating and getting into their apartment. One German-speaking single mother could not get any support as the customer service agent only spoke English. This was in German-speaking Switzerland. No fan, even though I requested one. According to the cleaner, there should have been one in the apartment. No useful information about parking even though I emailed about this - no reply

Das Einchecken war leider einigermaßen Kompliziert, ansonsten aber tolles, neues Apartment. Es gibt auch ein Gym zur Gratisbenützung im Haus und eine grosse, moderne Küche.

Klimaanlage wäre toll gewesen, es gab aber einen gut funktionierenden Turmventilator.

It was extremely hot and had no air conditioning, unbearable in the hot summer of 2026. Couldn’t open the windows because of the noise coming from the main road.

Self Check-in was smooth and we really enjoyed not having to carry a key around, but using door codes instead. Friendly contact via email and quick reply. Fixed parking spot bookable beforehand. Central location of the apartment (city centre reachable by foot or public transport). Large communal kitchen with possibility to eat there as well. Nicely equipped gym. To sum it all up: You get what you pay for. A nice and clean room in a central location (with everything that that intales).

Lack of an air-con system, the provided fan unfortunately did not cool down the room enough in the night. On the street facing side there is no possibility to open the window at night, because of the noise. Someone unfortunately had smoked in our bathroom before. No amount of airing out fixed the smell! We could only give notice via email. No instruction manual provided in the kitchen telling you how to disable the child-safty lock of the stove. Had to find instructions online without knowing the exact model (shout-out to chat gpt here!). The whole process took us way too long for comfort. So the essence of this all is: A real person at the reception (at least for some hours of the day) would be helpful if something is amiss and would have made things infinitely easier for us. We were aware that there was no classic reception available, so we were absolutely prepared for things to be a bit different. However we had no prior experience with this kind of concept, so we did struggle with some aspects of it
