El alojamiento estaba muy bien la verdad. Todo limpio y el personal un 10., súper serviciales y muy agradables. Súper bien ubicado.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, la gentillesse des hôtes et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’ils nous aient remis les clés dès 12h, suite à notre demande. Un très bon accueil et une grande disponibilité.

Le manque de savon dans les toilettes

L’accueil et surtout l'emplacement l'appart hôtel est récent est bien entretenu.

Personnels, lit confortable. Cuisine propre et équipée.

L'entourage de l'hôtel est très bouillant à cause des vendeurs qui occupent la voix publique et même les trottoirs jusqu'à minuit, impossible de trouver où stationner sa voiture, j'ai du me garer à 800m et attendre à 1h matin pour garer devant l'hôtel.

The property management did not respond to my questions about the street parking & keys the day before I was to travel. The day I traveled, I tried to contact the property several times by phone but the lady acted like she did not speak English & hung up on us. I drove around looking for the address for two hours & nothing. Finally, the lady sent me a location but it was different from the one in Booking.com. Now I can see why they have a no refund policy. I found this new address but I had to park far away (way too far to carry luggage) & walk into the awful neighborhood...no street parking like in their ad. The streets are either barricaded, one way, or too narrow for a car. The building is ugly...definitely not "luxury" as they advertise...definitely not like their photos.There were dirty street restaurants & markets everywhere. Sketchy people were roaming around. They advertised a sea view but several buildings block it from the sea. They advertise that it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach..not possible.. it's several blocks plus a busy double highway crossing. I never even checked in. They refused to give me a refund & Booking.com did not back me up. Beware of this nonrefundable bait & switch scheme.

An appartement with 2 rooms and a kitchen, + stove and a big fridge, good location and good view.

Overpriced for what you get, the sofa beds were hard, not even, and very uncomfortable, + no soap on the appartement, I asked for it, they said it's not included.

De ligging is het sterkste punt: het strand ligt op slechts één à twee minuten lopen en in de omgeving zijn volop restaurants en eetgelegenheden. Het appartement biedt redelijk wat praktische ruimte, beschikt over een kitchenette en het matras was redelijk comfortabel. Inchecken verliep bovendien zonder onnodige formaliteiten.

De naam “Luxury Suitemar” schept luxere verwachtingen dan het appartement in werkelijkheid waarmaakt. De accommodatie is eerder gemiddeld dan luxe. Vooral de badkamer en kitchenette vielen tegen: het keukengerei voelde zo plakkerig en onvoldoende schoon aan dat we het liever niet hebben gebruikt; douchekop spuit verkeerde kanten op en veel schimmel. Ook worden er voor strandbezoek geen parasols of vergelijkbare voorzieningen aangeboden. De directe omgeving is zeer levendig, met fastfoodzaken en een drukke buitenmarkt; vooral ’s avonds kan het daardoor behoorlijk rumoerig en chaotisch zijn.

Отель находится близко к набережной. Номер с 2 спальнями как бы действительно состоит из гостинной и 2 спален и даже есть кондиционер, как и заявлено, но! Кондиционер только один и находится в гостиной, соответственно невозможно закрывать двери в спальни на ночь, так как очень душно, кроме того одна из спален не имеет окон, это просто малюсенькая коробка

Ночной рынок рядом с отелем это конечно нечто.. большие сложности с парковкой из-за него и просто толпы людей , по возможности рекомендовала бы избегать эту локацию

This property was clean, it had AC and basic amenities.

The area is very busy it’s situated on the high street of Mdiq so the noise was abit loud at night. Hard to find street parking.

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, le personnel d'accueil ainsi les femmes de chambre qui étaient très serviables et sympathiques.

Le seul bimol c'est le parking mais ça n'a rien à voir avec la résidence mais plutôt les gardiens avec le gilet jaune.

l'emplacement est idéal: central et à deux minutes à pied de la mer. L'accueil à la réception et plus particulièrement la gentillesse d'Ahmed. Contrairement à d'autres commentaires, nous n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit du souk. Nous étions au 2e étage.

le rideau de douche est trop court ! L'eau inonde la petite salle de bain.

I booked this accomodation for my mom as an early summer getaway. We're Moroccan and have been to M'diq city multiple times over the past 20+ years. This hotel is new and very clean. The amenities look great and the hotel staff were very friendly. My mom loved her 1 month stay and I'll definitely be booking with them again. The location is very close to the beach so just walking distance, 5 minutes, which was perfect!

Tout est parfait. Je recommande et je reviendrai. . L'appart hotel est situè à deux pas de tout (plage. Restaurants. Cafè. Marché. Supermarchè..) L'appartement est moderne, propre et dispose d'une superbe terasse. La réception est là 24h sur 24h. Le personnel est exceptionnel et au service du client.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments war gut. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Nah zu Restaurants und Strand.

Die Betten sind unbequem, es gibt keine Parkplätze und es findet jeden Abend ein Markt statt mit ehöhter Lautstärke.

Difficultés pour se garer avec le souk

El apartamento estaba muy limpio. La ubicación perfecta está cerca de todo ( las tiendas, la playa…). El personal muy amable y atentos para entender y ayudar . Lo hemos pasado genial y volvería otra vez sin pensar . Muchas gracias

Eigenlijk die Aappartement is perfect voor kleine gezin ivm ruimte uitstekend en omgeving is uitstekend goed zoals winkelen/uitgaan in avond en naar strand binnen 5 minuten.

Localisation, flexibilité du staff

Refus de check-in anticipé de 30 min. Retard lors du Check-in : 14h30 au lieu de 14h, car le staff de ménage gère à son rythme. Bruit du staff dans les couloirs. Affectation d’un miniscule studio où l’on peut à peine bouger (le staff est intervenu pour affecter un autre studio plus spacieux)

Pas climatiseur dans les chambres Pas parking Situé au milieu marchands trop bruits on n'arrive pas à dormir J'ai quitté 2 jours avant le séjour. Trop chère .. Mauvaise expérience à ne jamais refaire.

Accueil chaleureux de la part du personnel, notamment Hakim et Douae, des personnes compétentes dans leur domaine, qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable

Accueil chaleureux, excellente localisation, appartement au 4ème étage, accessible par ascenseur, avec une double vue : vue mer et vue côté restaurants/boutiques (pratique pour le sorties). Appartement propre.

Problème de stationnement, il fallait se débrouiller chaque soir pour trouver une place dans la rue et laisser les clés de la voiture au gardien dès qu'une place soit libérée. Bruit nocturne, étant situé dans une commerciale très animée, aussi les musiciens de rue et l'animation des restaurants se prolongeaient parfois jusqu'à 4h du matin rendant le sommeil difficile si l'on souhaite se coucher tôt

Il n’y avait pas de draps sur le canapé pour ma fille, et ni de draps et de coussins dans la chambre à coucher. Nous avons dû faire la demande pour les avoir et ils sont arrivés plus d’une heure après. L’hôtel était très bruyant, il y avait énormément de bruit jusqu’à cinq heures 6h du matin. Impossible de dormir! Il était impossible de se garer, même juste le temps de faire le checkin et de déposer nos affaires, car la rue était bondé de vendeur ambulant qui vendent à même la route et font un vacarme pas possible!!!!

Le personnel de la Reception est exceptionnel, notamment Ammi Ahmed et hakim, la réceptionniste et les femmes de ménage. Elles sont très professionnels à l’écoute et en plus ils ont une patience remarquable vis-à-vis de tous les clients.

- Toilet was too small and uncomfortable - They didn’t provide enough toilet paper - Parking was a problem.. limited and difficult to find (we had to pay 80dh /4days for it, even claimed “free” in the infos on booking) - People upstairs made noise at night, disturbing the peace, also the street is very noisy, so it might not suit those looking for calm or families with babies - The room with two single beds was very small... barely any space to move around

Établissement familiale idéalement placé à proximité immédiate de la plage de M’diq dans un quartier animé avec une large offre de restauration. Personnel de l’hôtel accueillant avec des conseils avisés pour découvrir la région.

Très bonne équipe: hakim, douae et le monsieur à l’accueil, ils sont tous au petit soin, le logement est très bien aménagé et très propre et bien localisé.

We stayed in this apartment a few weeks ago. We were very happy with everything. The location is perfect, close to shops and the beach. The apartment was very clean. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back. Thank you!

The location is simply the BEST. Close to everything, by walk. The masjid, hairdresser, shops, market, snacks, mini-supermarket, beach and anything you'd desire are just a few footsteps away. We were offered a room facing the sea, and it's so gorgeous, Mash'Allah.

The parking of your car in the afternoon, is almost impossible! So use your car in the early mornings.
