The general vibe of the villa is good and nice. Location is great. Lots of space, perfect for 2

Some places of the villa are moldy. The pool walls and exterior are dirty. The staff support needs improvements. They only reply to your question but they don’t clarify anything in details so you have to ask multiple questions. Also, I have ordered a floating breakfast at 10am for a birthday which was supposed to be a romantic thing in the morning. Usually the floating breakfast is being brought to you and put ion the pool. Here, the woman came at 8;30am waking us up and said she is gonna cook breakfast at our villa. This villa didn’t inform us whatsoever about this. She finished about 10am and instead of nice birthday morning we had a random woman cooking loud while we planned to sleep. I also ordered a massage service to the villa. After floating breakfast incident, I decided to clarify if they will bring massage tables to the villa. They said they gonna do it on the bed where we sleep so I cancelled right away. They charged me 50,000 for that. Funny enough you can book massage 1 hr in advance only but I canceled about 5 prior to that and had to pay a fee. Strongly disappointed with miscommunications from the staff

The entire villa is stunning. Beds are comfortable and the swimming pool is big enough.

It’s a beautiful villa, and the pictures represent it well. The downside was mostly the location- not walking distance to the beach/ main parts of Canggu. Renting a scooter is pretty much essential. The traffic is so bad in Canggu these days that even getting a taxi to the beach can be very difficult. Also there are big gaps in the doors/ windows that allow bugs to get in.

Loved everything about this villa, loved Canggu and loved how private the villa was. The host was super helpful!

Absolutely gorgeous, really enjoyed my stay here. The villa is quiet and relaxing and the pool is deep which makes it a very refreshing temperature. Dando is a WhatsApp message away for anything your heart desires. It really is the most beautiful space to chill after being out in the craziness of it all. Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful and so clean and well maintained. We felt secure and had privacy whilst still being very well located to restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Also Dando was an amazing host. He was very attentive and responsive to messages, helped with late check in and check out, helped fix the wifi quickly when it wasn’t working, and arranged a moped for us which arrived in 20 minutes.

Amazing interior, good location pool and outdoor area was great, however the cleaning was not good toilet was filthy the washing hose was blocked ,bed sheets was off color, towels smelled weird, and during my stay someone burns things behind the villa every day and the smoke smells comes inside the villa

Design is impeccable. Service were great. They tried their best to accommodate us. We were attended by Mr Ken and couldnt be happier. Location is good enough, a lot of nearby cafe all within walking distance

This comment isnt necessarily directed to the property because they were amazing,we booked this place because we were extremely amazed with the photos online however we are a group of families with little kids, I would say the property is not suitable for the little ones because we were on edge all the time, floor slightly slippery after a swim in the pool, design overall is not kids friendly I wouldnt recommend anyone with little kids here.

The location and staff were great

The most stunning accommodation I've ever stayed in. The design, architecture and comfort was just divine. Amazing for photography shoots or just a general stay. Location is so nice, near some amazing cafe's and restaurants and high end shops.

Just leave a lot of time to get there and back as traffic getting in to Canggu is incredibly slow.

Loved the pool and we enjoyed that it was sunny by the pool so we could lay on the chairs reading books in the sun.

The other reviews were right when they said about the villa being pretty and comfortable. It’s prettier in real life than the photos. And it’s in a safe and quiet alley. I loved it, being a solo traveler. Easy to find by Gojek, and it’s like 10 mins from the beach. Very much enjoyed my stay there.

I wish they have a better hair dryer, it’s so small and some of the white towels could be cleaner.

Location

The towels were very stained and has many wear and tares. The bathroom had a strong odour that needed air freshener sprayed each time you flush the toilet

The property was absolutely stunning, perfect size and the backyard and pool set up were amazing. Will definitely stay again. The location is good, not too busy and easy to get around with a bike.

The host Anik is super friendly and helpful. The villa smells real good and is superb clean. We literally do not need to leave the villa as the villa is well equip with cooking utensils and they even installed a water dispenser where hot water is available as well. Anik also help us to arrange Spa service into our villa. I would like to thanks Anik and also her team, the service crew maintaining the place really put in effort to make the living space a super comfortable, clean and cozy one. We will definitely come back for this villa stay again hence choosing Anik as our host again. Thanks. Michele, Singapore

The villa is exceptional, even more beautiful than on the photo's. I really liked the location, in the center of canggu but away from the main road so it was very quiet. The livingroom and bedrooms including bathrooms are indoors and well airconditioned. The whole villa was very clean and smelled really nice.

The style of the villa and peaceful.

Showers inside and out were hit and miss. 2 of shower heads leaking so badly you could not use. No kettle or microwave which we could have done with .

The location was great, nearby to the hotspots in Canggu but off the main road so it was not so noisy at night. The outdoor area exceeded expectations - we have yet to find a villa with a large space to hang out and relax. Anik was easy to liaise with - although she was on her off day when we checked in, she ensured someone else was there to help us out. Pak Arief was helpful and arranged a bike rental for the duration of our stay. The cleaning staff were also accommodating, especially when we requested for extra towels. The place looks exactly like the photos; we're extremely satisfied and happy with our choice of accommodation at Khaleela and would return!

The aircon might be a bit warm, and there's a window by the side of the bed without curtains so the glare from the sun might be harsh in the morning. Otherwise, everything else was great!

This is definitely a dream villa. It was so peaceful yet safe, and the villa is so well maintained and clean. The bathroom always smells so nice! We really had a comfortable stay. The hotel is also not secluded, just less than 50m away from the main road. So, I find it pretty convenient.

It was a perfect and comfortable stay - Very quiet and good location. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and had plenty of room. The villa is in walking distance to shops and cafes. It is roughly a 5-minute motor bike ride to the main street of Canggu. The villa was beautiful and cleaned every day. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

There is a large window right next to the bed which didn't have a blind, so it was very bright in the morning. We managed to move the mirror to try and block out the light. Hopefully in the future they add some blinds or curtains, so you have this option. Other than this, everything was perfect.

Nothing we didn’t like. If we had to give some feedback it would be that the pool is quiet deep with no shallow end that gradually gets deep (other than the steps section which can be taken as the ‘shallow section’).
