I didn't like having to wait 10-15 minutes to get checked in because the one guy had too much to do for one guy. The room had some things from the previous guest under the bed.

The toilet constantly leaked, the bed was hard, they didn’t shovel any of the sidewalks for snow, our lock battery died and we could t get in our room. The continental breakfast was pitiful.

Our heater blew only lukewarm air the room was freezing when we got there (January in Casper Wy.) breakfast the first day was not stocked with plates or cups and out of all food. Also traveled with 3 kids who wanted to swim no where on the website said it was under construction.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026The breakfast was really comprehensive... omelettes, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc... The rooms are always very clean and I'm so glad that you are pet friendly even though I didn't have my dog with me on this trip.
I don't like the heavy air freshener that's in the lobby. It's really overwhelming and it makes me sick to my stomach. I didn't know the restaurant / bar was open based on the website.

The front desk staff, the breakfast wasn’t good, the randos hanging around outside all hours of the night, your refund system, etc.

They put us in a room where all the construction was going on. But, on request they moved us. The breakfast was not good. It was eggs out of a box. No meat or potatoes. Muffins were hard.

The front desk person wasn't aware that I had cleared it to check in early since I was coming in from another state. Then later the person helping at the front desk wasn't aware the restaurant was still open and told us it was closed.

Beds and pillows are terrible. Lumpy and hard. The thermostats on the heater unit did not work so we had to manually change it. Either freezing cold or baking hot. Thin walls. Could hear the people next door “celebrating life” or trying to make one.

There was so much furniture in the room itself It was hard to move around the room. The furniture was excessive in my opinion. It included the two beds, an oversized chair, a night stand, a small table, a tall armoire, a long table with the TV, a desk, and a desk chair. The bathroom was mediocre, however it was clear that we were just staying in a part of the hotel that had not been renovated yet.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Hotel is being renovated. Rooms being rented are freshly remodeled. No construction noise during my overnight stay. Laundry, arcade, breakfast bar and workout room are all functional. Bring a roll of quarters and some small bills if you want to play in the arcade.

There were hairs in the sink and shower. Big stains on the floor. The stains i know they cant do much without changing the carpet, but the hairs in the tub and sink were awful. You could clearly see them and made us questions if the rest of the room was clean.
