Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Fantastic views from the house over loop head and could see the Dingle peninsula and the blasket Islands in the distance. Lovely cottage, very clean and had everything we needed.. nice seating area at the rear. Short drive to Carrigaholt and Kilkee. Teresa gave us lots of recommendations and we really enjoyed our stay.

It is exceptionally clean and tidy not a speck of dust and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Myself and my family absolutely loved it and Teresa thr owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

There could have been a set of cereal/soup/salad/pasta bowls. That would have helped. Also, some reading lamps in the sitting room. The feature "tree light" in the corner of the sitting room had a continual high buzz so we unplugged it.

Thank you for being a great host and all the extra bits you left out for us and the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the stove during the Christmas nights. Would highly recommend!!
