Abbiamo avuto un problema con la pressione della doccia subito riparata da un manutentore . Acqua delle docce fredda. colazione da migliorare , sarebbe bello quando chiedi un caffè extra non vedere persone scocciate per la richiesta, ma sono solo piccoli dettagli di un soggiorno straordinario, rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto

Es la 3ra vez que voy a Providencia, 2da que voy a Ketlina Village en Santa Catalina y volví por su atención, tranquilidad y servicios que ofrece el alojamiento. Siempre es un placer alojarse allí, es muy disfrutable. Su personal es excelente y muy cálidos en su atención.

A mejorar el servicio de Wi-Fi, en los apartamentos de más atrás no llega bien la señal. Es lo único que puedo decir que hay que mejorar.

La climatisation dans la chambre est super et silencieuse. L’emplacement près du pont des amoureux prêt d’être à l’écart du bruit de la ville. Joli jardin. Les hamacs sous la véranda sont super tou comme le chien de la maison.

La dame de la réception n’était pas très enthousiaste alors que le propriétaire était charmant. Il manquerait des jeux de société pour les jours de pluie.

La atención y amabilidad de Jorge, da las mejores recomendaciones. La ubicación en Santa Catalina, es un lugar único. El ambiente es tranquilo. La limpieza del hotel. Es un lugar para desconectarse.

Ketlina Village er et fantastisk rolig og deilig sted. Jeg bodde i den bakerste hytten med utsikt rett til naturen. Hvis du vil unnslippe masseturisme og bråk er dette rette stedet. Frokosten var god og variert og personalet veldig hyggelig. Overnattingsstedet ligger på en bitte liten øy som er forbundet med den større øyen via en bro. Det er ikke tillatt å kjøre over broa, men det er heller ikke langt å gå. For å komme til spisesteder og de få butikkene som er her, må do over broa. Du kan også bade fra broa og det er grundt vann der. Det fins noen små boder som selger vann og annet smått, men disse er ikke alltid åpne. På den lille øya, Ketlina, er det kun en strand og det tar litt tid å gå til den, ca 15 min. Dette er en liten, rolig strand. Det fins et par finere og større strender, men da må du over på den store øya og ta taxi eller leie bil for å komme dit. Men de er verdt turen, spesielt for solnedgang. Den beste hummeren jeg noen gang har spist var på Restaurant Eneidy som ligger ved foten av broa. Beste restauranten på øya. Overnattingsstedet ordnet med snorkletur for oss. Veldig praktisk å bli hente rett ved stedet.

Quiero recomendar ampliamente el hospedaje Katlina donde me quedé en Providencia. Desde el primer momento, la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones: limpia, cómoda y muy bien cuidada. Se nota el buen estado físico de las instalaciones y la dedicación que le ponen a cada detalle. El servicio fue impecable, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno es otro punto fuerte, con muy buenas opciones y todo preparado con calidad, ideal para empezar el día con energía. Pero sin duda, lo que marcó la diferencia fue la atención del señor Jorge. Desde mi llegada al aeropuerto me ayudó con el alquiler de la moto, además de apoyarme con la reserva de buceo y brindarme información muy útil sobre la isla. Ese acompañamiento hizo que mi experiencia fuera mucho más fácil y agradable. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo con total confianza para quienes quieran disfrutar Providencia con comodidad, buena atención y un servicio realmente completo

Merveilleux séjour en famille avec nos deux enfants. L’hôtel est bien situé sur l île de Santa Catalina, c’est très calme et idéal pour se balader. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et très propres. La Clim fonctionne très bien. Le jardin est agréable.Mais surtout quel accueil, nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés tout au long du sejour. Nous remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe de ketlina village et Jorge. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette adresse!

Lugar excelente. José e sua equipe estão de parabéns, são muito simpáticos. Sobre a habitação, a hospedagem fica em Santa Catalina, após a ponte dos namorados. O quarto é grande e muito bem decorado; Possui ar condicionado; Wi-Fi muito bom; Cadeiras fora do quarto para um “descanso”;

Todo estuvo excelente, la posada está muy bien cuidada, limpia, muy bonita, confortable, tranquila, bien ubicada, el desayuno estuvo muy bien y variado, todo en realidad nos gustó mucho. Schirianny fue la persona que nos atendió todo el tiempo, nos brindo información valiosa para nuestra estadía, fue muy amable y cordial nos aseaba la habitación todos los días y Definitivamente si volveríamos.

Nice place in a calm area of Providencia. The staff is super nice and friendly, excellent breakfast. The room was clean and organized. We were explained about all the excursions and activities on the island. I definitely recommend Ketlina Village.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, in a great location..

Hele fijne, comfortabele kamer. Zeer schoon, goed bed en het zitje buiten is ook heel fijn. Ik voelde me er erg prettig! Klein detail, er waren bedlampje met warm, sfeervol licht! Ook is de ligging rustig en is het er heel ontspannen.

Het is wat ver weg van de mooie stranden in het zuiden, anders was het helemaal perfect geweest. Al is het ook leuk om Santa Catalina een middagje te verkennen en er zitten een paar restaurants en een supermarkt in het dorpje aan de andere kant van de brug. Maar voor al het andere heb je wel een scooter, golfkar of taxi nodig. Maar dat geldt eigenlijk voor de meeste plekken op het eiland.

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue el trato del personal hacia nosotros (en especial Schirianny) y lo tranquila que la zona (no se oían ruidos).

María Eugenia y Jorge te hacen sentir en casa desde el minuto uno! Siempre te darán buenos consejos. La ubicación es inmejorable, tranquila y cerca de todo. La habitación es amplia, cama súper confortable y todo limpio. El entorno es bello y bien cuidado. Cuando las cosas se hacen con amor se nota! Con ganas de volver ya.

Everything, excellent location, close to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Very comfortable and cozy place, with beautiful gardens and delicious breakfast. Jorge is super friendly and helped us to book a private boat tour and a mula (golf car) to see the island. It's a real hidden gem.

Las habitaciones muy cuidadas, limpias y comodas. El trato con el personal fue excelente y nos ayudaron en todo para que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. Nos aconsejaron sobre excursiones y nos ayudaron tanto en su contratacion como en la contratacion de transporte para conocer mejor la isla. Mejor imposible!

We loved everything about our stay in Ketlina village. The place has a really nice atmosphere. The room was perfect, clean and well equipped with everything you needed, f.e. an extra blanket for the person who's always cold when the other one prefers AC at night (in our other bookings in Colombia hotel rooms they would also mention hair dryer and everything included but you would not find a hair dryer or even a second small towel in the room at arrival). We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine. Breakfast was really nice as well. The hotel is near the centre of / bridge to Providence from where you could easily start your day tours. On Santa Catalina you can hike to Morgan's head and explore local flora/fauna. We booked tours via recommandations of the hotel and came back with great experiences. We would definitely come back to this amazing place with its beautiful garden when visiting Providencia.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad en especial la amabilidad de Schirianny hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera estupenda volvería sin dudar.

La comodidad y tranquilidad del espacio

Jorge e lo staff sono veramente molto gentili, hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa! La struttura è nuova e in via di espansione, molto bella. Jorge ci ha fatto trovare pronti i motorini affittati e ci ha anche prenotato un tavolo da 'big mama', gentilissimo. Consiglio!

Um luxo (Se pudesse moraria nesse lugar!...) Amei os passeios que o proprietário organizou, Jorge é muito atencioso e prestativo. Natureza exuberante em volta da acomodação e no melhor ponto de snorkeling (Isla Catalina). Pertinho da Ponte dos Enamorados que dá acesso à ilha de Providencia. Por do Sol lindíssimo.

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Un poco alejado de otros lugares donde conseguir comida y/ o compras de víveres.

Hay todavía lugares con escombros de la reconstrucción y casas sin arreglar consecuencia del huracán Iota del 2020.

Large room and quiet

A bit generic, all white so very little cultural element. I dontnlike air conditioning but there was no fan. No info on wifi too.

The house is located just beyond the puente de los enamorados, so it's in a very convenient location, quite close to a couple of supermarkets and pharmacies. The rooms were very cozy and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. Nini was an excellent host, giving us many tips on places to visit and things to do, as well as putting us in contact with the local guides and drivers. In addition, she makes an amazing breakfast!

The place is located quite close to a bar that, on Saturday night, played loud music at night. That being said, the staff were very helpful and managed to make them lower the volume.

Jorge and Tisha were very, very helpful in booking this stay. They communicate very well, offer assistance with connections to transportation and restaurants, and they care about your experience. My now fiancee and I were there to celebrate her birthday! Tisha and Jorge assisted me in decorations and dinner reservations, cake and making it a loving and wonderful moment of engagement. I can not thank them enough! God bless them and Ketlina Village! I can't wait to return! When you come, ask for Tisha! She is amazing and very helpful! -Mike

Too bright lights at night that were hard to turn off, no wifi password in the room so could not connect. Would have been nice to have had a fan option as i dont like aircon

Great personnel, very nice breakfast (I had amazing pancakes for breakfast on my 2nd day), WiFi is good and room very clean. Environment nicely silent, no motor traffic. Also the room had bedside tables with yellow lighting (which is difficult to find in Colombia, lights are generally very white and bright)

Great location on Santa Catalina, so only accessible via the pedestrian bridge that connects Providencia and Santa Catalina. That's a plus! Each walk over the bridge feels like coming home to your own little caribbean island...there are a few more houses on it though :-). The room was very clean, with fridge, AC and a veranda. Alba and Nini were great hosts, always had a smile and a kind word. Breakfast was the first highlight of the day and the first surprise since we got a different type of fruit juice, bread, sausage, cheese and prepared eggs each day.

Nice place, good location, very clean, friendly, helpful & informative staff. Breakfast is up there as one of the best included set breakfasts I've experienced in Colombia and I been many times.

It was a big cottage with a beautiful patio! The staff was exceptional

Alba was a great host. Always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Always made a delicious breakfast. The facility were in mint condition.

Super nice and comfy accommodation on the beautiful island of Santa Catalina, just steps away from the pedestrian bridge to Providencia. Shops and restaurants are just 5-10min by foot but the hotel is very quiet and safe. Big breakfasts, rooms are being cleaned every day and the whole place is really new. We really enjoyed the little details in the room, such as a laundry line in the shower to hang up your swim wear and a mobile phone holder right above the plug next to the bed. The owner Jorge is super welcoming and went out of his way to help us organising our transport and tours on the island. We had an amazing time and we can absolutely recommend Ketlina village!!

It was the most relaxing piece of paradise. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The amenities, the excellent and friendly staff the peace and serenity it truly was magical. This was the perfect place to decompress relax and unwind.

The seclusion yet closeness to everything the great service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The staff is very friendly and caring about making us feel relaxed and helping choose the best activities to make this trip unforgettable.
