Clean, neat, spacious. Easy to find. Close to the metro station and the coolest park in the neighborhood. Breakfast is served as per the agreement with the staff and always served with a smile. Smart TV is a cool feature for those who need such entertainment. No street noise.

Room w/o the balcony is a bit hot as the sun is hitting it all day (5th floor) but the AC usage is included in the price, therefore this is an easy to solve issue.

Good location in kypseli and friendly staff. Room was a good size

Room and bathroom especially could have been cleaner. We also each had lines of bug bites when we woke up in the morning, which is concerning.

7-8 minutes to Victoria metro, 100 m from a 24 hour open Supermarket, very close to many bakeries /coffee shops. Great value and large clean air - conditioned room. Online check in facilitates the keyless ( code) entry into room.

O apartamento é muito amplo e novo, tudo bem limpo e chuveiro com bastante pressão de água.

Apesar de mencionar estacionamento grátis ele é pago por cerca de 15EUR, mas acaba que compensa pelo valor da diária.

Dźwiękoszczelność okien jest bardoz słaba, słychać wszystko, co się dzieje na zewnątrz

Klimatyzacja i wygodne czyste łóżko

Nie wiadomo kiedy tak naprawdę będzie ciepła woda, hotel ma jakiś system gdzie nie zawsze ta woda jest ciepła, jak chcieliśmy się umyć jednego dnia rano, nie było ciepłej wody mimo że zastosowaliśmy się do zaleceń i spuściliśmy wodę ale cały czas leciała zimna :( Pobyt w porządku, czysto, jest klima. Obiekt jest trochę w średnim miejscu Aten, jest to część miasta gdzie jest brudno, i śmierdzi. Po drodze na ulicy widać sporo śmieci na ulicach i bezdomnych osób. Zdecydowaliśmy się na śniadanie, nigdzie nie widziałam informacji że śniadanie jest serwowane, nie ma opcji wybrania co chce się chce, co dla mnie jest na minus bo moim zdaniem takim śniadaniem nie idzie się najeść. Aczkolwiek można wybrać żeby obsługa przyniosła śniadanie do pokoju. Natomiast co na plus, obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta. Na życzenie codziennie sprzątane pokoje. System wejścia do pokoju bezkluczykowy. Na kolejny wypad do Aten nie wybrałbym tego miejsca, był okej, ale jak za kwotę 1000 zł za 3 dni ze śniadaniem to uważam że średnio. Jeszcze dodam że do metra z hotelu było około 8-10 minut.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet,! Alles bestens! Der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In der Nähe befinden sich einige Kaffeehäuser!

The location of the hotel is really nice. They have luggage storage so you can leave your stuff after check out. The room was bigger than expected and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the bathroom vent makes so much noise it is impossible to turn on the bathroom light without waking up someone who's asleep. The cleanliness could also be improved, but it was still ok.

El aire hacia un poco de ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de la calle, por lo que fue un poco difícil descansar.

La camera grande e comoda ma da migliorare con piccoli arredi, uno specchio, gli utensili per cucinare erano insufficienti. Il bagno è migliorabile inserendo qualche mensola e mobiletti, il cambio del set da bagno fornito solo per una persona.

Facilidad de entrada, flexibilidad para desayunar y para dejar las maletas. Personal muy amable, habitación espaciosa con aire acondicionado.

Poco espacio para dejar ropa en la habitación, baño pequeño y ruidoso. Tardamos 35min en recibir el desayuno desde que bajamos a por ello a recepción el primer día :(

Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, άνετο, καθαρό και το κρεββάτι με εξαιρετικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια.

Δεν μου άρεσε μόνο το γεγονός ότι είχε μεν βραστήρα αλλά μόνο ένα φακελάκι τσάι (πράσινο) και τίποτα άλλο. Επισης ο εξαερισμός στο μπάνιο κάνει πολύ δυνατό θόρυβο.

Arrivée départ autonome. Top pour une arrivée tardive. Chambre spacieuse, télévision tout équipée. Proche du métro à 10 minutes. De quoi se restaurer dans le secteur. Quartier tranquille.

Le service de ménage. Nous avons demandé une première fois le ménage : lit pas fait, serviettes pas remplacé, aspirateur non passé.... Deuxième demande de ménage : poubelle non vidée, sol toujours pas fait, lit pas fait... seul les serviettes ont été remplacées.

Mooie, grote kamer met alle faciliteiten. Goede gordijnen, dus donker.

De laatste dag was ons ontbijt helaas te laat, waardoor we dit niet gekregen hadden voor we weg moesten.

The room was so spacious and light. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they offer luggage storage and breakfast as well. We had to stay here due to a last minute ferry cancellation and we were very grateful for their help calling the port. Highly recommend staying here.

The neighbourhood is a bit out of the main tourist area in Athens and is mostly nice but I wouldn't say there is as much to do around there, definitely more a local spot but is a few minute walk from a metro station to take you anywhere.

The room was clean and spacious… easy to access with big suitcases using the elevators and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants. Staff were amazing and so accommodating- going out of their way to help us during our stay. Thank you very much to the team at Figleaf.

The location is great and it is a safe location even you travel solos. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

Thete is no public transport nearby. However tram is about a 20 minute walk so not toi bad.

Súper serviciales y atentos, nos ayudaron mucho y fueron muy simpáticos. Está a dos paradas de metro del centro, y hay sitios donde van los locales cerca que están muy bien y también fueron muy agradables. El barrio parece bastante alternativo.

Quizás podría mejorar un poco la limpieza (no estaba mal pero creemos que podría estar algo mejor), y las almohadas nos resultaron un poco duras para nuestro gusto (pero esto es algo muy personal).

Very central place but in a quiet area. Super friendly staff with whom I spent some time chatting. Easy to find and very convenient if you have a car. Very spacious rooms. High speed internet in each room. I will definitely be back here next time I'm back in Athens!

Sehr nette MitarbeiterInnen, tolle Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit, geräumiges und gemütliches Zimmer zu gutem Preis.

Es war hellhörig und recht laut von draußen, wenn man damit Probleme hat ist das vielleicht nicht so gut. Zumindest in diesem einen Zimmer.

La struttura è molto ben fatta, camere belle e pulite e la disponibilità, anche se a pagamento, del garage è davvero super specialmente per noi motociclisti.

Non è vicinissimo al centro ma con una passeggiata si 25/30 minuti ci arrivi facile.

The airline lost my luggage and I needed help sorting things out on a Sunday. Tarik was wondering and helped me out with everything like calling pharmacies to see if they're open, making sure I didn't have any extra stress. I will not forget his kindness and making sure I land in Greece with a peace of mind despite the stressful situation.

Esperienza di checkin e checkout completamente automatizzata, la comunicazione e la gentilezza dello staff. Il parcheggio comodissimo che avevo prenotato (con un extra di 15€) sotto la struttura.

Il vassoio della colazione anche se piccolo aveva un po' di tutto e alla fine ci ha soddisfatto, magari qualche opzione in più (oppure chiedere le preferenze prima?) potrebbe migliorare l'esperienza!

Tout était parfait! !! Un accueil sympa et une chambre vaste et confortable, très propre. C'est un peu excentré, mais on rejoint très facilement toute l'animation du centre en bus ou en métro. Je garde l'adresse pour une prochaine fois

We arrived at midnight but all instructions were given earlier to access easily without any issues. Such a professionally co-ordinated place.

Πεντακαθαρα,άνετα, πληρως εξοπλισμενα δωματια, σε κεντρικοτατο σημειο, διπλα στο πεδιον του αρεως. Η υποδοχη ευγενεστατη και πολυ εξυπηρετικη! Ειναι η δευτερη φορα που μενουμε και σιγουρα θα ξαναπαμε!

Nice place to stay for a solo traveller or a couple. The room is quite new and modern. The location is close to the centre.

The property was very clean, new looking and very modern styled

I didn’t like about the property that one there was no floor length mirror, and you couldn’t see yourself. There was only a small little round mirror in the bathroom. Also, there was a big empty space in the room. They could put a little couch in there or a chair or sofa something

The room is spacious, the shower is huge, the bed very comfortable, and everything clean and new. It is also a fee blocks away from some wonderful tavernas, and walking distance to the National Archeological Museum. The staff are absolutely fabulous!! There is also something adorable: a pigeon has a nest with an egg in it just outside the window!

I was in their newest room, which is on the ground floor just above the street. They have soundproofed the room but it was still quite noisy until late at night. I understand rooms on the upper floors are much quieter. Also, it is important to understand that this is a busy part of Athens, so the noise is really inevitable if you want to be in walking distance to major attractions. Also, I suggested to the owner that a small lamp be placed on the bedside table for reading, which I think he will do. Right now the lights are either really bright or off completely.

Είχε ακριβώς ότι διαφήμιζε ότι έχει. Πολύ καθαρό, αυτοματοποιημένο+ δεν απαιτούνταν προσωπικό), με ιδιωτικό κλειστό πάρκινγκ.

Au fost lucrări la ultimul etaj și ne-a deranjat o bormașină 2 dimineți din 3 dormite.

Nel bagno: - mancano i portasciugamani; - il rubinetto del lavandino, essendo troppo lungo, non ti consente di lavarti la faccia; - manca una paretina per appoggiare la toilette. Nella camera da letto: - letto rumoroso e inadeguato; - non esistono finestre che si possono aprire. Solo due vetrate fisse; - tende non idonee, che fanno passare ugualmente la luce; - climatizzatori devono rimanere sempre accesi per il caldo in camera e sono pure rumorosi; - lo specchio è talmente basso che non aiuta a specchiarsi; - mancano parte di arredo armadio, non permettendo di disfare le valigie. Praticamente gli asciugamani ed i teli doccia dovevamo appoggiarli sopra la tv, senza alcuna norma igienica. Non esiste il comfort ed i disagi sono stati vissuti ininterrottamente per 48 ore!

Scarico acqua doccia , scarico acqua lavandino . NON FUNZIONAVA !! Il proprietario aveva promesso di sistemare invece nulla. Esperienza negativa. Non consiglio .

It wasn’t well cleaned, I didn’t like the fact that you need to pay extra for parking when on booking it shows like parking is part of the facility.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, πολύ καθαρό και μοντέρνο. Εξωτερικά είχε ένα χώρο που μπορούσες να καθίσεις.

Τα κρεβάτια έτριζαν στην παραμικρή κίνηση, τα στόρια δεν κάλυπταν πλήρως το παράθυρο αφήνοντας ένα κενό που τόσο για ιδιωτικότητα όσο και για τον ύπνο δεν εξυπηρετούσε. Προσωπικό δεν είδα, έστειλα ένα μήνυμα να ρωτήσω για πρωινό στο τηλέφωνο που είχε στο δωμάτιο, δεν απαντήθηκε στα πρώτα 20 λεπτά και το έσβησα. Οι παροχές στο δωμάτιο πέρα από σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο και πετσέτες, περιορίζονταν σε 1 πιστολάκι. Ίσως να ήταν θέμα του δωματίου μου συγκεκριμένα, γιατί στις φωτογραφίες τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια φαίνονται πιο ωραία.

De liefste host, een heerlijk bed, alles wat je nodig hebt om te kunnen koken en verblijven en ik wandelde iedere dag naar zee om aan een leuk strandje te liggen. Voor mij prima te doen en lekker buiten zijn vond ik zalig! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen!!!

Ze was bezig om een stabielere wifi verbinding te krijgen en deed hier alles aan! Ik kon op mijn hotspot uiteraard ook werken.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και διέθετε πολύ καλό κλιματισμό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε τρένο και λεωφορείο, ενώ σε κοντινή απόσταση υπήρχαν μίνι μάρκετ και σούπερ μάρκετ. Επίσης, μου άρεσε το σύστημα εισόδου με PIN, καθώς προσφέρει αίσθημα ασφάλειας και άνεσης.

Δεν έχω κάποια σοβαρή αρνητική παρατήρηση. Αν θα μπορούσα να προτείνω μία βελτίωση, θα ήταν να υπάρχει και εσωτερικό κλείδωμα ή κλειδί στην πόρτα, ώστε να μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να την ασφαλίζει και από μέσα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής του.

Sadly there were quite loud renovation works happening in the hotel during my stay, which would have been great to know about! Also a few awkward things like having to boil the kettle on the floor because of inconvenient plugs. But no major issues at all!

Modernes, zweckmässig eingerichtete und sauberes Zimmer, mein Zimmer hatte Küche und Balkon. Gute Lage, Erreichbarkeit mit Bus / Metro fussläufig. Sehr gute Betten, Pflegeprodukte, Föhn - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einfaches Check-in, hervorragende Kommunikation über WhatsApp, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber inkl. Angabe der Erreichbarkeit falls notwendig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde Figleaf Kypseli jederzeit wieder buchen.
