De accommodatie is precies zoals op de foto’s beschreven. Wij hadden zelf een vroege vlucht en konden ook vroeger inchecken wat heel fijn was op dat moment. Ook is het contact met de eigenaar super aangenaam. Je kan haar alles vragen, niets is te veel. Ook geeft ze zelf tips hoe best te vervoeren naar de accommodatie. Ze vraagt ook zelf er nog extra dingen nodig zijn, of je graag hebt dat de kamer wordt gepoetst, … . De locatie kan niet beter. Je zit dicht bij alles. De metro is 2 minuten wandelen. Je zit bij alle lekkere food spots. Dit verblijf heeft er echt voor gezorgd dat onze ervaring met Athene ongelofelijk was. Wij hadden een studio met een terras en dit raad ik 100 % aan. Elke avond hebben wij de zon zien ondergaan achter de bergen met zicht op de acropolis. Ik raad deze plek ongelofelijk aan. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat je niet beter kan zitten dan hier!

Great communication making it easy to find. Lovely apartment on the 6th floor with views across Athens and a beautiful sunset, you can just see the Acropolis too. Endless restaurants nearby, everything in easy walking distance.

It was a small apartment with everything you needed. Clean and modern. Great view of the Acropolis. We appreciate that there was a lift. Communication was by WhatsApp and gave all the information needed. It was perfect for our stay of 3 nights. And they arranged a taxi for our pick up from the airport which we used to also get to the ferry terminal.

There was some noise from clubs on the Saturday night but not too bad. It wasn't serviced but we did not need it for the 3 nights we were there. Any longer some fresh towels would be nice.

Modern apartment, it's pretty well furnished. The location is by far the defining feature of this property.

1. There's little to no sound insulation. It's expected to hear noise from the street but you can hear every single sound from the adjacent apartments. People closing drawers as well as the main entrance door closing. It's highly disruptive and the worst thing for us 2. There is a permanent smell from the bathroom drains, coming from the building. You need to close the bathroom door at all times and it's just a horrible stench 3. Depending on the room you choose, you may or may not get a direct view of the Parthenon. Ours was through a gate on the balcony. Not a negative but noting here

Apartment was very modern and clean. The view was also amazing, we only stayed for 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. Host was very friendly and communicative as well as flexible with check in

Can’t get better location than this!!! 10/10 for location, super clean, comfy bed and top notch host Katerina. Felt really safe and secure- something to bear in mind when choosing accommodation in Athens.

Small things which could have made the stay even better, comfier couch and smart TV.

Check in details were extremely easy to follow. Host was extremely responsive with our needs. We locked ourselves out and she called a locksmith that came in 10minutes. Perfect space for 2, clean, central location and amazing view of the acropolis.

Everything! Location, liaising with the host, layout of the apartment, the incredible view of the Acroplois on the terrace, the air-conditioning, felt very safe and secure - we will definitely be back!

The bed was a little challenging to get in and out of, and the shower drainage was a little slow vs the excellent water pressure the shower provided.

Emplacement idéal. Décoration raffinée. Appartement spacieux. Excellente communication. Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous venons à Athènes et c'est de loin le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

El edificio es bien viejo con elevador pequeño y baños con sistema de plomería delicado. No me gusta botar el papel de baño en la cesta de basura.

Easy to access the apartment. Nice, spacious, clean, modern apartment with great balcony views of the Acropolis and city.

I picked this property based on the generally excellent reviews. I also read the negative ones and unfortunately our experience turned out to be similar and like most, it was due to toilet plumbing issues. We arrived in an extremely hot and sticky Athens at the end of our holidays for a 2 night stay. First night was great, then in the morning the toilet overflowed and we were unable to use it or the sink or the shower. Athens plumbing network is very old. I reported the issue to the owner clearly explaining that we abided by the rules and did not to flush toilet paper or other items that may clog the system. However, I got the impression the owner felt we were responsible. After 10 hours, the plumbing issue was fixed. It appears to have been caused by baby wipes (we do not have a baby). The owner later apologised to me, but that was of little consolation. We were also unable to operate the tv. We were unable to access any channels.

Zoe Monastiraki is a fabulous place to stay in Athens, we wished we were staying longer! The view of the Acropolis is incredible, both in the morning and at night. The apartment is very large with a massive shower. The kitchen seems well equipped although we didn’t use it for our very short stay. The property is located in a very convenient location amongst popular places for dinner and drinks, and very close to the metro station. Katerina was so very helpful and friendly, helping us with our late check-in and organising a taxi transfer from the airport. She answered all the questions we had very quickly. Highly recommend this place to stay in Athens!

The apartment was modern and very clean, kitchen was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of space in the room to store all personal items and clothes. The acropolis view is absolutely amazing :) Check in was really smooth. The apartments are located at 6th floor but there is a lift. The building and the surrounding area were really safe. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. She was always responding very fast to my messages via WhatsApp

Such a convenient and comfortable accommodation! Me and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed how close it was to everything here. We even could see Acropolis from our room. Would recommend to everyone

Air freshner/scents not to our liking

The location is amazing, so close to the metro which you can get directly from the airport or the port. And it is very central to the city, close to many restaurants, cafes etc, and it's within walking distance of any of the main attractions too. The apartment is larger than expected, has a lovely little balcony and aircon which is great to escape the heat. We left our headphones behind and our host ensured they were safely returned to us.

The bed could be more comfortable.

The Apartment is ideally located for exploring the Acropolis and sites within that vicinity. There is an excellent selection of Brunch spots, restaurants and wine and cocktail bars close to the Apartment. The Apartment is contemporary and modern, was very comfortable with very good amenities. The view from the balcony of the Acropolis is amazing! The communication and information supplied by Katerina was first class. I would definitely recommend staying at the Zoe Monastiraki.

Communication from Zoe was excellent before and during our stay . Accommodation perfect for our needs , across the road from Monastiraki metro . View of the Acropolis from the balcony / terrace was amazing . Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Slight odour at times in bathroom but was not problematic/ did not bother us .

Just about everything! It was all clean, worked great, responsive host, centrally located. Such a smooth check in and out process. Katerina was incredibly attentive and great to work with!

Not sure if we didn’t close the window all the way, but you could hear the street. Not the end of the world though!

I loved how organized, beautiful, and well-located the property is! We had a short stay, and our time there was lovely. The apartment is very well designed, clean, and made me feel safe. It also has a beautiful view of the Acropolis, and the location was 10/10 — it is so close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Katerina was extremely friendly and especially helpful during our check-in process.

La ubicación es buenisima, cerca de todo y en una calle entretenida. El depto era amplio y miy comodo, tenia cocina y una terraza muy grande. La vista era parcial al partenon pero se veia lindo igual. Nuestro contacto con el cual hablamos por whatsapp fue super amable, contestaba rapido y resolvio nuestros temas. El lugar era seguro.

El baño tenia olor a desagüe asi que manteniamos el extractor andando y la puerta cerrada. El olor no salia del baño pero si era fuerte adentro. El wifi al principio no funcionaba pero nos dieron otro y funciono perfecto.

My favorite spot in Athens. The view from the bad is addicting, very cozy and central. Well equipped kitchen.

The smell from the bathroom plumbing. It was disgusting and permeated the whole apartment. As older patrons, the platform bed was difficult to access. The apartment is best suited to young people.

Attention : le carrelage dans la douche est EXTREMEMENT glissant. Il faudrait trouver une solution.

Perfecte lokatie. Prachtig uitzicht! Communicatie verliep heel vlot. Aanrader!

Bazı kişilerin yazdığı banyo kokusu evet var ama çok rahatsız edici boyutta değil. Oda camlarından biraz dış çevre sesini alıyor. Uykusu hassas olanlar dikkat edebilir. Ayrıca yatak tasarımı güzel ama girip çıkmak çok konforlu değil özellikle yaşlı gezerler göze almalı.

All was very convenient and good with very cool view! We returned to the same apartment on our way back home without hesitation. Special thanks to the hostess, Katerina, that was very helpful when needed.

WiFi was not the best

Konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi . Ev sahibi misafirperverdi ve çok hızlı dönüş yaparak yardımcı oluyor.

Sabahları sokakta çöp kamyonları geldiğinde (7-8 civarı)çok ses geliyor. Ayrıca diğer odalarında sesleri özellikle gece çok rahatsız ediciydi. Ses yalıtımı iyi değil..

Super Lage, zentraler geht es kaum. Mit der M3 kommt man vom Flughafen direkt vor dem Apartment an. Einfacher Check in. Schöne Aussicht auf die Akropolis.

Das Bad hat ziemlich übel gerochen, wenn man die Tür zum Bad konsequent geschlossen hält riecht das Apartment aber nicht danach. Abends ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage lange sehr laut, va. abends (oft Musik am Monastirakiplatz) - nichts für leichte Schläfer. Mehr Möglichkeiten, um Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen wären super.

Amazing location, we could see the acropolis from our bed.

There was an awful sewage smell, that was unbearable. There is a kitchen, but you can’t stand the smell so you try to stay in the room as little as possible. You can open the window, but we stayed in march and the evenings were cold.

Amazing panoramic view, perfect localization in the center of Monastiraki. Perfect contact with the host, during longer stay we were asked if we need anything. That was good stay, and the view from balcony...

Some modification of syphon in the toilet would be perfect idea. When was long time not in use, smell from the drains were going out, nevertheless after washing with water it disappear for some time...

Le logement était beau en surface avec une belle vue et spacieux.

Une odeur extrêmement désagréable venant des conduits s'échappait des toilettes. Ça a gâché notre expérience. J'imagine dû à la vieillesse du bâtiment mais nous avons été surpris et si nous avions su nous n'aurions pas pris le logement.

I was in apartment D and it was perfect. Property was so ideal for someone who's trying to be in and amongst what's going on in the city of Athens it was full of accessible stuff and it felt very safe because I was travelling alone it felt like a home away from home in terms of I had everything I needed but also there was shops around so I could get things that I needed and everyone was very helpful the facilities looked well look after and clean. Katerina was so helpful and great at communicating.

The only issue I found was that when I came in sometimes in the evening there was a bit of a smell from the sewage I think that's usually with most European cities so it wasn't too much of a bother after a little while it kind of walks away I would've really loved to have a smart TV so I could watch things like YouTube on Netflix because I'm not fluent in Greek so the TV channels weren't I wasn't able to understand them I think a card or little book welcome guest book with instructions for things like the shower the TV and how to use the fan would've been great.
