J’ai tout apprécié, premièrement un tout grand merci au personnel : Fadola,Yousra,Ikram,Mohamed,Outhmane et Ayoub pour leur accueil et leur volonté que l’on se sente comme chez nous. Localisation top, chambre magnifique avec porte qui mène au toit avec une magnifique vue. 😍

De locatie was super, midden in de Medina met een dakterras met prachtig uitzicht!

Helaas konden we niet kiezen of we een kamer met of zonder raam wilden. Wij kregen een kamer zonder raam, wat claustrofobisch aanvoelde. De kamer kon ook niet volledig afgesloten worden doordat de ramen niet dicht konden en er waren geen gordijntjes richting de binnenplaats. Dit hebben we zelf opgelost met dekens. De douchedeur kon niet dicht (en niet op slot), de wc bril zat los en op het moment dat je ging douchen was de hele badkamer nat. Ook de hygiëne was niet super, zo zat er een haar in mijn schone handdoek en liep er een rat over de gang. Ten slotte, doordat het niet volledig kon worden afgesloten was alles heel gehorig

Solo recomendaría que tuviesen bebidas frías y sobre todo agua porque fui en septiembre y el calor en la ciudad era increíble

Matelas un peu dur. Manque quelques fruits au petit déjeuner. Pomme de douche à changer de toute urgence.

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto: è davvero carina, sia per la stanza che per la terrazza, dove è piacevole trascorrere un po’ di tempo. Anche la colazione è molto buona.

L’unico aspetto migliorabile è la pulizia, che secondo me potrebbe essere più accurata, soprattutto in alcuni dettagli e negli spazi esterni, che ho trovato un po’ trascurati.

Ottima la posizione e la colazione in terrazza. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff gentile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out.

La stanza non è ben insonorizzata, si sentivano schiamazzi fino a tardi

La struttura è bianca con rifiniture azzurre in linea con il colore della città, forse troppo sobrio, dopo aver visto molti Dar e Riad mi aspettavo più decorazioni, è comunque molto bello, il bagno pure, ma non pulitissimo. Aria condizionata anche se la sera non faceva così caldo da usarla. Colazione buona e abbondante. Terrazza bella 0

Non avvisano che ci sono molti scalini per raggiungerli, quindi è più pratico avere uno zaino e non un trolley, d'altronde tutta la città è fatta di scale.

A beautifully decorated, peaceful and spotless Riad on a very tranquil street overlooking the town. A marvelous rooftop terrace were a plentiful and delicious breakfast is served (eggs, yoghourt, pancakes, bread, cake, butter, nut butter and jam). The rooftop room with A/C was large, very clean, luminous and had a wonderful shower with excellent pressure. The bed was new and very comfortable. Ayoub in reception was extraordinary: He contacted me to ensure my safe and easy arrival and graciously went out of his way to make my stay safe and very enjoyable. He was quick to point out places of interest and trustworthy shops and sights. It was a lovely stay. (The rooftop room I stayed in also has stairs up and down to the bathroom and shower - which for me were fine - but worth noting for those with less mobility who may want a flat surface throughout to choose one of the other 9 rooms in this lovely Riad). The location is noteworthy as it is int he town center but off the beaten path of the main streets. Well worth it. It was a 5 minute uphill walk from the taxi drop-off to the hotel which si the common theme here.

The room steps out onto the terrace where breakfast is served which is lovely in the evening as you almost feel you have the terrace t yourself however, if you are not an early riser, you will be woken early by the staff and guests. But there are 9 other rooms.

Stavano ristrutturando appartamento sotto il nostro i lavori furavano fino a tarda notte, molto rumore, schiamazzi.

Sehr schöner Riad mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick über Chefchaouen und auf die Berge. Dort wurde auch das leckere Frühstück serviert. Unser Zimmer war groß und gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Super Service! Wir konnten unsere Rucksäcke dort mehrere Tage während einer Wandertour lagern und bei unserer frühen Abreise haben wir ein frisches Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen und wurden bis zum Taxi begleitet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

La posizione è sicuramente ottima per girare tutto il centro a piedi. La terrazza è un valore aggiunto in una località come questa, dove potete passare un po di tempo per i fatti vostri a guardare il panorama senza per forza andare in un bar o ristorante. Le camere sono grandi e nel complesso la struttura è pulita e gestita da ragazzi gentili. Tuttavia mi spiace dare un punteggio un po basso ma spero possa essere uno spunto per migliorare.

La camera era grande ma peccava in alcune cose. Il materasso era abbastanza scomodo e le lenzuola non erano proprio adattate: ad agosto avevamo il copriletto invernale e il lenzuolo copri materasso non aveva elastici e non si poteva rimboccare sotto io materasso perché della misura sbagliata. Risultato, di notte rischiavi di trovarti a dormire a contatto con il materasso stesso. I cuscini erano troppo molli e inconsistenti. Abbiamo dormito direttamente senza, purtroppo. Come ultima cosa, al nostro arrivo mancava la carta igienica. Abbiamo dovuto chiederla e ci è stato dato un rotolo di fortuna “a mano” mentre salivamo le scale. Due o tre utilizzi ed era già finito. La mattina dopo abbiamo dovuto chiederne un altro. Infine, la colazione è migliorabile anche se nel complesso accettabile.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dar Hanan in Chefchaouen. The property is clean, peaceful, and beautifully located, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights — fresh, varied, delicious, and very filling. There was a great selection, and the kitchen team deserves special thanks. I would also like to mention the wonderful staff, especially Othman at reception, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The entire kitchen team was also very friendly and attentive.

There are just a few small details that could make the experience even better. Providing a prayer mat in the rooms would be a thoughtful touch for Muslim guests. It would also be helpful to have a small key ring or holder attached to the room keys, as this would make them easier to carry and less likely to get lost — unfortunately, I misplaced mine during my stay. 😊 The quality of the bed was good, but unfortunately the mattress/bed was slightly tilted, which caused some discomfort and made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. The towels were also a little rough and would benefit from being replaced with softer ones.

Kjempe greie personalet. Veldig rent. Jeg ble akutt syk og måtte til legevakta. Vi fikk hjelp gjennom hele prosessen. Og til og med etter at vi sjekket ut. Personalet hjalp oss med alt fra ambulanse, utsjekk av sykehus, fulgte oss tilbake til riaden, flyttet tingene våres et annet sted når vi måtte sjekke ut. Beliggenheten er også i nærheten av alle attraksjonene. Veldig snille og veldig rent. Anbefaler sterkt!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom had a terrible smell that was so strong I couldn't sleep properly. The photos online are misleading—the property looks much newer and nicer in the pictures than it does in reality. In person, the place is old, poorly maintained, and did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

La Ubicación y la atención de AYOUB, una persona que realmente sabe como se atiende un turista, Gracias.

En realidad había estado en otras ocasiones en Marruecos pero nunca me había alojado en un Riad y mi experiencia personal no fue buena. nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso de la casa y todo por escaleras muy pronunciadas. Si bien es cierto que nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa terraza con vistas a la Alcazaba donde desayunamos, subir y bajar esas escaleras es muy duro. Además dentro de la habitación para ir al baño también había escaleras y eso es muy incómodo. Cuando digo que no volvería a alojarme aquí no hablo de este Riad en Particular, sino que no volvería a ningún Riad.

La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de la entrada a la Medina por lo que el recorrido con la maleta es corto. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones bien conservadas, con Aire Acondicionado y WIFi. Las camas cómodas y la habitación amplia.

Bonjour, tout d’abord nous sommes rester environ 20min à attendre dans l’accueil avec plusieurs tentatives d’appel et d’envoie de message ici sur booking pour annoncer notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu d’après-midi avec des sacs et une forte chaleur et attendre en vain était vraiment frustrant. Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable, nous avions du mal à dormir la nuit avec bcp de bruit que ca soit a l’extérieur de la rue ( chose que nous comprenons) mais aussi dans l’hôtel au niveau de la terrasse er des parties communes. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à mon entourage et n’y reviendrai pas

Great location, fantastic breakfast and beautiful rooftop to admire the beauty of Chefchaouene! There was a small mishap with the shower head, but the staff appreciated that we tried to fix it. Room was a generous size.

Das Riad war einfach nur schön. Hell und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem Zugang zur Terrasse, noch eine Etage höher waren noch Lounge Sessel. Tolle Aussicht, sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

Wonderful terrace for dinner and breakfast! They lindly upgraded at no extra cost our room to the second floor, which was much nicer than the rooms at the entrance.

Some things needed a bit more maintenance (some sockets didn’t work, shower head)

La sera in cui siamo arrivate eravamo stanche per il viaggio e abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cenare nella loro splendida terrazza, cena super! Ottima anche la colazione con pane e marmellatine, uova, succo d'arancia e caffè/tè. Un grazie particolare a Otan che ha soddisfatto con grande gentilezza ogni nostra richiesta. Struttura super consigliata!

La biancheria del letto non era stata cambiata, le lenzuola erano sporche e strappate. Il coprimaterasso era a dir poco indecente. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa e ci hanno portato la biancheria di ricambio non stirata e praticamente raggomitola chi ci siamo cambiati in autonomia. La struttura è autogestita da più persone che si danno il cambio ma nessuna delle quali ha dimostrato di avere le opportune competenze. La, porta del bagno non si chiudeva e lo scarico della doccia era completamente intasato.

Stay was perfect, good location, recommend haman and massage, was like a secret garden, we stayed in the tree house small put perfect, would stay again.

Super locatie in de medina, slechts 1 straatje onder de beroemde ‘blue street’ en paar minuutjes lopen vanaf het grote plein met de Kasbah. Openbaar parkeren op 5 minuten afstand (duidelijke parkeer instructie ontvingen wij vooraf). We hadden mooie kamer met directe toegang tot het dakterras. Prima verzorgd ontbijt.

Er is eigenlijk niets wat niet beviel op 1 ding na en dat is zeer persoonlijk: het bed vonden we te hard. Dat is overigens geen reden om niet nogmaals te boeken.

Hôtel bien situé dans la vieille ville et traditionnel, parfait pour une halte à Chefchaouen. L'hôtel est typique dans une ancienne maison. Personnel très sympathique !
