We loved the sea view, quiet location and proximity to town.

Nice and sunny close to a small beach

The toilet makes a high pitched screech after every flush

Well presented with beach theme and well stocked with kitchen items for self catering plenty of towels and nice elevated location just out of town with water views from the front porch

Location perfect for what we wanted to do. Perfect for relaxing.

Fantastic location, quiet and very close to beach access. Lots of room to spread out, great views, close enough to town for supplies but far enough to be quiet. Great walks and drives around. Highly recommend. Loved it. Great friendly neighbours.

Well fitted out kitchen.

Very unpleasant musty odour on arrival and when we returned to it each day. Needed to be well aired perhaps after being unused for a period of time!

Lovely cottage with everything you need. Well provisioned, great location across the road from beach access and only 5 mins from the village. There are lovely decks front and back of the property that make the cottage feel more spacious.

It was really hot during our stay but there were a lot of bugs at night so you couldn’t keep doors and windows open. The doors and windows may need bug screens so you can have cool air in the house. We couldn’t get the tv to work our entire stay which was a bit frustrating as it rained all weekend. A TV you can cast to would have made it a perfect stay and we would absolutely stay again.

Everything, quiet, views, easy 40 minute walk to town

Low water pressure in the shower was my only downfall

Catered for my own breakfast out onn the deck in the morning sunshine surrounded by birdsong.

A perfect retreat with a very quiet neighbour hood and walk down to the estuary to swim at high tide.

It was a delight to sit on the porch with a sea view with coffee each morning, the interior calm colour scheme was relaxing with exquisite decor, textures with homely feel. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return again. Thankyou

Not a huge issue but a small toilet handrail and a shower stool left in shed if required, this would not stop me coming again as a lovely flat property with easy access.

Hand rails in the bathroom ie next to the Toilet and in the Shower, easier for disabled people re their safety. Driveway inadequate especially in wet weather ,having to step lnto puddles of water in order to reach the property.

Location was lovely and it felt like home away from home. Loved the local plunger coffee that was provided. Beds were super comfy.

TV was a little small.

So many thoughtful bits and pieces in this accommodation e.g. umbrella for rainy days, oil, soya sauce etc for making dinner. All kitchen equipment was great. Thank you.

We enjoyed the view of the bay as we sat on the deck. The property was well presented with a comfortable double bed and good quality linens supplied. There were many home comforts which helped us relax into our holiday. Situated just a short drive into Raglan for a coffee or 9 minutes to the surf beach. We will be back.
