L'accueil de Redouane est chaleureux, il est disponible et arrangeant. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable. La terrasse est très sympathique.

Très très bon accueil de l hôte Radouan, super gentil, très serviable, attentionné, merci beaucoup, l appartement est bien avec une belle terrasse, quartier calme , près de la médina et de la mer .

Personnellement nous sommes maniac , un point à améliorer sur la propreté de l appartement.

Bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire. Confortable, propre. On peut se garer au pied de l immeuble. Tous commerces à proximité. Médina, plage se fait très bien à pied. Un immense souk le jeudi ou on trouve de tout. Le plus de cet appartement c est la terrasse qui est très agréable. L hôte nous a reçu aimablement,nous avons eu un très bon échange,idem pour la remise des clés a notre départ. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter Merci

- Sonnenuntergang überm Meer auf der Dachterasse - Größe, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung mit Küche und Bad war super - ruhige Wohngegend, wo man ohne Probleme parken kann - Angenehme fußläufige Entfernung in die Stadt und zur Medina - kleiner Kiosk gegenüber - Empfang und Tipps vom Host sehr freundlich! Man fühlt sich einfach wohl

Estuvimos 2 noches. Nos dio la bienvenida Reduan, él es una persona muy amable, educado y muy correcto. La casa está en perfecto estado. La limpieza es perfecta. No se echa en falta absolutamente nada. La terraza es el punto más excepcional de la casa. Cenamos y desayunamos en ella, vimos la puesta de sol y se ve el mar. El apartamento es muy silencioso y el barrio muy tranquilo. El coche lo dejamos en la calle y está muy seguro. Lo recomiendamos encarecidamente. Volveremos. Y Reduan anímate a ser motero, la vida se ve de muy diferente forma desde la moto. Saludos de Sonia y Jorge.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Wie wurden sehr nett empfangen und der Gastgeber war super freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Ottimo appartamento al terzo piano ( come da foto) a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal mare - tutto moderno con frigorifero - televisione - lavatrice - acqua calda - cucina ben attrezzata - e una comoda terrazza con vista mare - inoltre il proprietario è una persona gentile e professionale - è stato un piacevole soggiorno.

Appartamento grande e luminoso con un bellissimo terrazzo, dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottimo per chi viaggia e lavora, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Host super gentile e disponibile e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione ideale per chi viaggia in macchina.

El apartamento es amplio y tiene una gran terraza, muy agradable para desayunar o estar por la noche. Reduan fue súper amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos, incluso con recomendaciones de restaurantes

No está lejos de la Medina pero se tarda un poco andando si no tienes coche. A cambio el barrio donde está el apartamento es tranquilo y hay sitio para aparcar.

A simply superb apartment and host. The space is clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable with a magnificent terrace. The host should be very proud of his apartment and the way he manages it. The location is a short walk from the local shopping street and market and a pleasant downhill walk to the medina. He is incredibly kind and thoughtful and we would return without hesitation. Friendly and accommodating host.

Le hôte nous a impressionné, il a été très serviable. Il a insisté de nous chercher à la gare malgré notre retard en train et que notre arrivée est tombé à l'heure du Ftour (rupture du jeûne) Il nous a montré l'hospitalité marocaine, il nous a traité comme des membres de la famille. Merci encore! L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. On a apprécié beaucoup terrasse sur le toit. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Pour le hôte il y a absolument rien a dir il est juste formidable! Mon commentaire vas a la municipalité ou le office du tourisme de Azilah Quand vous avez dans votre ville des personnes comme notre hôte il faut les valoriser. ce monsieur est à l'image du Maroc et la perfection dans le l'avenir du tourisme au Maroc.

Um die Stadt zu erkunden und einzukaufen ist die Lage sehr gut. Auch Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Die große Dachterrasse ist sehr schön zum draußen sitzen und zum Essen. Uns hat es gefallen und wir würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und versucht auch sofort auf Fragen einzugehen.

Das Bett ist vielleicht etwas kurz für sehr große (über 1,80) Menschen.

El apartamento es excelente. Es como vivir en un sueño. Es tranquilo, muy limpio, espacioso, el anfitrión es muy amable y me hizo sentir cómoda desde el primer día. El apartamento tiene todo lujo de detalles. Volvería a quedarme sin dudarlo!

Tuvimos una estancia excelente en este apartamento. El lugar estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta, tranquila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia. Además, Reduan fue muy amable y atento desde el principio. Siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier duda y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Sin duda recomendamos este alojamiento, y si volvemos a Assilah, definitivamente nos alojaremos ahí de nuevo. Muchas gracias por todo Reduan!

Clean. Lots of cleaning supplies provided. Modern appliances. Nice, accessible and responsive owner. Looks like the pictures.

It was a bit small for our family (two teenaged kids). Better suited for a couple without kids. The sofa beds listed in the description do not pull out into beds. They are sofas, so anyone not sleeping in the bedroom has to sleep on the couch. It’s located outside the touristy area and quite far from the beach. We were there in August and there was quite a bit of noise from the street late into the night (it may be quieter during the off season).

I higly recommend this apartment. It's very nice and clean. There is everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Reduan is a great host.

Everything was great, the apartment is clean and well organized. Decoration is inspiring. I like it! Redone is a great person, helped us a lot to know the city and brought us whatever we needed. I strongly recommend this property. It’s located in a calm and safe neighborhood, with many shops, restaurants and coffeehouses around. Kitchen is fully equipped and furniture and so is the whole apartment. A balcony and a wide terrace both allowing to see part of the ocean.

Amazing apartment full of light and air, at the top floor with two huge terraces. Equipped with every little thing one might need. Quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly, positive, and helpful. Pleanty of street parking.
