Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Location was perfect. Easy access to the property. Enjoyed the small apartment close to the beach, the town and the Medina. Manager Houda lives in the building, speaks English, and is attentive to my needs.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The apartment was really cozy and in a really nice location. It was equipped with everything that was needed and easy to reach the beach and the shops. The host was amazing: he helped us in everything we needed, he was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. He also speaks perfect Spanish. We also had an health issue, and he offered to take us to the hospital. We felt part of the family! I would totally recommend it if you want to spend a nice and safe time in Assilah!

The location is excellent: the beach is right in front of the flat, and the medina, restaurants, and other attractions are all within easy walking distance. The host was extremely kind and helpful, and made sure we could check in earlier, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Reviewed May 25, 2026La ubicación esta bien cerca de todo aunque no es la zona mas hermosa de Asilah, pero si muy cerca del centro y la playa. La limpieza del lugar esta muy bien.
El unico comentario negativo fue que había un fuerte olor fuerte en el baño como a tuberia aunque estaba limpio.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Netter Gastgeber, super Lage! Komfortable Matratzen. Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Tür. Gleich daneben das tolle, niveauvolle Strandrestaurant DAYA. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zur Altstadt. Auch der Küstenwanderweg nach Süden beginnt gleich vor der Tür.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025La amabilidad de Mohamed, que se encarga de gestionar los apartamentos, y su buena disposición para todo. También me gustó la ubicación, a menos de un minuto de la playa.
En la zona había una obra, algo ruidosa. Tampoco había mucha opción de hostelería (solo un café caro para la zona).
