Nous sommes en couple et ils ont réclamé un acte de mariage alors que je suis ressortissante française et lui marocain Il manquait des oreillers et ils nous ont limite accusé de vol ! La chambre était moyennement propre !

Las habitaciones no tienen smart tv en 2026, hay hormigas y despues de pagar lo que cuesta una noche, pides una plancha y te dicen que hay que pagar para que te planchen ellos la ropa.

The hotel rooms with their ship/cabin concept are dated, but they remain clean and well maintained. Although Hotel Tropicana has had poor reviews, I don’t feel this is at all warranted. My experience was only positive.

The overall service. especially the lady at reception. She did even want toi give me the email address of the establishment to raise my concerns. The bathroom sink was blocked and even after reporting it was never attended to. The room not clean really. old worn furniture. rustic is one thing being in an apalling state another.i shortened my stay. Alos they ought to specify that they serve alcohol in the main eating area.some people are not to comfortable with that .like myslef. breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was effeicient and friendly. .They ought to have said that the facilities are not all usable since they were revamping because of a tsunami like wave sometime earlier.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Отель удобно расположен. Хороший район. Пляж есть свой и не далеко общественный. Рестораны рядом. Номера уставшие, но уютные. Чисто. Из номеров работают от силы 10шт. Все остальное на ремонте или закрыто не понятно.. 3 бассейна. Есть глубокие.
Отель уставший, старый. Но! Поездив еще по Марокко , вернулись мы в него же. Поэтому кому-что. Нам все было нормально!

Reviewed May 23, 2026Понравилось расположение. Удобства к пляжу и набережная. Не далеко трамвай. Вобщем было норм. Но отель прям ооочень старый. Один корпус вообще закрыт. Идут ремонтные работы. Завтраки обычные. Каждый день одно и тоже. Но но нормально. Есть можно. Свежевыжатый сок каждое утро.
Все очень страрое.

Reviewed May 4, 2026De huisjes zijn schattig, genoeg kastruimte, ze zijn druk met het renoveren van de huisjes op de begane grond maar daar merk je niets van. we zaten op de eerste verdieping. de ligging vlak aan de boulevard. Elke ochtend harkten ze het strand heel mooi strak, niet nodig maar wel heel leuk. Handdoeken en parasol gratis te verkrijgen. De zwembaden waren schoon en met een badmeester. Met een trap kun je naar beneden naar een stuk privé strand maar over het algemeen is de hele kust van de atlantische oceaan niet echt lekker om te zwemmen. Veel te ruige zee. Wel super voor surfers fantastisch.
Als ik iets zou moeten zeggen was het jammer dat de gordijnen als vodden erbij hingen. Dat komt voor een deel doordat het raam naar binnen open gaat. Het zou fijn zijn als daar een mooie oplossing voor komt.

Difficulté d'y arriver depuis la gare des trains car les taxis refusent de mettre le compteur et annoncent des prix folkloriques. On peut tout de même y arriver en tram avec 1 correspondance.

Les photos sur Booking ont été prises, il y a des dizaines d’années dans l’âge d’or de l’hôtel, mais aujourd’hui l’hôtel est complètement délaissé, une ruine, on avait l’impression de faire de l’Urbex. Tout était vieux, abîmé, rouillé. Dans les piscines, il y avait des blocs de moisissures flottante, des déchets partout sur le site. Les chambres étaient dans un piteux état.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przy samym oceanie, wszystko co potrzebne pod ręką. Miły personel, pyszne śniadanie. Sam pokój wygodny, ciepła woda i działało ogrzewanie. Widoki z okna przepiękne. Pan z obsługi pomógł nam złapać taksówkę na dworzec, za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczne. Z przyjaciółką jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone z pobytu.
