Sunset Serenity

Very well-appointed apartments with lots of thoughtful little extras, including a first-aid kit and board games. Very quiet — you can't hear the neighbours at all. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, but given the excellent location, you can easily eat out at nearby restaurants offering a variety of cuisines for different budgets, or pick up groceries from the shop. Everything is close by. Just a few minutes' walk to the public beach. Very convenient for getting to the main attractions. Casela Park is a must-visit. The host is very attentive and always available to reach.

Close to the beach and a good strip of restaurants and bars. Spacious. Well equipped. Good communication from host via WhatsApp.

Квартира обставлена очень комфортно и уютно. По ней замечаний нет. Есть все необходимое ( кроме пляжных стульчиков)). Отличный интернет. Есть парковочное место. Бассейн.

A localização era excelente, a 5 minutos da praia, a duas quadras.O anfitrião, Sr Lavenish esteve sempre superdisponível para nos ajudar.O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário: wifi boa, AC nos quartos que chega também à sala, cozinha superequipada com tudo o que faz falta para coozinhar. Lavandaria com máquina e para poder secar. Gel de banho e shampoo muito agradáveis. Teve o carinho de nos deixarem alguns snacks, café, cervejas, refrigerantes e 2 garrafas de água filtrada. A decoração do apartamento , um rés do chão, com jardim exuberante e uma piscina com água de excelente temperatura. Depois das praias que visitamos acgamos Flic en Flac a melhor praia. Sehr schön, stylisch und modern ausgestattete Unterkunft in guter Lage in Flic en Flac. 3 Min Fußweg zum Strand. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation zum Gastgeber. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Het gelijkvloers appartement is zeer net en praktisch. We verbleven 7 nachten samen met onze dochter van 2 jaar. Alles is voorzien, goed uitgeruste keuken, stofzuiger, wasmachine. Het is een zeer praktisch appartement. De eigenaars zijn zeer betrokken en behulpzaam. De zelf check-in is heel eenvoudig. De zee ligt letterlijk om de hoek, en ook verschillende restaurants en supermarkt zijn te voet bereikbaar. Qua locatie zaten we dus perfect. Prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland per auto te verkennen.

De restaurants die worden aanbevolen vonden wij niet zo lekker. De bakker en de cremerie waren wel top! Het zwembad was jammer genoeg in onderhoud maar we hebben dit financieel gecompenseerd gekregen wat zeer fair is. Bedankt! €75 voor een kinderreisbedje vonden we iets aan de hoge kant.

Great apartment for 4 adults - we stayed 9 nights and it was perfect for us. The apartment is clean, with nice amenities and decorated with taste (it is also very spacious). The host is very nice, he accommodated all our requests and was very helpful during our stay (we asked him several recommendations). The location of the apartment is on a quiet street, 4-5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from he center of Flic en Flac (Carrefour supermarket). If you only stay in the area, everything can be done on foot. I would stay again here, with no hesitation :).

I would have liked for the water in the pool to be warmer :).

Luvnish war von Anfang an sehr bemüht und hat uns alle Informationen schon vorab zukommen lassen. Bei der Ankunft gab es schon einen vorbereitenden Willkommensgruß mit Snacks und Getränken. Außerdem gab es noch gute Empfehlungen für nahe gelegene Lokale und verschiedene Ausflugsziele.

Nice appartment close to the beach, (cca 100m), cca 550m to the Zub Express, its very good indien restaurant, and 1200m to Carrefour. On the garden is clean pool and outside is privat parking spot. Kitchen is fully equiped by hardwear, two bathrooms atached. Nice beds with comfortable mattresses.Thats al what I need and expect.

The apartment is amazing, fully renovated. Equipped with everything. There are 3 beautiful rooms. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beach, 10minutes from the Jumbo supermarket and restaurant/pubs. The host is really nice, he was very understandable and change our checkout time. Very appreciated.

We liked and really appreciated everything about the property itself. We could not have asked for more.

It’s our fault that we did not read the description carefully enough to know that it is located 3 blocks or so from the beach or facilities such as restaurants. The walk was not difficult, but somewhat alarming and confusing after dark along dark streets in short days such as in February. The property itself is gated and seemed very safe.
