Pas trop mal situé mais impossible d’expliquer l’emplacement sans l’adresse Chinoise. Obliger d’utiliser DiDi et d’avoir une esim sur son téléphone. Moonlight introuvable sur l’application Amap. Il faut taper l’adresse.

La douche est vieille et trop de pression dans le jet. Des odeurs d’humidité dans la salle de bain et la réception en gros bordel et plein de poussière. Cela mérite un gros nettoyage.

Big and comfortable beds. Clean towels and very big shower. Helpful staff who assisted with a broken electrical outlet and organized an electrician the next day to fix it.

The room smelled of cigarettes which somehow were coming through the bathroom, unsure how. Location is central but next to a loud street, but this might also depend on which room you’re assigned, some were more in the back.

Purtroppo la struttura non rispecchia le foto caricate su Booking: la reception non è altro che una stanza abbandonata, con una serie di oggetti accatastati e polverosi e una forte puzza di fumo di sigaretta. Quasi nullo il personale a disposizione e non parla praticamente inglese. La stanza è quasi non insonorizzata e, affacciando direttamente su una strada molto trafficata ed essendo collocata al primo piano, è parecchio rumorosa. La stanza non viene rassettata quotidianamente e il poco personale si limita a svuotare i cestini ogni due giorni. Scarsa anche la pulizia (abbiamo trovato macchie sulle lenzuola e sugli asciugamani)

The view of the ancient bridge was amazing. But please notice: Only the apartment rooms for 3 people have the amazing view. The other smaller rooms are in another building 500m away that don't have a nice view. Also the beds were nice and the apartment nicely furnished.

The small rooms and the apartment are 500m apart from each other. If you travel with 5 people (as we did) you may get 2 rooms 500m apart from each other. And only one of them has the awesome view with the ancient bridge.

The receptionist upon arrival was very friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and shower hot.

The reception doesn’t look like the pictures, more like an abandoned storage. The hallway was like a chimney with the cigarette smoke but fortunately our room didn’t smell.

Wonderful hotel with an excellent location! The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful — she assisted me with buying a SIM card, gave great advice on where to eat and what to visit. She speaks English very well, which made communication easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel!

at first, a setting meeting location on our first encounter was confusing. My advice, just directly give us the address we stayed. Meeting point on first address not necessary especially during night and lots of heavy luggage were carried, though the distance was not too far. Air conditioner need to be quality control first before customer entering the room. Room temperature is one of important to stay too. Last, there still a tiny dusting (only a minor) but its ok. We have enjoyed staying at Moonlight Hotel and not to mentioned, the room smells so nice and full of flowers scents, makes us so comfortable to stay.

Bathroom and room did not look like what the pictures advertised. It was a bit dirty and smelly. This should have been a separate listing from the moonlight hotel which has nice design and clean rooms. This room clearly is an extra apartment they had laying around they needed to rent out. Not a problem but at least renovate it to look like the rest of your offerings.

The room is very nice, I really liked the furnishings and it was very clean.

The heating in the room takes a really long time to heat up. The hotel did offer for me to contact them to turn it on before I return but as I was exploring I never really knew a time I would return. Also the reception area could be more welcoming, it feels a little like you are walking through someone’s home.

Lovely room. The manager was very kind and helpful with very good English. The hotel is well situated with a lovely late-night Bistro and Bar (Ghouse garden restaurant and bar), just around the corner. They also have a fascinating collection of vases and porcelain in the foyer. Chengdu was our favourite stop on our visit of China. Everyone was very friendly and laid-back and the Moonlight Hotel was a perfect base from which to explore the city, and its environs. Highly recommend 10/10.

Location, location, location. We stayed at the apartment with View and Balcony which lived up to his name, with a very nice view of the river and iconic bridge. Albeit not brand new and showing some normal wear & tear, the apartment had a cute "Greek Islands" theme and all the amenities one needs (including comfy bath robes). To top it all of, the lady from the hotel and her husband were incredibly kind, helpful and flexible when we needed to modify our booking due to my mistake in the booking dates. All in all, do not expect a Ritz-like luxury, but it has everything you need and the best imaginable value for money!

Though outdated, the apartment is very clean and very well equipped with comfortable towels, bed linnen, laundry machine, fridge, laptop table etc etc. Most of all: it's in the heart of Chengdu with a balcony with an amazing view over the city. Both at daytime as at night. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The outside of the building and the central corridors are worn out but once inside, it is one big pleasure
