The only good part of the stay was the staff. They were polite, helpful, and tried to manage the situation as best as they could.

Honestly, the condition of the apartment was very disappointing. The walls were cracked and the paint was peeling in multiple places, which made the place feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. The kitchen setup didn’t make sense at all. There was a stove but no gas connection, and no vessels were provided either. It felt like the amenities were just there for namesake and not actually usable. Overall, the property did not meet basic expectations. It felt neglected and not properly prepared for guests. I hope the management seriously looks into maintenance and provides what is actually promised.

Very affordable rate and the staffs were really helpful.

One bathroom was too small and looked a bit dirty and the beds and pillows were not comfortable and bed linens felt unwashed.

The basic amenities weren’t provided upon arrival. In fact I had to personally call the caretaker multiple times for providing utensils, induction stove etc, which I found very difficult.

A very good location. The manager Mr Rajan very supportive towards us. Late night we had arrived he arranged auto for us . As well in morning time also he came with us to guide Guruvayoor temple darshan. Satisfied stay. Room are very spacious and clean. Silent area out of noise. I will recommend to stay here while coming here.

Very much satisfied with the property City Apartments. I usually go for the apartment type staycation. This time I was little bit confused because it was really tough to choose in these location since there are so many options available. But this property exceeded my expectation. They work in a remote area but the morning vibe was a pleasure for sure. They could give a good discount and it was a superb experience for my family. The host Rajan chettan was top notch. I really felt home away from my home.

Property Manager Rajan was an Allrounder. My dad fell ill at the property. Rajan helped us in finding hospital at night around 9pm and stayed with us at the hospital. Next day in the morning too he came with us to the private hospital. Thanks to him for his timely help.

Ground floor of the property is ridden with fungi and mold. It needs an overhaul. Thanks to Rajan, the property manager who arranged for an alternate flat in second floor. Pillows, Bedspread and blankets provided smelled a lot like it was in a dust for a long time. It’s not possible to cook in the flats and the water kettle provided seemed like it was used years ago.

Travelled a lot, but this exceptional and the manager was down to earth and helpful to the core

Quiet and good location. Very responsive host. Room facilities as promised. A special mention to the on premises manager Mr. Rajan who took care of every aspect and personally guided us when we had to visit the famous Guruvayur temple. Very rare to get this kind of personal touch.

The mattresses were hard. A bit softer ones preferred.

The care taker and the quiet.Thank you Rajan for arranging the auto and everything.One to and fro ride to the temple was complimentary for which we are grateful because there was no other means to get out from there.We also had six bottles of water.Food we ordered from Zomato.

Horrible experience. No means of public transport No restaurants nearby This is more of a hide out than an apartment. Misleading information about check in 00.00 to 00.00 check out 14.00 to15.00. Had informed them of our arrival between 8 and 9.When called from station the owner was surprised because he assumed we would arrive in the night.So ended up being given a dusty apartment with nothing.We had to request for toilet paper,towels and what not! In the night the owner phoned to inform they followed the 22 hour plan,which incidentally they do not mention anywhere or didn't say a word about in the morning,and we were to check out by 6.30am but he would extend it to 8.30 out of courtsey! After I pointed out information on Booking.com,he said they usually phone the customer and give these details.He had not done that too. In the morning we all woke up with terrible sore throat and cold .My wife was to sing at Guruvayoor! They had apologized and asked us to stay till check out time but our good sense prevailed and we checked out at 11.30am and was charged RS.3200 while the amount shown is Rs.2879. We had to rent out another room for the rest of our time. The kitchen has just a kettle and toaster and a gas stove with no gas connection!Even cups we had to request. If properly maintained and honest dealings done it has the prospect of becoming a good stay away from the hustle but transportation would be a problem even then.

The caretaker Pradeep was excellent.

It was an awesome experience and value for money. We are 4 members and took a bhk apartment. 2 bedrooms also had AC , remote control ceiling fan , queen size cot and bed. Hall had a dining table and 6 seater sofa....Manager rajan was very kind and so helpful. Owner was too so kind in phone call and they arranged a complementary drop and pickup to temple. Overall nice experience with family
