We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always attentive and ready to help with any questions or requests. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and everything meets the expected standards. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The host is very loyal and caring, offered us to come earlier and leave our luggage. Tea and water are free of charge!

Great location and friendly staff, but this second visit will probably be my last. The drop in room quality and cleanliness was too disappointing.

The room had a strong, overwhelming smell of chemical dye that was difficult to tolerate. The odor was so pervasive that it even clung to my clothes long after I returned home. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean.

The place is clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly. Thank you, Ramadan. I'm very grateful for it and will definitely return next time.

Месторасположение очень хорошее, персонал добрый, и все близко: магазины, транспорт, базары, кафе, достопримечательности и Босфор.

Внимание, в данном отеле КЛОПЫ!!! Первое, на что обратили внимание, это состояние подушек и постельного белья. Подушки в жёлтых разводах и требуют замены. Даже наволочка не смогла скрыть разводов. Бельё старое, в пятнах, застиранное. Полотенца в пятнах и тоже требуют замены. Далее, при осмотре подушки, мы обнаружили "жука". Поскольку ни разу не сталкивались с клопами, засомневались. Но затем сомнения рассеялись, они стали выползать отовсюду. Отодвинув кровати, мы обнаружили мусор и грязь. Попросили персонал решить проблему, переселить нас в другой номер или отель, но они сказали, что это невозможно. Смена белья не дала результата. Мы не спали всю ночь и персонал отказался компенсировать неудобства, сославшись на то, то клопы у них впервые. Также в номере присутствовал запах табака, но по сравнению с клопами, это оказалось мелочью.

Оценка выше только за то ,что хозяин другого отеля в который поселили был радушный и на мою просьбу на второй день заселил нас в другой номер с окном, где хотя бы дышалось спокойно

Забронировала номер в этом отеле, по приезду встретили улыбались попросили оплату. И как только я оплатила начали говорить что у них проблемы с номерами и что дадут номер в другом отеле. Из-за того что и так с дороги уставшие не спавши сутки пришлось остаться в том номере который они предложили( находился номер на 0 этаже почти, небыло окна, запах сырости был ужасный - даже рулон туалетной бумаги от влажности был мокрый, вытяжка и приточка абсолютно не работала. Видимо это такая схема, потомучто моя бронь была гораздо дешевле чем цена на момент приезда. Они попросили самой отменить бронь(я сделала запрос в букинге на бесплатную отмену и они приняли запрос, т.к моя бронь была без предоплаты до дня заселения)

Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse et souriant. La chambre est super et l'emplacement génial tout près des commerces et métro. Ramazan et au petit soin. Je conseille 👍👍👍

Holelul putin improvizat, mult praf in camera, lenjerii si prosoape cu pete (erau spalate dar erau patate) Praf de un deget langa geam. Avea o nota foarte mare pe care sincer proprietatea nu o merita. Nota mare am simtit ca m-a pacalit sa aleg acest hotel. De asemenea zona nu e una buna dar are avantajul de a fi aproape de zone mai bune

Mizeria din camera și atitudinea celor ce administrează proprietatea.M-am dus să le spun sa mai facă curat in camera iar aceștia au spus că este curat,atașez poze din locație.Am plecat și am căutat alt hotel,banii nu mi-au fost înapoiați.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster das extrem klein war. Als Nichtraucher hatte ich immer den Zigarettengeruch in der Nase. Meine Freundin hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße hin das gut war

Очень понравилось отношение персонала и сам сервис. У нас было позднее заселение, но хозяин всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал в Telegram, поэтому никаких проблем не возникло. Во время проживания понадобилось срочно продлить номер ещё на сутки — нам сразу пошли навстречу и быстро нашли свободный номер, за что отдельное спасибо. Мы впервые приехали в Турцию и, честно говоря, переживали, чтобы не попасть в неприятную ситуацию или плохой отель. Но здесь всё прошло настолько спокойно, комфортно и доброжелательно, что все волнения исчезли уже в первый день. В отеле чисто и уютно, видно, что за порядком следят. Персонал очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный, создаётся ощущение, что тебе действительно рады. Особенно приятно было, что нас угощали вкусным турецким кофе на песке — это добавило особой атмосферы и оставило очень тёплые впечатления. Также порадовало, что горячая и холодная вода есть круглосуточно, с хорошим напором — после долгих прогулок это очень важно. В целом проживание оставило только положительные эмоции, спасибо за гостеприимство! На обратном пути обязательно остановимся здесь.

Die Lage war gut. Die Gegend ist wenig frequentiert von Touristen, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Zimmer entspricht NICHT den Bildern. 1. Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster in einen Lüftungsschacht. Dieser wird für Zigarettenabfälle verwendet, dementsprechend riecht es dann auch im Zimmer, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Kein Tageslicht! 2. Haare, Fussel und diverse Flecken im Bett und auf dem Hocker. 3. Zimmerboden dreckig. 4. Defekte Ausstattung (Duschtür fehlt. Handtuchhalter defekt, etc) 5. Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage. Auf meine Nachfrage nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde dieser mit der Begründung abgelehnt, das Hotel sei vollständig ausgebucht, obwohl auf Booking.com noch zwei verfügbare Zimmer angezeigt wurden.

the workers are very pleasant and try to help as much as the language barrier allows them, we even got a bigger room than we paid for. The location is great, the street is lively but we did not experience any major noise

One day we came back to the room and it was cleaned which is very commendable but we did not receive any information in advance that our room would be cleaned and that there was even such an option, all praise, but my opinion is that you tell your guests this when checking in. Bed was not clean.

The location was genuinely great it had good access to local shops, was close to the market, and very near to the main attractions. Without me even saying anything, they came into the room and left us new, clean towels, which was really good.

Considering the price, you wouldn’t expect many special amenities in the hotel but not to the extent that there’s no hand soap, not even a single shampoo, or even a bottle of water in the fridge.

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, el ventanal a la calle, una ducha moderna y amplia. La relación calidad - precio fue excelente.

It is what it is. The hotel needs renovating, but if you need a cheap place for one night, it's not that bad.

I had to pressure the staff to issue me an invoice, a lot of excuses before it finally happened. Short bed, I could not squeeze there (I am 181 cm tall). The shower - water leaked everywhere except the sprinkler. The bath tube door was broken. But above all, the window did not close tightly, so there was cold air blowing the whole night (it was March, cold night).

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First of all, the hotel was very loud, and the walls were incredibly thin. At night, we would have trouble falling asleep and wake up at random moments because people were talking very loudly, singing, blasting music, etc. Second of all, the window did not completely closed so from the outside every noise could be heard. Lastly, the door of the shower was missing, causing the whole bathroom to be wet. Furthermore, the shower head was also not able to be held up by the rod, making an even bigger mess.

This is a very pretty and cozy small hotel located within walking distance of most of Istanbul’s popular places, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to reach — I arrived directly from the airport by metro, which was a huge plus. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I truly felt comfortable during my stay. Thank you for hosting me — I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back again.

Замечательный приëм! Было очень приятно - меня встретили как долго данного гостя. Хозяева отеля - братья, симпатичные и отзывчивые хозяева.Небольшая, чистая и уютная комната. Прекрасный кофе по турецки на песке, вкусный чай. Нам обратном пути планирую остановиться снова!

Дружелюбные молодые люди на ресепшене. Все вопросы решались быстро и позитивно. Чисто и регулярно убирают. Угощают кофе на песке и чаем. Удобная локация.

Сильная слышимость, но это база, так везде, нужны беруши (можно купить в ближайшей аптеке).

Όμορφο δωμάτιο σε περιοχή κοντά στην εγυπτιακή αγορά. Ακριβώς δίπλα έχει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείς καφέ,σούπερ μάρκετ.

Χρειάζεται βελτίωση στην καθαριότητα.
