Arctic Elegance

The property was very clean great location. Bedrooms were nice and living room was airy.

The door lock failed to open on many occasions, which left us waiting outside the property for 30 minutes in -14°C temperatures, in the middle of the night, with our children. Booking.com refunded as compensation although the owner is at the property didn’t care.

The house was fantastic - very well designed, warm, and we had a direct view on the northern lights from the balcony! I personally really loved the living room and hygge moments there - cozy evening reading, playing chess, good smelling candles around, being inside but seeing bluish polar nights and the snow from the huge windows. We were only 2 people but house can definitely fit 6 people comfortably due to its size. The bathroom was new and well cleaned. It was only 5 min drive from the city center.

Things for improvement: - more cooking tools - better beds (too soft)

Outstanding Stay – A Truly Exceptional Apartment! Our time at Arctic Elegance was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is beautifully designed and instantly gives you a warm, welcoming feeling. You can tell that a lot of love, taste, and attention to detail went into creating this place. The amenities are excellent, the beds extremely comfortable, and the view is simply breathtaking. Everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Communication with the hosts was fantastic as well – fast, friendly, and very thoughtful. We felt incredibly comfortable here and would have loved to stay even longer. This is a place you immediately want to recommend to others, and we will definitely return. 10/10 ⭐ – a true gem in Tromsø!

Fantastisk fin og moderne leilighet, gode senger. Strøkent og rent, alt man forventer av et kjøkken og bad. Alt var tilrettelagt fra verten.
