Posizione straordinaria, un luogo dove trovi tutto a favore di desiderio, chiesa, lago e sfiziosi locali per ristorare anche il palato.

Le scale per potervi accedere non sono fornite di una rampa per disabili o di una per facilitare l'ingresso con le valige, inoltre a chi non è gradito il suono delle campane, questo luogo è decisamente sconsigliato.

Waren auf den Moto Guzzi Treffen, die Stimmung und Lage war sehr gut mitten in Zentrum. Ein Motorradtreffen was jeder mal Erleben sollte , es war ein Traum .

Great location close to the lakeside and easy access from the station. No room key but just a key code was a novelty. Nice outlook from room to a central terrace.. Effective air conditioning . Told at 8am in the morning of arrival by WhatsApp message that room was available to enter

Though as it turned out we could enter the property on morning of arrival despite repeated messages requesting whether we would be able to leave luggage at the hotel assuming too early to check in did not receive a proper response which was very frustrating. Was it a human or a chat box? Not sure if there was a hotel reception as passport scan requested prior to arrival and code and directions provided on day of arrival by WhatsApp. Not sure what someone would have done if they needed help.More like an Airbnb though external appearance looked like a boutique hotel. Not enough hangers provided.

LOCATION LOCATION!! Very good sized fridge, good sized bathroom with spacious shower with hot water. Beautiful building with lovely terrace and room with balcony that had the most gorgeous view. Very central! After several (unsuccessful) attempts at contacting someone from this establishment, we finally managed to get hold of a representative/owner (?) - after this, contact was good and they responded promptly. Oscar also agreed to meet us for check in and this was very much appreciated. Mandello del Lario is simply STUNNING! It was great to have coffee pods with coffee machine and kettle. They also left us two bottles of water each day which was a lovely gesture. Liked the access system and not having to carry a key card or door key around with us.

No safe - room was advertised as having a safe, and this was very important to us when booking the room - manager informed us that all of the other rooms had safes. Unfortunately, the cleaning was lacking - floor was not cleaned throughout our three night stay and due to nesting birds above, there was a lot of bird mess piling up on the balcony which we felt should have been cleaned - we were pleased that the manger seemed to take our feedback on board. There was no reception & we were not overly keen on the idea of self check-in but as stated, the manager kindly agreed to meet us in order to do this. However, there was no contact from the owner/manger throughout or after our stay, and it would have been nice to have been asked if we were okay & how we found our stay. There was a great sized fridge but no cutlery or crockery - a couple of plates & spoons would have been useful given that no breakfast was offered and the adjoining restaurant was closed throughout the week. It could get quite loud at times (with other guests) as there is no carpet runner on the stairs to help absorb the noise, and we suggested that the front door to building should have spring hinges so that it shuts automatically after guests come and go. We missed not having breakfast and wished that something had been offered. However, we want to stress that despite all of this, we still liked this place VERY MUCH and would highly recommend it but it could be truly wonderful with a few tweaks. The manager informed us of plans to refurbish/update the rooms which was really great to hear.

Serdecznie polecam obiekt, super lokalizacja, komunikacja świetnie rozwinięta. Przepyszne jedzenie w okolicy! Czysto, wygodnie, bezproblemowe zameldowanie jak i klimatyzacja która świetnie chodziła !

Fin leilighet i sentrum av Mandello del Lario, restauranter og badestrand like i nærheten. Båt kai for rutebåt ligger også i sentrum. Det er selv innsjekk, så vi hadde kun kontakt med vert pr booking.com og WhatsApp. Det fungerte helt fint

The location is walking distance from the train station and by many bars and restaurants. It has a very easy to use lock system. It’s a very spacious and clean room.

Outstanding location. A wide selection of teas available in the room . The aircon and other electronic devices were excellent.

Nous avons moins aimé le fait de ne voir aucun membre du personnel. Tout se passe par WhatsApp. J’aurais aimé pouvoir rencontrer quelqu’un en personne afin qu’il nous explique les choses à voir au lac de Côme et comment s’y rendre. Ou alors, il aurait été bien d’avoir dans la chambre des prospectus sur les lieux à visiter.

Mi è piaciuta la camera, la posizione, il frigo, la bottiglietta d acqua nel frigo, le cialde del caffè, il the.

Nella doccia si scivola, il personale inesistente diciamo che una benvenuta o qualcosa del genere avrebbe fatto piacere, c’era solo il bagnoschiuma non c era il sapone sul lavandino o sul bidet, né un dentifricio di quelli piccolini secondo me per quel prezzo sarebbe stato indicato.

Incredible location less than a hundred steps from the lake, and perfect base to explore this stunning part of Italy! Walking distance to everything you could need, including gelato! An easy 6 minute stroll from the station, less than an hour by train from Milan. I will definitely be back!

Wasn’t perfect for remote working. A little table to be able to work from in the room would have been handy, and a functioning umbrella for the garden to provide shade.

Mooie, comfortabele en heel propere kamer met ruime badkamer. Rustige maar toch zeer gunstige ligging, vlakbij het treinstation en de ferry. Zelf-check-in ging gemakkelijk dankzij de vlotte communicatie.

Enige kleine minpuntje: het bijhorende restaurant was gesloten, waarschijnlijk aangezien het nog geen echt hoogseizoen was, maar dit was niet duidelijk aangegeven voordien. Daardoor heb ik geen enkel personeel gezien, maar de zelf check-in ging heel vlot, en er zijn genoeg andere eetopties in de buurt!

La camera è molto spaziosa, luminosissima, pulita e dotata del necessario, molto apprezzata la zona per caffè e bevande calde messe a disposizione. Il bagno è grande e con una doccia molto bella. L'edificio è completamente ristrutturato e posizionato in pieno centro e a pochi metri dall'imbarco dei battelli per il lago. Spero di ritornare e sicuramente lo consiglio.

The location was a little bit challenging to find but with the directions we were given we managed to find it. The part of the lake that was close by was very beautiful and peaceful. The room was nice but not soundproof and the bed was not the most comfortable but overall it was a good stay.

Alles, die Lage, die modere Ausstattung mit der wahrscheinlich tollsten Dusche in ganz Italien 😉. Es gibt keine reguläre Rezeption. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war perfekt.

Large, very comfortable rooms in a quiet, truly Italian small city on the Como Lake. Direct access to the ferry and hiking routes. Super friendly staff.
