Łazienka stara brak zdjęcia w opisie ogloszenia , pościel wychodziły z zewnątrz jakies końcówki, daleko od centrum, średnio czysto w lazience jakies włosy oraz owady (ostatnie zdjecie)

It has a underground garage where parking is possible free of cost. Our check in and check out process was very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommend to others.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Unkomplizierter Checkin. Wir durften früher rein als der offizielle Checkin. Freundlicher Kontakt. Gute Bücher und Spiele im Regal. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Sauberkeit hat Luft nach oben. An dem Kopfteil des Bettes gibt es schon eine dicke Staub/Schutzschicht, auch auf anderen Flächen ist dies zu sehen. Eine dicke Spinne hat uns gleich aus einer Ecke im Schlafzimmer in ihrem Nest begrüßt Die Kaffeemaschine ist undicht und bettelt wie auch der Wasserkocher um eine Entkalkung. Die Kissen dürften mal wieder gewaschen werden, riechen etwas abgestanden. Die Lampe löst sich von der Wand. Nur Besteck, und Geschirr für genau 4 Personen, man muss also jedesmal sofort abspülen, was halt schlecht ist, da ja eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist, und wegen 4 Teller würde ich die jetzt nicht einschalten.

I cuscini non vanno per niente bene molto scomode, non c'era l'aria condizionata ma bensì due ventilatori - raffrescatori, ci sono poche stoviglie sopratutto le posate sono ai minimi termini

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Comfortable, clean apartment, garage, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, quiet place, close to the Warmbad station and bus stop, great contact with the owner. A very nice welcome gesture from the owner - a bottle of wine in the fridge.
It would be good to add some dishes and cutlery.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Het appartement was heel ruim en we voelden ons inderdaad onmiddellijk thuis. Alexandra was een top gastvrouw. Ze communiceerde goed en het inchecken verliep vlot.. we waren blij dat er een beschikbare airco was gezien de hoge temperaturen. Het nodige servies in de keuken was voorradig om je eigen lunch, diner, ontbijt te maken. de wasmachine was top en pik fijn in orde. Ook het afwasmachine werkte goed. Beide apparaten kwamen ons goed van pas. Onze kledij konden we drogen op het terras. ideale accommodatie dus voor onze fietsroute.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht (Geschirrspüler mit taps, Waschmaschine, Müllsäcke, Toaster, Spiele, Fernseher mit Netflix und Disney plus, usw.). Es ist auch sehr lieb eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt super wohl fühlt. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und es gab sogar einen Tiefgaragen Parkplatz. Alles sah auch so auß wie auf den Fotos. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super und sie war sehr nett und freundlich. Zusätzlich gab es auch eine Mappe mit Tipps für Aktivitäten und Essen in der Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich, Bad), sehr gutes WLAN, sehr engagierte Vermieterin und die Lage ist auch super. Zusätzlich steht für das Kfz. auch noch ein Tiefgaragenplatz zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment pudelwohl gefühlt.

Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes (couteaux, fourchettes, cuillères)

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, clean, beautiful surrounding, but the most importantly is the host, which was incredibly nice and friendly (even though we haven't met in person). We arrived very late after a whole day of driving, and the check in process was easy, we got the key from the key box, with online instructions from the owner. The communication was fast and easy, and we were welcomed in a nice manner. I can highly recommend this apartment if you are staying around Villach.
