Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The room did not match the pictures presented during the booking process. The biggest issue was that our room faced the courtyard and was constantly filled with smells coming from the kitchen on the ground floor. This might be less noticeable in winter, but during summer it is simply unacceptable, especially since there is no air conditioning and opening the windows is the only way to get some fresh air. Parking is also very limited and the spaces are quite small, both in front of the hotel and in the courtyard.

Wasserschaden im Bad, nicht richtig geputzt, abgewohnt (Fotos der Anzeige sind sehr schmeichelhaft und schon älter), betrunkene Leute vor dem Eingangsbereich (laut auskunft des ehem Hausmeisters ständig). Von der „Gastgeberin“ wurde uns Betrugsabsicht unterstellt, wir wurden dauerhaft mit Anrufen und Nachrichten belästigt, hatten ehrlicherweise schon Angst vor dieser Dame. Aufnahmen und Screenshots sind bei Booking vermerkt. Wir sind dann bereits nach einer Nacht abgereist, anstatt nach zwei, da es für uns keine tragbare Situation war. Edit: Frau Stewart, Ihren Kommentar kann ich so nicht belassen: So etwas cholerisches und uneinsichtiges wie Sie haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Unsere beiden Kinder haben nachweislich nicht in Ihrem Appartment übernachtet, sondern bei den Großeltern einige Kilometer weiter. Der 20cm Fleck war ein modernder Wasserschaden, welcher auch nicht erst seit gestern (laut Ihrer entrüsteten Aussage) bestand, und extrem üblen Geruch verbreitet hat. Die beiden Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und auch nicht sauber geputzt. Die erwähnte Abnutzung kann ich gerne mit mehr Bildern dokumentieren. Ebenso veröffentliche ich gerne den Chatverlauf mit Ihnen, so etwas belästigendes wie Sie macht einem Angst, nach wie vor. Ich habe nie behauptet, das die Bilder Ihrer beiden Wohnungen editiert sind, sondern diese sind "schmeichelhaft", das bedeutet, das die Bilder nicht die neuesten sind und der Zustand auf den Fotos viel besser aussieht, als es derzeit ist. Der ehemalige Hausmeister, mit welchem wir gesprochen haben, der ebenso Vermieter eines App in diesem ehemaligen Hotel ist, hat uns darauf hingewiesen, das der Zustand Ihrer beiden Wohnungen seit langem bekannt ist und kein Geheimnis. Ich habe Ihnen auch bisher nie etwas davon geschrieben, das ich von Ihnen gleich Geld zurückfordere, sondern ich habe einen Lösungsvorschlag erwartet.

Völlig unpersönlich. Den Schlüssel bekommt man aus einem Tresor, wobei der Code per Email übermittelt wird. Wenn man so wie ich kein Email am Handy hat, muss man erst recht wieder nachrufen. Eine Bewertung des Personals ist unmöglich, man bekommt ja keinen zu Gesicht! Für uns das erste und letzte Mal!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Große Wohnung mit großem Balkon Appartement 114 liegt am Ende des Ganges und hat daher nur wenig Beinträchtigungen von Nachbarn alles nötige vorhanden Vielleicht schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen betreffend die Einrichtung
Es ist nicht ein Appartement in einem Haus sondern gefühlte 100 Appartements in zwei Häuser mit unterschiedlichsten Mietern vor allem aus Rumänien Italien und der BRD was öfters die erwartete Ruhe stört

De kwaliteit van de bedden (uitklap bed en dubbel bankbed) was zwaar onvoldoende. Er viel niet op de slapen door volwassenen. Hele dunne matrassen en een slechte bedbodem.

Dodatkowo na komfort pobytu wpływają duże i wygodne łóżka oraz możliwość skorzystania z obszernego balkonu. Lokalizacja w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, jednocześnie w bardzo bliskiej odległości od autostrady. Miejsce parkingowe na terenie obiektu. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Abbiamo fatto solo una notte. L appartamento era ben arredato e pulito. cucina fornita per ogni necessità: forno, microonde, macchina caffè con cialde e bustine filtro x te; lavatrice, stendino, poltrone per relax, wii, terrazzo. Letti comodissimi. Bagno pulito e curato.
Le istruzioni per il recupero chiavi erano ben dettagliate, ma abbiamo perso qualche istante per capire il tutto. L' aspetto esteriore dell' edificio lascia desiderare, ma è solo un apparenza. All' interno è ben curato e pulito.

Obwohl booking unsere Information, dass wir mit unserer Hündin reisen, nicht übermittelt hat, war das spontan trotzdem noch möglich. Vielen Dank dafür!
Das gesamte Haus und auch die Wohnung hatten einen eigenartigen Geruch. So als hätte man dort früher viel geraucht. Auch durchs Lüften ging der Geruch nicht weg. Das WLAN hat kaum funktioniert.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Die Sauberkeit war top! Ausstattung war auch gut. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
Auf dem Gang war ein Teil der Decke weg und es standen mehrere Eimer mitten im Flur, um das Wasser aufzufangen. Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Appartement hat der Föhn gefehlt. Die Toilette konnte man nicht abschließen, da das Schloss kaputt war. Die Türklinke zum Schlafzimmer war auch locker.

Die Eigentümerin ist entzückend und sehr vertrauenswürdig. Wir waren zu Studienzwecken vor Ort und denken gerne an die Zeit und freuen uns, wieder zu kommen. Herzliche Grüße

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Di certo la posizione è molto comoda, a pochi minuti dalle terme di Kaernten, dal centro di Villach, dal lago di Faakersee, insomma molto favorevole. Spaziosa abbastanza per due adulti e due bambini. Gradita la presenza di tre capsule di caffè per la macchinetta e di un set di pentole ed i dolcetti di benvenuto.
Il piano cottura è un pò scomodo da utilizzare, mancano alcuni complementi ed accessori in cucina, un pò d'olio, zucchero, un minimo di caffè; sono comodi per chi come noi è stato un paio di notti. Le pentole non antiaderenti non sono il massimo senza un minimo d'olio. Il bagno manca di supporti e mensole, non c'è il bicchiere per lo spazzolino. Wi-Fi debole e tv che non si connette con i principali servizi come Prime o Youtube.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026We got a spacious, very well-equipped apartment that overlooked the inner courtyard of the building. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils: stovetop, oven, microwave oven, kitchenware for many persons. Nespresso coffee maker (we also received 4 capsules). The furnishings of the apartment were new, bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was impeccable, cleanliness everywhere. Being New Year's Eve a bottle of drink was waiting for us :-). Parking is solved in the underground garage under the building, for which we did not have to pay extra. It is 25 minutes walk from the city center, but there is a shopping mall nearby.
Everything was perfect! The only thing we colud mention is a ladle - that was missing.
