Świetna lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem do plaży najpiękniejszej w Alicante, z krystaliczną wodą, łagodnym zejściem ( idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi) i dnem z białego, delikatnego piasku. W najbliższej okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów, przystanek tramwajowy oddalony około 5minut od apartamentu.Zadaszony balkon z możliwością wypicia porannej kawy to duży plus.Dobry standard pokoju i łazienki, czysto, nawet podczas 3dniowego pobytu była wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie. Możliwość przedłużenia doby hotelowej

Lo mejor la ubicación, 200 metros de playa, gran oferta hostelera, sitio limpio y cómodo, habitación grande con terraza.

Las indicaciones y teclados de acceso al hotel funcionan bien. Está limpio y la habitación que nos asignaron era espaciosa. Está cerca de la playa

No hay recepción 24 horas, llegamos sobre las 22 h, nos fuimos a las 8:30 h y no vimos a ningún trabajador del hotel

Prima locatie, bij locale tentjes. Dame van de receptie is vriendelijk. Het complex zag er schoon en verzorgd uit.

Er is maar 1 plank aanwezig om al je spullen op te leggen in de kamer. Badkamer is echt extreem klein. Geen rekje of iets dergelijks aanwezig in de badkamer voor je douche spullen. Warmwater uit de rainshower duurt een eeuwigheid!

Es hotel es infimamente pequeño, solo son habitaciones, no hay nada, y la habitación al igual que el hotel tiene buen gusto mas alla de que no es lujoso no cumplió para nada lo que esperaba. Solo habia jabón, dos aguas de cortesía y dos capsulas de café sobre una mesa inestable, pequeña y bajita. Si son joven, adolescente, está bien el lugar, pero yo tengo 50 y no fue cómodo para nada. Las camas matrimoniales eran de 1.35 mts. muy pequeñas, y no habia muebles de apoyo de nada...solo dos minusculos puff y dos mesas de noche lindas, pero pequeñas tambien.

Muy bonito, tiene terraza que le da un toque extra. Me gustó mucho!!

Tutto. Location perfetta, vicino a una spiaggia incantevole ristoranti e ogni tipo di servizio. La camera ultramoderna pulitissima grande tecnologicamente all'avanguardia. A gratificare tutto ciò c'è la grande umanità dei gestori. Mia moglie ha lasciato documenti soldi e quant'altro nella camera. Eravamo già all'aeroporto e siamo tornati indietro. Panico. Avvisati telefonicamente si sono fatti trovare sul posto e aperta la camera abbiamo trovato tutto. Non basta, questi signori sono stati fantastici, a bordo di un bolide ci hanno accompagnato all'aeroporto a loro spese. Incredibile. Non finiremo mai di ringraziarli. Unici..... grazie mille

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și confortabilă, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent la nevoile noastre. Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții și de mijloacele de transport. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni la următoarea vizită.

The property was brand new and the check- in was all digital, went really smooth. Place is 10 minutes walk to the beach, many places to eat around. Really good air conditioning, big balcony with nice view.

The room was tiny. In bathroom you can barely turn around. Bathroom didnt have shampoo or toothpaste provided only soap and shower gel. Cleaning service occurs only every 2nd day which means you have to use the same towels 2 days in a row. Our duvet cover had a brown mark on it. Administration only works from 10-4 basically the times you usually out. The hotel is okay if you planning to stay bare minimum there as room and shower are tiny. Its quite far away from Alicante around 20minutes by metro but still close to nice beach. Overall good and tidy place but nothing special.

Agradezco que teníamos que dejar el hotel a las 11 y nuestro tren salía a las 20, fuimos a la playa hasta la tarde y nos ofrecieron un depósito donde dejar las maletas sin restricción de hora y al volver de la playa nos cambiamos ahí y ya directo a la estación de tren. La kitchinette hace que valga la pena totalmente. El colchón cómodo y el aire funciona brutal.La ubicación cerca de la playa. En líneas generales, muy recomendable para una escapada.

Las almohadas un poco altas y duras por ser viscolasticas. La ducha es un poco extraña porque sale agua fuera, no importa lo que haga. Fuimos por el fin de semana y las limpiadoras hacen todo el ruido posible, hablando fuerte, las aspiradoras golpeaban los muebles y cerraban las puertas tan fuerte que vibraban las ventanas, queríamos dormir hasta tarde pero imposible

Has everything you need, nice shower, mini fridge for your bits, balcony, ac, tv. Less than 10 min walk from beach and restaurants. Staff were friendly, had an iron and board for me to borrow. Area was quiet compared to when we stayed in central Alicante. Happy with our stay.

We liked the location, Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We got everything that we asked for and on time. Also we were able to check in earlier, which was very nice.

Our room (#1) was definitely missing some shelves in the bathroom (we had to put everything on the sink) and we could use some cupboard where cofeemashine is, instead of a mini side table. Because we hardly have had any space to put our things. And we were travelling only with handbags, so if you have more luggage- bare in mind. The bed was also not big, so if you are taller than 175 sm or plus size - you will be most likely uncomfortable.

I stayed here alone, although travelling with a group of friends who stayed elsewhere. I felt very safe in the hotel because you needed 3 sets of pass codes to get into your individual room. My room was comfortable and quiet with a balcony containing 2 nice chairs, a table & a drying rack. The room had shelving, hanging space, a fridge and a TV (I didn't use the TV). The bed was a large 4ft single and was very comfortable. Sheets were cotton. Aircon was also provided. The shower was powerful and spacious.

The width of the bathroom was very small and had no additional shelving, which is very useful as a woman.

La hora de salida es a las 11 am , sinceramente si lo llego a saber antes no hubiera reservado pero a las 10 am se la mañana van tocando las puertas y gritándote para que abandones la habitación como si estuvieras en el servicio militar . No lo recomiendo

La habitación estaba limpia, pero no es adecuada para una pareja ni para dos personas. Solo es apropiada para una persona, ya que el baño está dentro de la habitación y no tiene puerta, lo que resulta incómodo y ofrece poca privacidad. Por lo tanto, para quienes viajen en pareja, al menos la habitación 26 no sería una opción adecuada y , nadie vino a limpiar la habitación durante la estancia ni se realizó la limpieza diaria.

The service at the reception was pleasant and responsive. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, with quick replies to any questions. Access to the property was very convenient and straightforward. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were happy to assist with additional requests, such as beach-related items or an ironing board. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a great mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms are quite small, although they are adequate for a couple traveling with small suitcases. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

A few minor points could be improved. The bathroom could have additional hooks or hangers, particularly in the shower area and for hanging towels.

I spent 3 nights in Boutique Palacio, and it was great! I arrived later in the afternoon so I had all the instructions for self check in (pretty clear and easy). My room was lovely, clean, with a small balcony. Bed was suuuper comfortable, loved it!! :) the area hotel is located in was quiet so I slept pretty good! Also, it is very close to the beach and there's everything you need close by (supermarkets, restaurants etc).

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the balcony with a small table and two chairs, which was a nice place to relax. The keyless entry system was convenient and easy to use. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a TV, and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower and hairdryer. Guests who prefer to prepare their own breakfast or light meals may want to choose a room with a kitchenette. The location is very good for a stay in Alicante. It is not in the very city centre, but that was actually a plus for us as it made the area really quiet and peaceful. The beach is within walking distance, and there are shops, cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. The city centre can be reached by tram in about 30 minutes, and the airport in approximately one hour by public transport. Overall, this is a comfortable, practical, and well-located accommodation.

The WiFi signal in the rooms could be improved.

La posizione è ottima! 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla fermata del tram per Alicante. La stanza di per sé era carina. Comodissimo il self check-in/out e l’assenza di chiavi. (Tutto tramite codici). Macchinetta del caffè inclusa. Letto e cuscini comodi, camera fresca anche senza bisogno di accendere l’aria.

La stanza pur essendo una standard era piccolissima. Non c’era un armadio né una sedia, solo degli attaccapanni appesi dentro una nicchia. Il bagno era minuscolo, non riuscivo neanche ad asciugarmi una volta uscita dalla doccia. Doccia che due volte ho dovuto fare ghiacciata perché l’acqua calda non arrivava proprio. Il penultimo giorno ho chiesto di rifare la stanza ma non è stata fatta.

Messages prior to check in were great, very clear steps to follow and they made it very easy to self check in as we got in late around midnight. The room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every 2 days. The location was fantastic, 10 mins to the beach and 5 to the big supermarket.

The terrace that we had would have been so lovely if we had a small chair and maybe a table too. I know it's slightly smaller but it would have been a great addition to the room

This accomodation suited me location wise and was very well decorated, very modern decor. Otherwise it did not suit me at all, it was very noise, walls like paper, could hear everything. There was also banging all day and all night, not sure was it building work going on next door aswell as internal noises in the building. Eventually on the last night i sent a text to the contact number of apartment block and they reacted immediately however I’ve no idea if it had stopped as I’d left for a few hrs To get away from the noise this was at 8:30pm constant banging, much later the previous nights. My room was also next to a door that had a code so it was going off all night constant beepin and door openin and closing right outside my bedroom door. Door also felt unsafe there was no way of locking it from inside. I’m sure it was locked but it was a number password on the outside which was very easy so I did feel unsafe even though no one attempted to open my bedroom door. Staff member I met on the last day she was very nice and accommodating and apologised for noise. I would definitely never return here purely down to the constant noise and also thought it was very overpriced - more expensive than local hotels which I did think this was a hotel I was booking into but no they are self check in rooms almost like a B&B but no breakfast. I was very disappointed. Also there was no cutlery or anything you could cut up some fruit or eat anything in the room it was just a bed right next To the door a fridge and a coffee machine - no kettle which I had needed for a cup of tea.

El sitio excelente,la ubicación a 3 minutos de la playa, tiene todo cerca y la habitación muy limpia,con una terraza grande y el baño fenomenal. El trato del personal 1000% nos dejo entrar mucho antes ya que veníamos de lejos y llegamos unas 3h antes , repetiremos sin duda

Well for my first trip to San Juan Playa, Alicante it was perfect. Literally a short walk from the hotel to the beautiful beach front. Nice single room with a mini fridge, good shower and a balcony which I liked. The 2 x female receptionists were both very professional and helpful. When I unfortunately got sunburnt and asked one of lady's about a local pharmacy she kindly gave me some sun protection and directions to the pharmacy and the other receptionist was extremely kind when I arrived and booked a taxi for me for my last day. Liked the design of the hotel aswel.

The only thing I didn't like was at night time I could hear the people in the next room talking and hear them moving things around. That was a little annoying but you can't control other people's awareness and common sense for having respect for other guests.

Am fost extrem de plăcut impresionați de această cazare încă din primul moment. Cele 3 zile petrecute aici au fost cu adevărat speciale, iar totul a fost la superlativ. Camera a fost amenajată superb, cu mult bun gust și atenție la fiecare detaliu. Curățenia impecabilă, atmosfera caldă și confortul oferit ne-au făcut să ne simțim ca acasă, dar într-o variantă mult mai rafinată. Patul foarte comod și liniștea din zonă au contribuit la un somn perfect în fiecare noapte. Am apreciat în mod deosebit grija pentru detalii și modul în care totul este gândit pentru confortul oaspeților. Se simte că este un loc în care se pune suflet. Am plecat de aici cu o impresie excelentă și cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag. Recomandăm din toată inima această cazare oricui își dorește o experiență deosebită! 👍

Stanza claustrofobica, assolutamente non adatta a due persone. Mancano posti per abiti e seconda valigia. Idonea per una persona. Bagno piccolissimo, se si é alti 1.90, seduti sul wc ci si incastra con le ginocchia nel muro di fronte. Idem uscire dalla doccia e asciugarsi viste le dimensioni ridotte del passaggio.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, obsługa przemiła, pokoje super (mała łazienka, ale spory balkon/taras to zrekompensował)- sprzątane co 2 dzień. Sklepy i knajpy w zasięgu ręki, blisko do morza... Mega super udany, tygodniowy pobyt ♥️.
