We had afternoon snacks, dinner and breakfast at their restaurant down the road, and it was very good. It is located on the Camino, so it was perfect for pilgrims.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, con todo lo necesario e incluso aire acondicionado/calefacción, aunque no tuvimos que utilizarlos. Los espacios comunes muy acogedores y agradables.
Nuestra habitación quedaba a pie de calle y pasaba gente justo por delante de la ventana, aunque no fue muy molesto porque corrimos la cortina.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Después de una etapa especialmente dura del Camino, llegar aquí fue todo un regalo. El lugar es mágico y perfecto para recuperar fuerzas. Estuvimos en una habitación para tres personas que nada tiene que envidiar a la de un hotel de 5 estrellas: amplia, cómoda, impecablemente limpia y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Justo enfrente se encuentra el complejo, con todas las instalaciones necesarias para el peregrino, lo que hace que la estancia sea todavía más cómoda. La limpieza es extraordinaria, la comodidad absoluta y, sobre todo, quiero destacar al personal: súper servicial, atento y profesional. Da gusto encontrarse con trabajadores que realmente se preocupan por hacer que el peregrino se sienta bien. Sin duda, un gran sitio en el Camino y totalmente recomendable. ¡GRACIAS por hacer que después de una etapa tan dura pudiéramos descansar como nos merecíamos! ❤️🥾

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La chica de la recepción no pudo ser más agradable, en nuestro caso nos tocó habitación privada con servicio en la parte nueva "de la carcel" y estaba todo fenomenal. Ofrecen todo lo necesario, las camas eran muy cómodas, y no tuvimos ningún problema.
Si tengo que decir algo, utilizamos la lavadora, y aunque te dice que el detergente lo proporciona el propio lavado, no parecía que hubiera sido así.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Der Empfang der hübschen Dame war sehr beeindruckend. Sie hat uns alles wichtige im Haus gezeigt und uns in die Zimmer begleitet. Tolles Haus, netter Ort. Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert! Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir haben an der Hauptstrasse das Abendessen eingenommen. Frühstück haben wir dann später am Jakobsweg genossen.

Personal encantador y habitación super cómoda y con todo lo necesario para tu estancia en el camino. El bar/restaurante está al lado, con lavandería justo enfrente que complementa la q ya hay en el alojamiento. También hay zonas comunes muy completas,un acierto absoluto. Hasta la almohada, fenomenal

Por favor, si eres o vas a ser peregrino, respeta el descanso del resto, una las escaleras de forma responsable y silenciosa y usa los pomos de las puertas, que existen por algo, necesitamos descansar todos. El edificio, rehabilitado, albergó una antigua cárcel para peregrinos… simplemente fascinante.

È un luogo davvero incantevole! La struttura è super pulita e le camere sono splendide. Ma il vero punto di forza è l'accoglienza eccezionale: un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Madalena (spero di scriverlo bene!) per la sua straordinaria cordialità e disponibilità. Ti fa sentire subito a casa dopo una lunga camminata. Consigliatissimo a tutti i pellegrini!

Another one of my favourite stops, I like the fact that it really only has one street with a bar/cafe/restaurant owned by the same hostal where you can sit eating/drinking watching your fellow pilgrims. The accommodation is really good and modern, with the additional benefit of 2 large and efficient washing machines and 2 dryers at a cost of 4.50 euros/3.50 euros. The staff booked me in early and took me to the room, carrying my rucksack, explaining everything I needed to know. First-rate accommodation book here if you can.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Great location in town with a restaurant right next door open all hours and a supermarket a block away. Plenty of room for clothes drying on the line, comfortable lounge space in the lobby.
I had one of the private rooms with an en suite bath. Under other circumstances I’m sure it would have been fine. But the temperatures were in the 30s and there was no window that opened. The room became an oven and was very hot and uncomfortable even with the fan. When I opened the door in the morning, the temperature was shockingly cooler.
