The front door to the hotel is locked after the staff leaves for the day. It was difficult to open with a code. A few people outside trying to get in. None of us could open it. I called my roommate who was in the room to come open the door. They should give a tutorial when you check in.

Cleaning staff opened the door to come in at 7.30 in the morning while we were still in bed. They also knocked on the door at 8.30 am wanting to clean the room. We felt hassled by them to leave early when it was our morning on the Camino to finally be able to sleep in and check out was listed as 10.30 am. Also, TV in the room wasn't working properly and the lady at reception looked up briefly, just said 'I don't know' and went back to looking at her phone again.
