Truly beautiful appointment very close to the Donegal town. It has everything what you could wish for. Very helpful hosts.

Modern apartment in a very quiet location. Perfect if you are looking for some downtime. There was everything you would need for a short stay, including lots of useful things such as olive oil, tea, coffee, balsamico, salt pepper , milk , butter etc. Overall very happy with the stay.

All good. Not a problem as such but is a bit away from restaurants, pubs and shops. But that is part of the charm.

It is a lovely house. Very neat and clean. Fully equipped. A beautiful place to unwind. The northwest side of Ireland is easily accessible from this location by car. The hostess and host are very attentive and helpful.

This was a great place to stay - a self contained little house behind the owner's house. The hosts were so accommodating! They brought us all kinds of goodies for breakfast and offered to drive us into town for our dinner reservation our first night. Driving in Ireland was exhausting for us so that act of kindness - taking us to town and picking us up after our dinner - was beyond wonderful! We even got a little tour of sights in the area as a bonus. Just the best!!!

Extremely comfortable accommodation

An absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment. Perfect location and Tracey (the host) was just amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming, even going to the effort of personally dropping us into Donegal town that evening. We had a fabulous stay here!

This was the perfect little staycation. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed including little bits and pieces for breakfast. The hosts were incredible and so kind. Even doing a lift for us into time. Would definitely recommend

There wasn't anything dislike

I liked how the property was affordable and close enough to Donegal town! I was up for the country music weekend and it suited perfectly. The property is at the back of the owners house so you had your own private entrance.

Great location just out of Donegal town. Spacious and well appointed, we enjoyed a lovely couple of nights here as our base to explore the Donegal area.

Very cozy and charming

Tracey was very friendly and helpful. She kindly allowed me to add two friends to my booking after their booking for another property fell through. The space was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The apartment was about 5-10 minutes drive from Donegal town, so no local pubs or eateries. It was a lovely place, spotlessly clean, with comfy beds. Damien, the host's husband was just delightful, friendly and helpful.

La casa era curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutto per cucinare. Esterno molto bello e tranquillo. Vicina a Donegal. Torneremo con piacere. Host davvero molto gentili, ci hanno lasciato anche occorrente per la colazione.

Tracey ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Ihre Tochter hat mit unserem Kind Fußball gespielt, das fand er super :-) Sie hat uns leckere Kleinigkeiten zu unserer Ankunft vorbereitet, sehr lieb! Das Appartment ist geräumig und sauber und hat alles nötige was man im Alltag benötigt. Wir durften auch Hollie, die vierpfotige Namensgeberin sowie die Katze Maisie kennenlernen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und grün gelegen und man kann von dort aus in viele Richtungen fahren. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Siendo objetivo todo, el apartamento no le falta un detalle, pero empezando por lo importante esta super limpio y todo nuevo, cubertería, electrodomésticos, las camas son muy grandes y cómodas, una decoración preciosa, luminoso, con juguetes para niños, fue de los alojamientos más bonitos que he estado en Irlanda, deja muchas cosillas de cocina también.

Poco que decir, no es negativo solo para que se tenga en cuenta que se debe subir un tramo de escaleras para llegar a este precioso apartamento.

Geräumige, saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber, waren leider nur eine Nacht da, aber haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

It was private and quiet at HH. Parking was easy. Owners provided a welcome pack of handy provisions. We were able to use the second bedroom to put our small suitcases.

The apartment was above a shed, and access was by external metal stairs. The floor was a little uneven and the shower had low water pressure.

The owner took us to the apartment and made sure we were comfortable. The facilities for cooking were a bonus.

The apartment was very clean and had good facilities. Everything looked clean and relatively new. The kitchen area had good equipment, but could do with a coffee maker of some sort. It was great to have tea, instant coffee and milk on arrival. It was a shame we did not get to meet our hosts, although telephone communication was available. A real hideaway. Lovely.

Location was only 10 mins from Lough Eske/Harvey's Point. The beds were so comfortable and it had everything we needed. Clean and tidy!

Beautifully situated, the entire property looked stunning. Would also like to say that the owners of the property were incredibly helpful, i couldn’t recommend it enough.

A friend, her daughter and I stayed for the night. It was absolutely wonderful. Whatever you need, is already there. Tee, cereals, Milk, scones.. Airfryer.. It's quiet and you can hear the sheeps, If you are lucky. We slept well and would always recommend and stay again in Hollies Hideway. Easy contact to the lovely Host.

Car necessary, a bit outside. But we knew that before 😉 No heating in the bathroom.

Superb accommodation, serene environment. It's about 8 mins drive from the city centre. The hosts were too kind and even dropped us at the pub in the evening. Very spacious accommodation, 2 bedrooms, big kitchen and dining area. Will definitely stay here again. Cheers

Hollies Hideaway is a charming and cozy getaway. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making guests feel right at home. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and peaceful surroundings. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We were greeted by Tracey who was friendly and warm , insisted on helping with luggage. There was a welcome basket of scones, doughnuts, wine, jellies for the kids etc. The apartment was spacious. Beds were really comfortable and the place was clean and well equipped. Maisie the cat was cute and friendly as is Hollie the dog it is named after.
