• Literie un peu dure à mon goût mais c’est très personnel. Par contre le lit etait très grand c’était agréable

Lovely hotel! It was only a one night stop for us as we were setting off to Ios Island early in the morning, but really enjoyed our short stay. Julia was a great host and helped us out with transfers from airport and to the port, and has waited for us to check us in when our flight was delayed.

There was nothing not to like!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung und es gab direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, sodass man innerhalb kurzer Zeit am Flughafen und in der Stadt sein konnte. Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Konnten direkt um 9 bei Ankunft auf das Zimmer.

An sich wäre alles tiptop gewesen, aber als wir angekommen sind konnten wir zwar direkt aufs Zimmer, aber die Toilette war nicht richtig gereinigt (noch Spuren der Vorgänger 🙂). Obwohl die Besitzerin nochmal durchgeschaut hat. Als wir dann Abends um 20 vor 12 aufs Zimmer zurück sind, ist uns aufgefallen, dass wir keine Decke haben. Fiel uns vorher nicht auf, da es eigentlich immer nur so Lacken als Bettdecken gibt. Ich habe daraufhin die Besitzerin angerufen und sie fragte mich wieso wir nicht eher was gesagt hätten und wir könnten ja die Klimaanlage ausmachen. Als ich dann meinte, dass das nicht das selbe sei, hat sie noch angeboten zu kommen, aber sie bräuchte noch 30 min. Darauf haben wir dann verzichtet. Das war natürlich unserer eigene Entscheidung, aber da weder die Toilette sauber war, noch Bettdecken da waren, waren wir etwas enttäuscht wie das gelaufen ist. Evtl. Hatten wir aber auch einfach ein bisschen Pech..

Struttura tenuta benissimo, pulizie impeccabili, posizione strategica al centro dell’isola e a soli 5 minuti da Fira, Aeroporto e Kamari. A rendere il soggiorno letteralmente perfetto è stata Julia, sempre disponibile per ogni minima richiesta, raramente ho trovato persone così gentili e buone durante i miei viaggi. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque, e se dovessi mai ritornare a Santorini non cercherei un Hotel diverso da questo!

Hotel comodo, accogliente, dotato di ogni servizio. Pulizia ottima e posizione comoda per girare l’isola ma restando lontano dal caos. Punto forte è Julia che ci ha accolto, aiutato e consigliato per tutta la vacanza, gentilissima e super simpatica. Un grazie speciale a lei!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma Giulia è stata gentilissima e super disponibile a fornirci informazioni e servizi.

La dona va ser súper amable, quan vam arribar ja ens esperava. I ens va facilitar i explicar el trasllat al port per l'endemà amb transport públic. I l'hotel té un supermercat a davant que obrefins les 12 de la nit!

Julia nous a très bien accueillis, malgré le fait que notre vol ait été retardé. Elle nous a expliqué comment nous rendre au Port en Bus. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et les fenêtres avec double vitrage sont efficaces.

Malheureusement, les chambres entre elles ne sont pas très bien insonorisées (son de la tv tard le soir, voisin qui doit partir très tôt le matin).

The property was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed a very delicious breakfast every morning. A special thanks to the manager, Giulia, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She truly made us feel at home.

Beautifully designed and practical, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was great, with bus connections to and from the airport and Fira, plus a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was a bit too hard.

The staff were most helpful & directed us to a great Taverna for dinner. They also gave us clear advice for a public bus to the airport which was a great saving for us.

In the information about the hotel, it would have been helpful if it was clear about availability of breakfast as it needed to be pre-ordered as they mostly cater for tour groups. As there is a supermarket opposite the hotel, this was a minor problem for us.

Giulia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns tolle und hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Ihr Service und Ihre Hilfe bei der Planung für unsere weitere Reise zum Hafen waren exzellent!! Von Herzen, vielen Dank! Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sauber und das Bett ist super bequem. Wer es mag, "mittendrin" im Geschehen zu wohnen, ist hier richtig. Ein perfekter Ort, um vom Flughafen mit dem Bus anzureisen, der im Mai stündlich fuhr, da die Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür ist. Gegenüber gab es einen Supermarkt und einige Tavernen in der Straße.

Hotel Eucalyptus è una piccola gemma nel cuore di Santorini. La posizione è strategica: si trova al centro dell’isola, ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi località in pochi minuti. A pochi passi ci sono tutto ciò che può servire — supermercato aperto fino a tardi, bar, ristoranti, negozi di souvenir, farmacia e noleggio auto, quad e scooter. Fin dalla prenotazione siamo stati in contatto con Giulia, una persona gentile, disponibile e davvero premurosa. Ha organizzato per noi il transfer dall’aeroporto e ci ha accolti con una dolcezza rara. Già al check-in abbiamo capito di aver trovato non solo una struttura eccellente, ma anche un’amica. Ci ha assegnato una camera superiore rispetto a quella prenotata e ci ha spiegato tutti i servizi a disposizione, regalandoci tanti consigli utili su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Grazie alla convenzione con l’hotel abbiamo anche prenotato un’escursione in catamarano al tramonto a un prezzo vantaggioso — un’esperienza magica che non dimenticheremo mai. Sul retro della struttura c’è anche un comodo parcheggio per lasciare il mezzo noleggiato in tutta sicurezza, senza limiti di orario per entrare o uscire. La camera era spaziosa e funzionale, perfetta per due persone. Pulita ogni giorno, dotata di un comodo letto, doccia alta, doppio lavandino e un balconcino molto utile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Prima di partire, in attesa del transfer per l’aeroporto, abbiamo trascorso un po’ di tempo a chiacchierare con Giulia, che non smetteremo mai di ringraziare. Siamo ripartiti con il sorriso… e un po’ di nostalgia.

I stayed at Hotel Eucalyptus and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Giulia. She was incredibly helpful—she arranged my airport transfer, recommended great places to visit, and even guided me to local spots offering authentic traditional Greek food. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay special.

Host was super nice and helpful. We were completely taken care of.

Large spot of black mold under the fridge in the room - when we checked in the fridge was pushed to the side and the large patch was visible. Also the bed was not comfortable

Posizione ottima per visitare l'isola e a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto. C'e' la fermata del bus comoda davanti all'hotel per andare al porto e visitare gli altri paesi. Camera molto carina e spazi comuni di design. Ho avuto una bella camera spaziosa pur viaggiando da sola. La proprietaria molto gentile e pronta a dare tutte le informazioni.

Un po' rumoroso essendo vicino alla strada principale ma di notte non c'e' molto traffico.

La struttura è molto carina , facilità nel check-in e check out.

Abbiamo prenotato il giorno stesso in emergenza solo per passare la notte a causa di disguidi con il nostro volo. La signora Julia, all'accoglienza, è stata formidabile. Ci ha accolti con calore anche se era sera inoltrata, e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e il mattino dopo ci ha aiutati enormemente per raggiungere l'aeroporto in tempo. Il biglietto dell'autobus si poteva pagare solo in contanti e noi non li avevamo, quindi lei si è prodigata personalmente per prestarci i soldi. E' stato un gesto di cuore, per due completi sconosciuti quali eravamo, che ci ha riempiti di gratitudine. Grazie Julia, spero di poter ricambiare un giorno.

I just stayed one night because I landed in Santorini but was not my final destination. The staff was amazing, my flight was delayed 4h and they kept in touch with me to provide me a driver and make sure I can check in without any difficulties, even at 3 am. After this long and tiring flight, I arrived, found the driver at the airport, a personalised message on the door of the hotel and a very comfortable and clean room welcoming me for a good sleep. I would have loved to stay more but the rest of the trip was planed. Thank you a lot again and see you soon for sure

Everything was perfect. We were there at the end of May and the hostess was always very kind. She helped us with our transfers and to plan our tours on the island. We also had a small problem with checkout and she was always available to help us. Honestly, you couldn't have asked for a better person!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, in transito tra aeroporto e nave il giorno successivo. Per una situazione del genere è sicuramente comodo. Semplice, pulito, basico, ok.

Non trovare nemmeno una piccola bottiglietta d’acqua in camera. La qualità delle lenzuola, sintetiche, che “buttano” caldo e non danno sensazione di freschezza.

Clean and beautiful. Easily accessible both from the airport and the port. I spent one night, in transit to small ciclades. I liked the kind assistance I received from Giulia with transfer organization, as well as the flexibility with check-in and checkout procedure.

Η τοποθεσια κομβικη λογω της περιοχης. Αν και σε κεντρικο σημειο δεν υπηρχε καθολου φασαρια απο το δρομο.θα το προτιμησω και για τα επομενα ταξιδια. Ευχαριστω πολυ για την αναβαθμιση δωματιου χωρις χρεωση.

Η ελλειψη πρωινου σιγουρα δεν ηταν ευχαριστο αλλα η υπαρξη φουρνου απεναντι στο δρομο ελυσε το προβλημα!

Nice hotel with the very friendly and helpful Julia in the reception. Located near the road crossing to Fira-Airport-Kamari, so a practical hub, for a room at lower cost than in Fira or Kamari, and still very near to everything. Offering trasfer to/from the Port, or take the bus to Fira and then bus to the port. Cafe to buy breakfast as neighbour. Many shops nearby. Nice rooms, but limited view.

I stayed 2 weeks in a deluxe room which was modern and well-equipped with everything needed. It also had a nice balcony. Giulia at the reception was kind and helpful. The Mesaria area had everything I needed within just a few meters' distance: a bus station, multiple supermarkets, multiple ATMs, and an excellent vegetarian restaurant. I would come back here.

Accueil et conseils au top. L'emplacement est parfait, l'aéroport pas loin, proche de la capitale FIRA, divers commerces autour. Chambre avec balcon très confortable et spacieuse.

We liked everything. Julia was such a wonderful host, kind, warm and caring. She went over and beyond to help us. The hotel was modern and it still felt homely. The doors and windows were very soundproof. The hotel is on a busy road and we didn't hear anything during the night. Location is brilliant, right beside 2 bus stops, a supermarket and some very good restaurants. The restaurants in this area are also much cheaper than in Thera. Lovely garden area in the front. Beds were comfortable and there is AC in the rooms. Bathrooms were very nice too. Julia was also very kind and upgraded our room for free. If we return to Santorini, it will definitely be here :)

Zapach wilgoci w pokoju, brak wody w dniu kiedy wyjeżdżaliśmy, bardzo ruchliwa ulica, ciężko było zasnąć.

It was old, beds were not comfortable. There was no water in the morning. Staff is not helpful

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We had a balcony with our room, which was a great spot to have breakfast in the sun. There were several supermarkets and restaurants in easy walking distance.

It was close to the city bus station and the airport

My bathroom had a gnat problem. They were all on the ceiling and a few made it to my bed. The corridor smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first night I had to take a cold shower because the hot water didn't work and the morning of my check out, at first there was no water at all, so I had to use my Bottled water to brush my teeth. Then enough water came through the faucet so that i could wash my face real quick, but the shower was bone dry. I could not bathe before catching my flight. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!
