OK, I did a lot of research and got the place decided for our stay in Port Blair. The owner and the staff were lovely and kind. They are very amicable and flexible. Rooms looked as good as what we see in the photos. Airport pick up was provided and were welcomed in a smooth manner. There is no lift but the staff take care of your belongings to be carried as if we are their family guests :) Food was very delicious and comforting. Pooris/Tea/maggi/bread omlette were a delight. We stayed for 2 nights and returned to stay a night before heading out of Port Blair. Highly recommend this place. Exceeded my expectations. Cellular jail is quite nearby and auto rickshaws charge around 50rs one way. They also have a good view of the sea and the ships near to the cellular jail.

Excellent host , honestly out of all my stays in andaman for 17 days this was the best stay . Breakfast was delicious, booked because it was in my budget but they have given complimentary airport drop . Surprisingly staff were extremely helpful and most importantly its better to rent scooty in house to roam around port blair

The hotel is in a fabulous location. The owner and other supporting staffs are very cooperative. The 2 wheeler rental facility is at doorstep. They provided free Airport pickup. Also, they arranged excellent packing breakfast next morning as we moved out for Havlock island early. Breakfast was awesome. Will stay here again whenever we come back to Awesome Andaman.

Nice cozy room with excellent air-conditioning and clean toilet. Free breakfast with tea/coffee was very welcome.

The staff and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful, spotless and well maintained.

The staff were lovely and provided pick up and drop off to the ferry terminal. The bed was so comfy and the bedding was so soft!

This place is definitely worth a stay. The staffs of the hotel contacted us before hand and made arrangements for our arrival. Our transfer to hotel was hassle free. Our stay was comfortable. The food was amazing. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Given the room rent we had to pay, the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. I also want to point out the hospitality of the staffs. They made our stay memorable..

Ananya Residency is quite good near and clean hotel...I stayed here for one day with my family... though rooms are slightly small but it was better equipped and maintained...the Care taker was very good and helpful and provided all things on call.. besides they have their own restaurant,,overall my experience and stay is fine..

U can't find everything as your desired in one place with less expense and more facilities...

I travel frequently and stay in hotels in almost every quarter. The service and staff behaviour is exceptional. It was a family trip, and the stay was quite pleasant — thanks to the team for a hassle free experience.

The location of the place is great, near airport and walking distance to the jail. The staff and owner are friendly. He even picked us up and booked tickets for us. We stayed for one night.

Cleanliness can be improved, mirror in bathroom was super dirty, bathroom had a strange smell, and pillow covers had blood stain. Towels were old and not cleaned.

Ananya Residency wonderful place I would happily return to! The location is very convenient, and the view from my window truly made me happy every day. The rooms are spacious, clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, and everything works perfectly — no surprises, just comfort. A big thank you for the transfers. It made traveling around so much easier and stress-free. The owners are a lovely, warm-hearted couple, and you can feel how much they care about their hotel and their guests. They’re open, kind, and always ready to help with any questions or needs that come up. Breakfast was included in the stay and was always fresh and tasty. They also offer home-cooked meals on request everything is prepared right in front of you, and it’s absolutely delicious. If you prefer non-spicy food (like I do), just let them know they’re happy to adjust the spice level, which I really appreciated. One of the things that touched me most is how much the owner loves animals. Every morning he feeds the pigeons, and they gather around him waiting for food. One day I even saw him rescue a baby chipmunk that had fallen — he was gently feeding and taking care of it. It was such a sweet, human moment that stayed with me. After visiting the islands, I came back to Port Blair and chose to stay here again and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place with heart, comfort, and kindness.

The location was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. AND IT WAS SOOOOO CHEAP!! Sea view from the property was beautiful. The Flag Point is just 10 minutes walk. The property is definitely a basic property with no luxuries but at this price honestly I am very glad for everything that they provided. I mainly booked this property for 3 reasons: Location near the ferry terminal, economical with a sea view. Ticked all the boxes.

If they could provide toilet papers in the bathroom, that would be appreciated. Everything else was satisfactory.

They are showing fake pictures of room over booking.com Booking.com should audit the hotel rooms and location before offering to the visitors. It could be very unsafe for single woman.

The room was clean, very close to the airport, the staff were friendly and welcoming, overall it was a homely vibe.

The property was as described, the only downside was that there was no lift.

A fantastic small hotel, off the road so nice and quiet. My room (301) was large with 2 double beds. Breakfasts each morning was hearty and all the staff were very helpful. You can walk into town in about 15 mins.
