Beautiful and peaceful location, out of the way but we enjoyed it. Thilina and his friends were very helpful, they helped us find a scooter to rent and provided everything we asked for.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a beautiful sea view right from the room. The surroundings were peaceful and calm, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also absolutely delicious and added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay, great hospitality, and beautiful views. We would love to visit again!

The location is excellent – right near the beach and boasting a lovely shaded pool. The property is spacious and quiet, and the staff are friendly. While the interior is a bit dated, the generous amount of space makes up for it.

The rooms were not as clean as expected. The kitchen in the family room was also quite dirty and lacked necessary utensils.

The accommodation is very well located and clean. The pool was great, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. I can definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed 5 days in this quiet boutique hotel and enjoyed it a lot! The location on top of the hill is perfect and you can see the Indian Ocean through the palms. There is a short walk to the beach which offers great surf for the whole family and nice small beach bars. Highly recommended if you want to avoid the stress from some of the more crowded places on the coast. Located in the small community SK Town 5 min tuktuk ride outside of Matara town.

Todo! Es un entorno maravilloso con vista al mar. (Te sugiero que tengas habitación con balcón al mar) Al lado de la playa. Sin ruidos en esta época. Muy tranquilo. El personal es maravilloso! Estamos muy agradecidas a Sajith y Thilina, que han estado disponibles y nos han ayudado en todo momento. Nos recibieron con zumos refrescantes y nos dieron la habitación antes porque llegamos temprano. Amables y muy respetuosos. La habitación es muy cómoda. La piscina super limpia! Todo es genial. Muy recomendable! Hemos estado muy felices.

Solo por puntualizar algo, el aire acondicionado hacia un poco de ruido. Pero se duerme genial con ventilador.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location, atop a hill overlooking the jungle. A few steps away from the ocean. The room is big and conveniently designed. Outstanding service especially from Sajith and Thilina, who were not just accommodating and always smiling but also helpful and protective considering we are a group of girls. They arranged for our transport as well as gave us recommendations for places. Sajith was very nice and his company was appreciated in the mornings and was available 24/7 for help, but gave us our privacy as well. The pool was kept clean daily, but we did not use it. Our room was well lit and the opposing window and balcony offered excellent ventilation and lighting. We chilled on the balcony where we were served tea and breakfast.

The stairs! Nothing to change but be mindful of them. We stayed on the top floor and had big bags, but the staff were lovely carrying them for us. And not the hotel's fault, but make sure you have bug spray as we got bitten repeatedly.

The accommodation is beautiful and so peaceful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. From our balcony, it was great watching the monkeys come out to play each evening.

There weren't many good quality restaurants open nearby at the time of our stay.

On a hill secluded away from town with limited access to restaurants in Matara town. So have to get tuk tuk all the time but close to beach

The staff, particularly Sajjith and Thilida, were exceptionally helpful with my request to gain access to the local university. They also helped by meeting me at the station and organising transport- I couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location, the room was very specious with a nice sea viewing balcony. The staff was super friendly. The location is great, a minute walk from the beach and a nice restaurant.

We stayed at the top floor so there was some climbing to do, but not oo bad :)

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. I loved the balcony. We ordered breakfast and it was superb. We had a very pleasant stay.

Only negative thing I noted is that if you get a room in the first floor or above you need to climb stairs and therefore not very friendly for those who use wheelchairs or having knee problems.

For the price and by the pictures I was expecting much better experience. Staff was very kind but also unprofessional. There were some problem with hot water. The pool is there but its more for pics not for having a relax by it (dont get me wrong - you can swim, but the land is so tiny its squized in it with not much space left around). The inside is not very clean. It could be kind of nice, but all together - for that price - I was expecting something more advanced in terms of cleanliness, service, and space for chill and the end of the trip. We had much better stays for less money.

While the beach lacks shaded areas for hotel guests, the serene atmosphere and attentive service more than compensate for this minor inconvenience.

Booking.com description said there was a bar and restaurant, also that the hotel had swa views and a private beach, none of this was correct. I don't know whose fault this is, but as we booked it with these facilities being important to us, we checked out after one night. The staff were very accommodating and we paid for the night we stayed. Hotel staff were very helpful

New modern facility ,very clean with amazing views from balcony and logia. Dinner was very tasty as well.Very kind and helpful stuff, we needed tuk tuk at 5:00 am to railway station and no problem . The pool was perfectly settled to nature . Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer .

The position of hotel has different address than in booking map . But definitely this position is much better as in city town . It is better to find it on google or contact property before arrival and they will pick you up
