Facilities, liked how the kitchen worked, and sun room being close to it

Location was a bit awkward. Close to the sea but train lines mean you have to walk a long way to get a short distance. LP

The size of the room clean welcoming

This was my preference kettle in the room because there was a fridge in the room. You could use the shared kitchen which is situated on the ground floor well fitted out with everything you would need in a kitchen. But requiring a hot drink going into this area I didn't feel comfortable with, this is my personal preference.

Everything about this place was perfect Clean tidy and warm Was able to use all facilities in the kitchen as well which helped us out alot. Lucy was really helped as well.

It was quite noisy outside Friday and Saturday evening. Looked like some dodgy deals where being done.

Harrington house was so comfortable I had an amazing stay. The cleanliness was 100% and facilities were so not expected it had everything I could have asked for.

The walls were damp and had visible water damage all over the bedroom. The room smelt damp.

Excellent to have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a garden and if needed clothes washing facilities

The movement activated bathroom extractor that goes off if you move in bed. A minor thing.

Rooms had been newly renovated communal kitchen with all the facilities required.

Near a trainline 20 mins walk from the town centre

Room at top of building extremely hot & no fan, couple in room next door arguing all the time & slamming their door causing our room door to bang & shake at various times of the day & all through the night, kitchen & conservatory clean but way too hot! Stairs up to the rooms very steep & definitely not safe for older people. Not enough plug sockets in room & wardrobe door falling off & damaged. The area was awful & didn’t feel safe walking during the day & definitely wouldn’t at night, street littered with rubbish & dog mess everywhere!

The fact it wasn't far from my daughter's house perfect location for visiting the grandkids even gave us an upgrade it was beautiful.

The property was exceptionally clean, easy access and very helpful host, who accommodated our stay at the last minute due to another property letting us down. Loved the charging bedside tables.

The property hasn’t been maintained properly, hand prints all over walls in the bedroom, flies everywhere and bathroom ceiling rotting away

Trying to sleep and i think its the smoke detectore, keeps flashing white so as im trying to sleep i get flashed now and then that effected my sleep, and the top of the wardrobe needs abit of love, put my wallet on top so ik where its grabed it to go out and it waz full of dust.

The place was lovely and clean, staff were very helpful.

Really nice accommodation, nice and quiet. Much better than a hotel being able to live and move around with freedom and the ability to cook your own food. Parking outside easy enough to get around.

Nothing really occasionally loud noises from some guests in other rooms but generally found our stay to be nice and peaceful.

Property was more like an HMO than a guesthouse. Shared kitchen rather than tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Me and my husband got settled for the night .at 10 pm they was music blasting from next door or the other apartment .we like music but all night long is not exceptable ,all we could hear was people shouting from the other rooms apparently its supposed to be soundproof..me and my husband came here to relax if we wanted to go. To a night club we would of it's been worse experience of a hotel . Never ever again

Lovely spacious rooms. Ideal for people who want to be close to the beach but away from the noise.

Bed was rather hard didn’t sleep brilliantly. Also stated rooms were soundproof but could hear others that were in the building.

Very friendly staff, lovely clean house to stay, been a few times , definitely will be going again this year for several stays.

Cleanliness, efficient system for access and we liked it that much we stayed another night no problem.

Even though there was kitchen facilities dowstairs it would've been nice for a couple of glasses in the room, a noisy bathroom extractor fan.

Property was perfect, a lot for the money! Lucy was very accommodating and vert responsive when booking, booked last minute by myself and we were in the property with minutes of booking. Was lovely and warm and also full use off kitchen which is a bonus when working away……. Would 100% use again
