Willow restaurant is not a great place to enjoy a drink

Great restaurant, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed!

Receptionist staff lovely. Most of the restaurant staff were brilliant. Leisure facilities good. Food fairly good but not 4* quality though served hot and quickly. Bedrooms spacious and clean

Mattresses not comfortable and would need refreshing. Would also benefit from something to dry swimwear after using facilities. No bar facilities so not much to do in the evenings. No entertainment provided.

Beautiful hotel and very comfortable.

Breakfast was poor. Very little variety. Only one person doing breakfast. He had to meet people to show them to there table and also had to serve tables and clean them. He was doing his best and as helpful as he could.

Proximity to Curracloe Beach; within half an hour from Rosslare ferry port; spacious; very friendly and helpful hotel staff team; comfortable room; good menu choices in the restaurant including veggie/vegan options.

Breakfast was ok,not very hot and wasn't replenish very well.

Only has access to the dining room,no Bar food.

Very expensive for one night, not worth the cost in my opinion. However staff were great and the food is top tier.

The cost

The veranda was fabulous as the weather was beautiful. The pool and wellness facilities were also lovely.

The restaurant was very expensive and the bar too. 12.50 for a class of wine!

The location is fantastic. Close to amazing beaches and Raven point. The staff were very accommodating allowing us to store and charge electric bikes.

There are some small tweaks needed in terms of service. It did not impact our stay at all as the friendliness of the staff was really great.

Liked its new vibe, lovely building & liked the design

I didn’t like the fact that they were not prepared for our stay. 3 of us sharing room and just towels for 2 and had to request a 3rd mug. Fan in bathroom didn’t turn off so a little noisy during the night

A wonderful new hotel in a beautiful location. It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: a great restaurant, spa, sauna and swimming pool. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive and professional. A special thank you to Oksana at reception. She gave us such a warm welcome, told us about all the nearby attractions, gave us lots of useful advice and was incredibly kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the restaurant — delicious food, excellent service and a wonderful team. Everyone at the hotel did a fantastic job. These were two unforgettable days, and we are truly grateful for the hospitality and the wonderful experience. We will definitely remember this place with great warmth!

From a personal point of view, I would have appreciated having a toilet brush in the room, as well as a handheld shower head in the shower. We noticed that fixed overhead showers seem to be quite common in Ireland, but we are more accustomed to having a handheld option as well. Apart from these small details, everything was absolutely wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay.

The first thing that hits you when you arrive is the brightness of the place. Everything is spotless

Found 240 euro for the room was overrated . Breakfast was mediocre, had to ask was there stuff available as wasn’t displayed (sausages and eggs?) also spoke to a guy in the jucuzzi and he was of same opinion it looks good on pictures but just is missing something

No bar , seats in reception area very low and not comfortable

We loved the dinner. The spa staff and treatment my wife received, were out of this world. Ailish and Charlene were above and beyond friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is very pleasant, a little confusing to walk around in but overall amenities etc were very good.

Breakfast wasnt great, the ingredients felt like a corner had been cut there. Also felt odd that the sensored lights were more off than on and a little disorienting when navigating the mazy corridors. The staff were friendly and polite, but i found that as they were a bit stretched, that was as much as they could be. I understand it was mid week but when you have little staff on, its very hard to privide a higher quality of service.ie. one receptionist, so when we first checked,we waited for someone to get off the phone for a few minutes, before we checked in, which is totally not her fault but it just felt like corners were being cut as it was really quiet. There was a half roll of tp and 1 spare, which we ran out on lol Just like to mention that it was super relaxing and we did have a lovely time, these are just some observations.

Rain caused a leak onto outside metal widow sill which bonded like a drum the whole night, sleeping was impossible. Room 110

Food was not good at all breakfast was just ok had dinner burger tasted cheap and rubbery had been told food wasn’t good before I went and using cheap ketchup and mayonnaise not very 4 star

Staff on reception not very helpful

Was okay. Way overpriced. Breakfast just passable for the Saturday night cost. Place looks grubby around common areas. Staff very helpful. Could do with more professional uniforms.

The late check in an had a power cut in room shortly after check in .We reported the power cut to reception to be told it was been sorted but it took awhile so we chose to head out for something to eat .We mentioned on way out about the power cut to be told it was restored but not our room .Later when we returned we had no hot water to shower members off staff called to room to check it out who told us at first they didn't know what was wrong we asked about changing rooms but none were available.The hot water didn't return for a number of hours which I feel was very unsatisfactory.It was quite a disappointing experience for a night away and felt we could have been treated better.

The lesiure facility.

We noticed the room wasn't dusted properly over the bed, and there was a jelly sweet just beside the bed! On the first morning for breakfast, some of the sausages were off (sour). I did get a slight tummy upset from it. I had half a sausage. It was brought to the attention of the kitchen staff and the removed the sausages. The fire alarm went off at 1am in the morning. While on the 2nd morning in the leisure facilities the electricity went off leaving the steam room to not work properly.

Our room window was backed onto the car park so everyone could look straight in the room. The staff were young and too pushy in the restaurant! Very dull night in hotel with not a lot going on.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were most helpful.

Dinner service was very poor. We had originally booked for 6pm on the 16th but changed it on the 15th when we arrived at reception to 7.30pm on the 16th. When we arrived at the dining room at 7.30 it was still down for 6pm. We were told that it was OK that they could still fit us in. We ordered starter ,main and drink. Starter and drink arrived promptly but were left waiting for main for ages. 2 couples that had come in after us had their starter and main eaten before someone came and asked if we were still waiting for our main. When we replied yes they apologised and returned shortly afterwards with our main. As we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary it just was very disappointing.

The location was excellent and made it a great base for our stay. All of the staff we met were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was fantastic,it was really spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were also excellent and there was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and were really impressed with the food. There was a great choice at breakfast and dinner was delicious too. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. We’d happily stay again!

Bedroom was very comfortable and clean .

We booked the bar for food. The service was terrible and the food was just as bad ..I would have understood if it had been busy ,but it wasn't.. The atmosphere was weird..We did not like the place that much ..and its not worth the money..
