Die Lage in Uçhisar ist fantastisch, nur etwa 5 Gehminuten zur Burg Uçhisar bzw. zum Zentrum. Das Zimmer ist hervorragend ausgestattet und beinhaltet sogar einen eigenen Whirlpool im Raum. Das Frühstück lässt mit einem üppigen Buffet kaum Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist mit der Ankunft super freundlich und bietet stets Hilfe bei jeglichen Fragen oder Unternehmungen an.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß kann man morgens die Ballons sehen. Er (Rezeptionist) ist genauso Motorrad-begeistert wie wir und hat uns total unkompliziert geholfen, eine Werkstatt zum Schweißen zu finden. Gute Tipps zum Fahren gabs dann auch noch. Für uns war es der beste Ausgangspunkt um Kappadokien zu entdecken. Danke 🙏 für Alles!!!

Die Musik zum Frühstück war wirklich schlimm 😅. (Frühstück selbst war super). Da könnte man vielleicht was weniger einschläferndes auswählen. 😊 Das ist aber wirklich das Einzige, dass mir überhaupt einfällt.

Крутейшее место с очень интересным дизайном и вайбовой трассой где можно залипать на звёзды и наслаждаться видами. Отдельно спасибо Батухану, очень внимательно отнёсся к нам. И кстати был включен завтрак и колбаски с картошкой были безумно вкусные, я даже за добавкой ходил😀 В общем рекомендую!

В нашем номере было небольшое круглое окно и может показаться немного темновато в помещении, но нам это была не проблема тк рядом были две огромные террасы.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar und wurde bis auf den letzten Tag nicht in Buffetform serviert. Versprochene Ausstattung (Bettbreite) war nicht vorhanden. Bei den dabei aufgetretenen Differenzen drohte uns der Hotelinhaber damit, dass wir das Hotel verlassen müssen, wenn wir für die Mängel eine Entschädigung beanspruchen wollten. Um Ärger zu vermeiden, haben wir auf die Geltendmachung verzichtet.

A wonderful place to stay while exploring Cappadocia. The location and the town are excellent, especially if you are traveling by car. The hotel itself is lovely, and the service was excellent. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. They also helped us with booking a balloon ride and gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. A wonderful place to stay — highly recommended!

hôtel est très bien situé au cœur du village uchisar. Non loin du château d'uchisar, à moins de 5 min à pied, plusieurs restaurants que vous trouverez à votre goût, des boutiques souvenir et des petit magasins pour trouver se qui vous manque. Je pourrais dire que l'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter goreme, avanos, ugisar. Nous avons passé 2 nuits agréables, nous avons pris 2 chambres car nous étions une famille de quatre, 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Nous avions demandé à ce que les chambres soit l'un à côté de l'autre, ce qui a été fait, les 2 chambres était sur tout l'étage, les chambres sont équipées de climatisation et de frigo qui est fort apprécié quand il fait chaud, l'hôtel a 2 terrasses sur le toit, nous avons passé d'agréables soirée sur la terrasse après notre longue journée à visiter cappadoce et profité de la vue. Nous avons également pu observer la montée des montgolfières le matin, à ne pas manquer, mais il faut se lever tôt pour les observer. Je tiens à remercier les jeunes propriétaires de l'hôtel qui sont à l'écoute, et d'une gentillesse apprécié, il nous a bien conseillé pour les visites. Je conseille fortement cette hôtel pour les familles comme nous qui recherche calme et confort le soir après une belle journée de visite intense de la cappadoce. Petite dédicace au papa du propriétaire " bonne anniversaire "

Mon séjour au Mabel Cappadocia Hôtel a été très agréable. L’accueil est sympathique et le personnel attentif. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et décorées avec simplicité. Le petit‑déjeuner est bon et varié, servi dans un cadre agréable. L’emplacement est pratique pour visiter les sites principaux de Cappadoce. Une adresse que je recommande pour un séjour confortable et bien situé.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Batuhan. He gave us great advice about the hot air balloon ride, ATV tour, and other activities, and helped us book them at very reasonable prices. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Mabel Cappadocia to anyone visiting the area.

Mr. Batuhan, the owner, went above and beyond. He personally helped us organize our hot air balloon ride, checked weather updates with us, and picked a reliable operator so we didn’t have to worry about anything. He also gave us great tips for sunset spots and local restaurants away from the tourist crowds. The room was carved into traditional cave style architecture, clean, quiet, and had a private terrace with valley views. Bathroom was recently renovated with good water pressure. Staff were attentive and quick to help with anything we needed.

Владелец отеля Батухан встретил нас, как родных. Завтрак был отличный. Небольшие порции, но все вкусно и достаточно, чтобы насытиться. Отель оформлен интересно немного в духе старины. Очень уютный, чистый, находится в тихом районе города. Рядом с замком Учхисар, который посещают все туристы.

Je tiens aussi à remercier chaleureusement la collaboratrice de l’hôtel qui s’occupe du confort des chambres et prépare le petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de soin et de gentillesse. Toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins et a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

чудесный отель! заселились раньше на 2 часа, выехали позже на час. хозяин был всегда готов нам помочь и забронировал для нас хороший трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. номер был прохладный даже без включения кондиционера (кондиционер также там был и работал отлично). с утра нас ждал хороший завтрак, также можно было заказать другие блюда. чай был в свободном доступе круглосуточно. также через хозяина можно было заказывать туры. отличный опыт, крайне рекомендую остановиться в Учхисаре именно тут (сама деревня очень тихая и спокойная, намного комфортнее Гёреме).

всё прекрасно, но для хорошего вида на шары лучше дойти до крепости, это примерно 8 минут от отеля пешком

I was assigned a nice large room with nice furniture. The breakfasts provided were excellent.

When I chose this room from the Booking.com website, I didn’t realize, and it wasn’t indicated, that it was located in the basement and it had only two very small windows that open into a culvert, not into the yard. It was a very gloomy room with no natural light. I think that this should be made clear to potential guests.

Особенно понравилось, что это очень тихое и спокойное место, где можно действительно хорошо отдохнуть. Везде идеальная чистота, всё аккуратно и ухоженно. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить хозяина отеля Падухана — очень добрый, внимательный и гостеприимный человек, который действительно заботится о своих гостях и всегда готов помочь. Благодаря такому отношению чувствуешь себя как дома. Номер был комфортный, со всем необходимым для отдыха. Завтраки были вкусные и свежие, всё приготовлено с заботой о гостях. Спасибо отелю «Мабель» за прекрасный сервис и приятные впечатления! С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать это место друзьям и знакомым.

The place was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and so tasty. The staff are amazing. They provided great recommendations for food, locations to visit and things to do. We did the quad bikes and hot ballooning through them and both were fantastic. Thank you for looking us so well.

Удобное расположение. Достаточно бюджетная цена и отзывчивый персонал . Немного темная комната. Очень хороший напор воды в душе. Есть терраса на крыше. Для меня очень скудный и однообразный завтрак , которым мне не представлялось возможным наесться и он всегда одинаковый. Поэтому считаю, что завтрак это единственное что не понравилось

Hotel in una posizione molto comoda, in una zona tranquilla, con parcheggio in strada controllato da telecamere. La struttura è ben fornita, il riscaldamento funzionava benissimo e anche l’acqua calda non è mai mancata. Camera e bagno completi di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg davvero molto belli, La colazione è stata Super: buonissima e super abbondante, con tante opzioni diverse tra piatti tipici e alternative più classiche sia dolci che salate Un grazie speciale a Batuhan, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile: ci ha dato informazioni utili sulle cose da vedere,anche quelle meno turistiche, ma molto belle ed è stato davvero di grande aiuto. Lo consiglio, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

two of the three rooms were spacious and large, there was plenty of space for suitcases and seating. there is not much food for breakfast but it is good and tasty.

one room had only one small window that could neither illuminate nor ventilate the room, at the reception they told me that I had chosen that and they could not replace it. the hotel is clean but has a strange smell. the hotel is far from the center so you always need a taxi, it's a great option if you come by car.

We had an amazing 4-nights at Mabel Cappadocia! The owner and host (Batuhan) went above and beyond, he was welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. The location was minutes to a supermarket, main street, and Uçhisar castle. We found Uçhisar to be more relaxing than Göreme's hustle-and-bustle (which was still only 5-minutes away). The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and there was also plenty of common areas to chill. The breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, and tasty. Highly recommend!

I wish the weather could have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor patios and views more! :)

El hotel es perfecto si te quieres alojar en Capadocia. Está bien ubicado de las zonas turísticas a visitar, el hotel es muy acogedor y bonito, el trato y la atención ha sido inmejorable y el desayuno muy rico.

El servicio, la amabilidad de Batuhan, la limpieza, el desayuno, el atardecer en su terraza… Batuhan te hace sentir un invitado de su propia casa… muy recomendable..!

Struttura nuova,pulita e super accogliente . La stanza era meravigliosa. Mayda hotel si trova a 8 minuti di taxi da Göreme ed è molto semplice arrivarci . Inoltre ci sono ristoranti,market ,negozi di souvenir e si possono ammirare anche i camini delle fate a pochi passi Staff super gentile,premuroso e attento. Abbiamo prenotato con loro:il volo in mongolfiera,green tour,red tour e transfer a/r per l’aeroporto a prezzi davvero ragionevoli.

Batuhan and Ajdan were likely the best hosts we've ever had across Airbnb or Booking.com. Ajdan picked us up from Kayseri airport past midnight which is almost a 1.5 hr drive from the accomodation. Ajdan and Batuhan regularly checked in with us to see if we needed any help or recommendations. They organised everything for us; the full day green tour, sunset quadbiking, and the hot air balloon sunrise flight - all on credit, which was convenient, and we paid at the end of the stay. The accomodation I'd say exceeded expectation; the interior fit-out is really nice, new and modern in bedrooms. Thank you so much Ajdan, Batuhan and your team for the hospitality, we really appreciated it and you made us feel extremely welcome. Would highly recommend to our friends and family, and anyone considering staying in Cappadocia.

Stone hotel nuovo molto bello, host gentile e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Terrazze molto belle e piacevoli, ottima posizione, tranquilla nessun rumore. Buona e varia la colazione. In camera avevamo una vasca idromassaggio molto piacevole. Stanza grande, bella e luminosa.

Una piccola nota negativa le tende in camera oscurano molto poco per cui alle 6:30 della mattina c è molta luce in camera. La colazione è possibile dalle 9, un po’ tardi come orario ma quando non siamo riusciti a farla sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno preparato dei panini, the e caffè da portare via. Transfer per l’aereoporto mal organizzato siamo arrivati molto tardi, sicuramente un inconveniente.

Piccolo hotel caratteristico in pietra a Uchisar, non lontano dal castello e dalla Pigeons Valley. Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita al tavolo.

Durante il mio soggiorno c'è stato un black-out dovuto al maltempo, ma lo staff si è subito attivato per fornirmi aiuto e lampade di emergenza.

Ładny design, dosyć dobre śniadania, bardzo pomocna obsługa, fantastyczny taras na dachu. Hotel jest idealną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Kapadocji. Obsługa bardzo dobrze doradza co warto zwiedzić a co sobie odpuścic.

Hotel trochę udaje premium. Najbardziej rozczarowujące, a nawet skandaliczne jest to, że do śniadania życzą sobię dopłatę za ciepłe dania i za kawe z ekspresu. Po drugie, przez 4 dni pobytu nikt nawet nie zabrał śmieci z pokoju. W pokoju niby jest wanna z hydromasażem ale dosyć kiepskiej jakości i bardzo płytka. Telewizor w pokoju wisi tak, że nie da się go oglądać z łóżka ani siedząc w wannie. Ostatnim negatywem jest to, że drzwi do pokoju nie zapewniają izolacji akustycznej. Słychać każdy hałas na korytarzu i na klatce schodowej.

A charming hotel located in Uchisar… Designed to make you feel like you’re inside a fairy chimney, without compromising on the amenities… Well- maintained and located walking-distance from Uchisar castle and open-air musuem… The breakfast was good and the staff was very hospitable and welcoming… On the day of checkout, we had to leave a quite early in the morning due to our flight timing and hence couldn’t stay for breakfast..Howevery, before we left, the staff gave us a go-to bag with sandwiches and snacks! It was such a generous gesture!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner chatted with us every day and was helpful if we had any questions. Great location, just a short walk to the castle and restaurants. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was provided each day, coffee and tea included.

Our room was in the basement, so no natural light and the wifi didn't reach the whole room. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet, but not much protein. Eggs could be ordered for an extra charge. A couple maintenance issues in our room, though I'm sure they'll be quickly resolved now that they are aware. Little things, but overall highly recommended!

Staff is friendly, the room is clean and same as the picture. The rooftop have a god view you can relaxing and enjoy the sunset there. The staff also told us we can see the hot air ballon in the morning, unfortunately the weather was not good in that time, so I didn’t saw it. If I visit Cappadocia again, I will stay here again.

Awesome place that I would recommend to others! Had two balconies, one for sunrises and one for sunsets. Bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was very good, menemen was great. Hosts were very nice and were very helpful for recommendations or helping with booking activities.

Das Hotelpersonal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für alle Fragen und Probleme war jemand da, der mir weiterhelfen konnte. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein vielfältiges Buffet mit typisch türkischem Frühstück, aber auch Brot, Marmelade, Cornflakes, etc. Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Uchisar ist deutlich ruhiger und entspannter als Göreme. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar. Ich war ohne Auto unterwegs und konnte sowohl schöne Wanderwege als auch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region ganz einfach zu Fuß oder per Bus erreichen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Einziges kleines Manko war für mich, dass mein Zimmer etwas hellhörig war.

El hotel precioso, cómodo y muy limpio. El desayuno súper completo. Pero sobre todo destacaría la amabilidad del personal, intentando ayudar en todo.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Speisen sehr schön präsentiert und angenehme Atmosphäre. Zimmer mit netten Details, wir hatten einen Kamin. Terrasse gemütlich zum Entspannen mit gutem Ausblick.

Leider nur kleines Fenster (Dachgeschoss) im Zimmer, Beleuchtung im Bad könnte heller sein.

"Een prachtig, schoon hotel dat mooi centraal gelegen is. We hadden bij de boeking een klein foutje gemaakt, maar we werden heel netjes geholpen door het personeel. We komen zeker terug – een echte aanrader!"
