Woox Cappadocia

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Reinigungspersonal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und macht ihre Arbeit sehr zufrieden stellend. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, großzügig mit einem dritten Zustellbett immer noch genügend Platz. Das Bad war sehr groß. Aber in den Zimmern hat man an Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung beziehungsweise am Kleiderschrank leider gespart. Es gibt nur eine Kleiderstange.

Leider gab es, zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes (5 Nächte), kein einziges Mal Obst zum Frühstück. Es ist nicht gut für eine Unterkunft, wenn Gäste ständig nachfragen müssen, ob genug Kaffee gekocht wurde, wenn sie welchen möchten. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, man hat von draußen jegliche Geräusche auch in den Zimmern sehr gut wahrgenommen.

The property is beautiful it is in a great location, easy taxi ride to Göreme, the room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff are lovely and serve a really good breakfast. Mohammed, is fantastic, friendly and very helpful with information, arranging taxis, suggested private itinerary. In general, all staff were amazing.

Solo per la disponibilità e la pazienza mostratami dalla staff in tutta la fase pre partenza, la struttura merita un 10 pieno. Ci sono alcune cose da migliorare, vero, ma tutto il contesto ha reso pressoché indifferenti queste cose: gli infissi un po' datati, ma stilisticamente in linea con la struttura e quindi apprezzabili; l'inglese da migliorare, ma c'è tanto impegno in questo da parte dello staff. In città più grandi, questo impegno non c'è ad esempio; la lampada vicino la vasca idromassaggio non era collegabile ma la stanza era talmente bella, forse la più bella in cui io sia mai stato nei miei viaggi, che ha reso queste piccole imperfezioni insignificanti. Lo staff aiuta tantissimo nell'organizzare le vostre attività, la prenotazione delle mongolfiere è stata perfetta e anche una delle esperienze più belle che si possa fare nella vita. Nota di merito alla colazione, forse anche qui la più ricca, buona e varia che io abbia mai assaggiato. Questo posto mi rimarrà nel cuore sempre. Ringrazio lo staff e spero di tornare un giorno.

Otelde 4 gün konakladik. 1. Kahvaltı 8:30 da başlıyor. Bunun geç oldugunu ve erken verme durumu olabilir mi diye sorduk, olmaz çünkü personelimiz gelmiyor dediler. Otelden erken çıkmak zorunda olduğumuzdan ilk 2 gün kahvaltı alamadık. Daha sonra otel muduru aradı, erken kahvaltı isterseniz ayarlarız dedi ama iş işten geçmişti 2. Kahvaltı salonunun içindeki mutfakta 1 gün bayan çalışan sigara içiyordu. Kapi açık olduğundan tüm salon sigara kokmuştu 3. Bir gün odamız temizlenmedi. Sebebini sorduğumda kapiya temizlenecek diye uyardı asmamissiniz dediler. Yani temizlik istiyorsanız muhakkak uyariyi asin çünkü uyardı yoksa temizleyelim mi diye de atamıyorlar. 4. Tüm bu sorunları otele ilettik. Sağolsun otel jest olsun diye odaya meyve tabağı ve şarap göndermişti. Fakat bu sefer oda temizliğini yapan görevlide tuvalet çöpünün olduğu torbayı meyve tabanının yanına birakmis fakat almayı unutmuştu :))) Anlayacaginiz kaldığınız yerde istemeyerek birçok terslik yaşadık. Bunların hepsini de resepsiyonda olan arkadaşlara artardigim gibi buradan da detaylı olarak yazmak istedim

Perfect location away from the chaos yet close to most tourist attractions, loads of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast was superb. Would definitely visit again.

The room is beautiful, the breakfast is very nice and the staff of breakfast is kind and professional The food at breakfast is local and really good, the honey was amazing! The hotel is close to the castle and the center of the town. The town is very very quiet, if you want a bit of life maybe goreme is better.

The reception staff is not prepared or professional. We had issues with the wifi the first night and nobody spoke english and helped us. Then we had issues with the air conditioning and same situation. We asked them to call a cab and after 20 minutes they still didn't call it, we went downstairs and found the guy smoking outside. We asked again and he called in front of us and proposed us the double of the price that was actually needed. I know because for 10 min of car it was an impossible price, so went in the city and we found one ourselves paying half of the price. The location is nice but its on a big street and not on the charming little cappadocian steeets with cabblestones of Uchisar. We asked the room to be cleaned and they didnt clean it, they didnt put the showergel, they just did the bed. It says on google 5* but its not true, it's not written anywhere and it is self proclaimed. There is no transportation that can be used to visit around so you need a car or a taxi or tours. Book the transfer with get your guide cause its cheaper, here they charger 15 euro and the transfer is a bus that takes forever. From the airport to the hotel we put 1 hour cause we went to every hotel of other people first in goreme.

The rooms were nice and big...smelled really good...we're fantastic in terms of being clean...location is fine close to a main shopping area so access to food and basic groceries was quite accessible.

The WiFi didn't work and the network had poor receptivity so if you can fall off the grid it might work. Otherwise, it could be an issue....Also I was fasting and at all the hotels that I stayed at they managed a Sahoor for me as Turkey does have a major Muslim population but Woox didn't accommodate till I really insisted so no Sahoor on the first day but the second night they put together a box...

It’s within walking distance of everything — restaurants, shops, and some of the best viewpoints in the area. We loved how easy it was to get around without needing a car. The breakfast was another standout -- a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that change daily. Even if you stay longer, you won’t get bored of the choices. It felt like a mini feast every morning! The staff was amazing -- warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. And of course, the views are magical, especially in the early morning when the hot air balloons fill the sky. Woox Cappadocia is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

There was nothing i didn't like. Lovely staff, welcoming & kind. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff preparing it were so hospitable. The room was warm and comfy, with a loveky size bath and shower.. I think it would be comfortable in either hot summer or cold winter, thanks to the careful design. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the centre, yet in the most peaceful spot. I loved it.

I loved everything about my stay. The service was exceptional, the bed comfortable and the food so delicious, I will miss the Borëk so much. The toiletries smelt so divine and everything was perfect!

It's in a good location in uchisar just a few minutes walk from the centre which has some good food places and probably around 5-10 mins walk from uchisar castle. Our room was great we had a good size jacuzzi and our own private balcony. Everything was clean and there wasn't much to fault here. Staff were very accommodating too from the moment of entry.

Our stay was great but was ruined by some noisy guests late at night who woke me up 3 times. Thankfully they did pipe it down after we reported to reception. The Jacuzzi was clean and very good size. However the water pressure wasn't great for warm water which meant we had to wait almost around 45 mins to fill it up, like a very slow tap. Also when we actually turned it on for the first time, it had some horrendous egg stench and I'm not sure why that might be, maybe it wasn't used in a while. Didn't use it after that purely due to the time it takes to fill it up. Everything else was great.

We loved our stay at Woox Cappadocia. The rooms are beautifully designed, very spacious, and feel like a palace when you enter! The staff (especially Akif) went out of their way to help us when we had difficulties with the hire car company. The breakfast terrace has a lovely view. I’d highly recommend this hotel which has a very good balance between value for money and luxury.

The staff were exceptional! From welcoming us after a long journey to helping us book balloon tours to the amazing rooftop breakfast and talking with the airlines and airport for our lost luggage, the front desk and restaurant staff were truly amazing, so professional and kind. We will never forget them.

What I like about the property is the location. It is very close to Uchisar Castle and restaurants which are amazing. I suggest you to rent a car or come here by car so that you can travel Cappadocia easily. It is very clean. The hotel is very clean and room are big enough to sleep. Showers have Turkish bath. Staff is amazing! They are friendly and good people.

Woox was the nicest place we stayed in Turkey. Spa-like bathroom, comfy bed, kind hosts, lots of variety at breakfast. So glad we stayed in Uçisar instead of Göreme, as we had our own car so could both hike and drive throughout Cappadocia. Relaxing courtyard, short walk to the castle. Highly recommend!

The location was great at about 10 minutes from goreme by car.goreme is too touristy so better to stay in Uchisar.Aziz has been very helpfull and kind! We booked the deluxe room which was big and comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of different choices! We will be back!

The town itself is not a very big town so it wasn’t so much the property but the area was not so much things to do at all.

The property is really stunning! Very clean and well maintained. Aziz was very responsive with all the queries I asked. The room is very clean, location is great which is near all the restaurants like 1-2 mins walk just around the corner. I was amazed with the room service app that you can order anytime. Breakfast was great! Overall experience all great. They can help you to book your activities and get a discount. But unfortunately I already booked our activities in advance. But would recommend book to them because they will assist you in everything. Overall experience it was great!

The main staff was friendly and the property is very plus for the price. The beds are comfy and the king suite we did for the 3 adults was a massive room with a jacuzzi. The garden area was great to chill in the evening and my son had loads of fun running around and playing.

Its better to stay in gerome than uchisar period.. Location is a bit off a lot is happening there than this quiter place. The breakfast was very much ordinary anything additional was paid which was something I wanted from a property in CAPPADOCIA, However, I was told all properties charge additional even for omelettes or anything from the kitchen. Only boiled eggs and pastries pretty much for free with filter coffee and Turkish tea. Turkish coffee or any cappuccinos are to be paid separately. Another damper for me was that a part of my group except me went with air kappadokia balloon ride booked through the hotel and they had a better time in the balloon ride than me and it was because the next day the rates were higher and when I was getting a better rate with flower balloon rides they suggested they were better even though I was getting air kappadokia for a cheaper price than the hotel but they suggested the other company as they were not getting any commissions. I expected better from the friendly staff.

It was an enjoyable stay at Woox, the accommodation was comfortable with attention to detail on every aspect. We particularly liked being away from the hustle and bustle of Göreme.

I am gluten free so I found breakfast very limiting. I feel a few more dishes without onion and garlic added in would be fab. That would give such a guest more choice and allow one to have a hearty breakfast. This definitely needs to be factored in for a guest asking for specific dietary needs. I found this to be the case all over Turkey to be fair. It is not especially condusive for a gluten free diet.Which is a shame as it is a beautiful country!

The facilities were clean and charming, we had the best sleep in the hotel ever. Don't know what kind of matresses the hotel uses,but others should take notes😅 Nice breakfast, helpful staff, close to city center and other locations as Göreme.

Everything was just perfect. We had a 2 weeks trip in different locations from Turkey. All of them were amazing, however accommodation wise, none could match this one. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Large rooms, the largest bathroom I have ever seen 😅 Cleanliness from top to bottom. Amenity kit. Comfortable and large beds. Even the yard is as in the picture. Breakfast was really good and you have a variety of choices. All stuff was very kind and helpful. I have asked for attractions to visit and i've been offered a sticky note written by hand with all top attractions, which we really appreciate and kept it till now 🥹 The location is only 7 minutes by car to Goreme and like 15/20 minutes maximum from the main attractions.

All was fantastic.

The service is outstanding. Aziz was the greatest host ever during our vacation in Europe. He gave us great advise on turistic attractions in Capadoccia, helped us with the reservations and made sure our time at the hotel were perfect.
