Лучшее место за месяц на Филиппинах. Номера очень чистые, расположение отличное. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, находится отдельно от номера, что большой плюс ( в номере ни одного муравья). Электричество и горячая вода были все время. Вид с номера просто потрясающий. Отдельно хочу отметить хозяев, очень доброжелательные и душевные, помогали со всеми вопросами, но при этом не навязчивые. Рекомендую 10 из 10

Incredible stay! We loved everything about the stay. The hosts were so kind and helpful, the room and kitchen was super clean, and I could see the ocean from my bed! We loved our stay so much that we booked again.

It is a bit remote, but you can rent a scooter from them so if you don't mind driving it is no problem

This place is very remote so if you enjoy peace and quiet , breathtaking views of the sea , nature and rural atmosphere , you will definitely love it. Rent a bike from the owners and explore the island ; in the evening return to this blissful oasis.

The place is very relaxing. It is quiet and we love hanging out on the kitchen area. You have a nice view of the sea from there and you hear the water flowing down the aquarium which we love. It is also well maintained and very clean. My son loves playing around the garden and watch the fishes. During afternoon, it is also lovely to take a swim on the sea. When you are looking for a relaxing place, i can really recommend this place. Also the owners, Gemma and Manfred are really welcoming to us. And we had questions and concerns they really helped us. They also helped us with the transportation from the port and going back. All in all, we are happy with our stay 😊

Was best ver van alles, toch een beetje onderschat. Maar wel prima met de scooter.

No breakfast included but the ambiance is great, it definitely gives the island vibe. The host is very accommodating and addressing our concern immediately.

The rooms have no aircons and the other room is losing water but there is a water pump you need to open.

Die Lage ist richtig gut, man kommt einfach hin und einfach weg wenn man einen Roller hat. Es ist richtig ruhig, die Zimmer sind makellos, das Bad ist top (sogar warmes Wasser!!), die Küche ist im Perfekten Zustand, alles ist wirklich super. Der Host ist auch extrem nett, beste Unterkunft auf unserer ganzen Südostasien Reise.

We had a great stay at Gemma !We rent a scooter so we can explore the island.The Owners were really nice and friendly..They organized the scooter.the place was calm and clean !They organized the tuk tuk that drove us to the port !..I hirely recommendet this place !..Danke Manfred and Gemma :-)

Manfred and Gemma are extremely accommodating and very friendly people. Organizing motor bike hire at the property made getting around Siquijor very easy. There is a great outdoor area where you can make coffee, chill out, and cook food. Drinkable water was also supplied which meant less juggling around of water bottles each day! Only down side to this place was that we couldn't stay longer :( Thank you for hosting us!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owner is incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The houses are cozy and comfortable, and you can enjoy a beautiful sea view from them. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended, 100%!

My two-night stay at Residencia Gemma was absolutely wonderful. The property features a beautiful and peaceful garden, along with clean and tidy rooms and kitchen. It's located away from the main road, making it incredibly quiet and serene. Just next to the room is a shallow sea where you can go snorkeling—I saw stunning sea stars, colorful little fish, and even coral reefs. It’s a perfect spot to relax and pass the time. The facilities are well-equipped; they have their own generator, and the indoor WiFi was the best I experienced during my entire stay on Siquijor Island. The hosts, Mon Fred and Gemma, are warm and welcoming. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable while also being very respectful of our privacy. I would definitely recommend Residencia Gemma to any friends or family visiting the island. If I have the chance to return to Siquijor, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Direct aan zee, aardige hosts, behulpzaam, bij stroomuitval werd een generator aangezet, goede wifi, mooie keuken waar je zelf goed kan koken en eten.

De horren waren deels kapot, toen ik de host hier op attendeerde zei hij dat nou eenmaal Filipijnse kwaliteit was. Insecten konden het verblijf inkomen wat alleen te voorkomen was als je het licht niet aan deed.

It was very nice! We only stayed one night and had other plans so we didn’t get to enjoy the setting much.

As we knew before booking, far out from shops/cafes. Little tricky if you are not able to ride and rent a motorbike but if you find a tuktuk driver to take you round for the day it is fine!

It is very isolated and basically inaccessible if you cannot ride a motorbike, which I wasn’t aware of. I ended up leaving early and going to a different place. Additionally, the host was extremely rude and shouted at me in a very aggressive and hostile way. I could elaborate but in short I would not recommend this property.

It was so nice to reserve two rooms and use only our team. And all the facilities and open kitchens are so well managed and the refrigerator is big that I wanted to stay for a long time

1.It is away from the main road. 2. there only have a fan now, so you have to thinking if you dont like hot (I heard you're going to install air conditioning soon) btw there is not so hot during evening

Best experience we had in the Philippines so far ! Manfred and Gemma are very caring hosts, always helpful and available to chat. They took care of transportation and motorbikes rental. This place is truly magical, feet in the sea and super calm location. The facilities are well thought (very good shower and towels) and nice kitchen : we felt at home. Thanks again for the Pastis ! This residence is the best one we had so far! Manfred and Gemma were the best hosts ever! Room is spacious, common areas with kitchen, fridge etc are more than huge and well maintained! Highly appreciated their help with everything! Highly recommend staying here!! If there is a bad review, it’s not right!

Where do i start? I loved the little details. The soft towels. Clean room and spacious bathroom. Waking up to the ocean breeze. The outdoor kitchen that was kept so neat. The garden was sweped morning and afternoon. The quiet neighborhood.

The hosts, the shared kitchen and relaxing space, the cleanliness, the fact there are only two cottages, the ocean breeze, the neighbourhood, the quiet and peacefulness.

No A/C but it was fine during our January stay with an ocean breeze coming into our room.

What can i say.. perfect! Manfred and Gemma were wonderful hosts. the room is big and comfortable with the outside kitchen as a nice touch. the view is stunning right by the water. It's a bit secluded so you need a motorbike but they arranged one for us even before we arrived! 10/10! Danke shön! 😊

Everything was perfect, the bed is nice, the bathroom is spacious, the outdoor kitchen has everything you need (there's a grill there so you can cook fish directly from the market !). Location is also very convenient as it's very close to Siquijor city but still in a calm environment

The accommodation was a wonderful place to stay, with its peaceful surroundings and accommodating hosts. Cooking in their gorgeous kitchen was a definite bonus for us.

Recommended for those who want a peaceful stay. Love that it's away from the bustle. The place and room was very clean. The shared kitchen has good seaview - perfect place to relax. Would definitely come back again. Gemma and Manfred were very accommodating.

Hope you could add a small body mirror in the room 😂 - so we can check our fits.

This accommodation was fantastic! Everything is very clean, there is a kitchen that you can use, everything is very well furnished and you have everything you need. Manfred and Gemma are excellent hosts and really care about their guests. You can also rent a scooter easily. We think the location is great, everything is within easy reach. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

We had a nice stay at Residencia Gemma. The space was clean and had a nice bathroom. I liked the outside space next to the ocean which also had a kitchen. We also had great help from the hosts!

Grateful to Gemma and her husband for having us at such short notice. They greeted us in-person and were around if we needed. The room was just as pictured, on the smaller side, but everything you need. The location is right on the water, off the beaten path. About 15 minutes from the Pier and 20 minutes from the touristy San Juan. They had fresh burro bananas for us to eat. Kitchen to cook in if need be and water to refill. The communal spaces were very homey and inviting!

The owners Gemma and Manfred were so welcoming. The guestroom was very well done and we enjoyed the property. Scooters are available to rent. Worth the money for some peace and tranquility. Our only regret is that we didm't book more nights. We would rent here again.

Get yourself some tender, love and care with Gemma and Manfred. It‘s a quiet little place directly at the beach with just two rooms. A private kitchen is available with an outdoor area to sit in. Now only on booking.com! Go and get some!

The property is so clean and has its own beach front. The Kitchen is well stocked with basiccc guest needs for cooking. The room is clean, bathroom is big. The hosts Gemma and Manfred are awesome. They are very hospitable. Very helpful and open for suggestions as the property is new.

As Syquijor has everyday brown outs and we understood that it is only a FAN ROOM, the air flow inside the room is not enough. An exhaust is recommendable to help lessen the humidity or keep the windows in the kitchen open for air from the beach to come in. A cooler fan would be a choice too.

We had the pleasure of being Gemma’s first customer 😊 The place is in a great location . You couldn’t be much closer to the sea . But not too far from san Juan . The place is spotless. Everything is clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. Which was really good and useful for us as we like to cook. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely book again 😊🏝️

I would have liked somewhere to lounge outside . To read my book . There are chairs , but would have preferred a lounger . I believe Manfred is addressing this. But that is a very small detail . It is superb property
