Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Struttura in ottima posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro più vicina e comunque a circa 25 minuti a piedi dalla zona più centrale. Struttura moderna, camera pulita. Possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli dopo il check-out.
Non c’è il servizio di pulizia della camera e viene fornito un solo asciugamano a testa.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location was close to all public transport and quite central. Check-in and out were extremely smooth. As they're automated. There is a cute dog that keeps you company in the cafe
Breakfast was really poor, it's offered through a partner cafe rather than the hotel itself, it's expensive and a really poor choice of options, the bacon was burned and dry every day, most things weren't restocked well as people consumed them.

wszędzie była dosyć twarda wykładzina i ciężko się chodziło bez butów, suszarka do włosów była, natomiast taka basenowa i ciężko/wolno się suszyło włosy poza tym wszystko było ok

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026J'adores les hôtels de la chaîne Citybox, et cet établissement est à la hauteur des autres que j'ai pu visiter. Check-in et check-out pleinement autonome, cuisinette et buanderette disponibles au sous-sol. On peut laisser ses bagages dans un local désigné et accéder aux espaces communs avant l'heure du check-in. Chambre confortable et salle de bain fonctionnelle, déco et mobilier au goût du jour, très sympa. Aussi, l'emplacement est central, à proximité du tram et du métro Louise, c'est également possible de marcher jusqu'au centre en 15-20 minutes, c'est vraiment idéal.
J'ai dû faire la lessive et ça m'a coûté un total de 14 euros pour la brassée et le séchage. Un peu abusé, mais bon, c'est vraiment pratique d'avoir accès à une buanderie pour les longs voyages.

The room was quite dirty. We found other people’s hair in the room, and the towels were also dirty. I also had a problem with the umbrella rental machine, but the staff member I contacted did not know how to provide support and was unable to help.

Le locker a bagage n'est pas sécurisé, tout les visiteurs de l'hôtel peuvent avoir y avoir accès. Si vous souhaitez mettre vos bagages en sécurité il faut louer un casier à la gare.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Todo nuevo, muy limpio, colchon cómodo. Iluminación muy suave. El tema de chek-in es muy intuitivo, si aun no tienes habitación lista puedes obtener la llave de la guardamaletas. En general muy contenta, volvería.
Estuve a mediados de septiembre, dentro de la habticaión hacía bastante frío, aunque la manta calentaba. El sistema de a/a y calefacción solo funcionaba para el a/a. Lo hablé con el servicio (a través de booking), respondieron muy rápido proponiendo hablar con el servicio en la recepción para ver si estaba roto, sino me cambiaban la habitación, pero no tuve posibilidad de hacerlo por mis horarios (estuve en un congreso), y ya no tenía sentido.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Very clean, good location, nice size room. Would definitely recommend if you didn’t want to stay right in the centre.
Trying to organise parking was not convenient. They wouldn’t take bookings and once their carpark is full you have to find your own options. Would be nice if they provided a list of parking options, or had a deal with a carpark close by. In the end we managed to park onsite but it was a stressful process.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The hotel is in a good location. The self check-in was very easy. The room was big, clean and tidy. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was quite small and simple, but there was enough food. The staff at breakfast were very nice and friendly. The hotel is not the cheapest, but for Brussels I think it has a good price for what you get. I would definitely come back.
I was surprised that there was no TV in the room, as I have never stayed in a hotel without one before. But I didn’t really miss it.

La habitación era enana, no pueden decir que sea una habitación doble, no hay espacio para nada entre la cama y la ventana y por el otro lado, la pared. Muy incómoda, es un camarote. Por no haber no hay ni tele, que entiendo que es que no les cabía, ni un pequeño armario, nada. El ruido: tranvías, coches, sirenas, gente que pasaba por la calle, temblaba hasta la ventana cada vez que pasaban los tranvías pitando...imposible descansar. Se oye todo. Veo muy impersonal que no haya casi nunca nadie en recepción o en las instalaciones. Haces el Check in y el check out en una pantalla, te da y recoge las llaves, te facilita como dejar equipaje en consigna...muy a favor de la eficiencia pero se agradece hablar e interactuar con seres humanos. Vamos, para lo que pague, esperaba mucho más.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Great location, easy check in and check out and the possibility to store luggage before check in. Bed was comfortable. The common spaces (kitchen, laundry) were great to have. The hotel was easy to find and easy to reach by public transit.
The room was on the smaller side, which was not terrible but definitely tight with big luggage. The room was also noisier than expected (from the tram right outside the window, the air conditioning making noise, hearing other people flushing their toilets or running water). Overall cleanliness of the hallways was not great, on my floor somebody dropped a piece of food and it remained there for the whole of my stay.

The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed, bits of paper in several places on the floor. Also noticed same thing in the corridor from the lift to the room. I think the luggage storage room should have lockers with built in locks. The room is accessible with anyone with a valid “key” which I don’t think is particularly safe as there is no staff present and anyone can go in and have access to anyone’s luggage and just leave!!
