Residence Seneca

Very close to amenities and beach.always stay in flic en flac like the area very much.

Like everything and convenient to shops and restaurant.

Недавно отдыхали в Residence Seneca, это было просто великолепно! 🌴 Апартаменты оказались очень просторными, современными и невероятно уютными. Чисто, видно, что за местом тщательно ухаживают. На кухне есть всё необходимое, так что готовить было удобно. Локация тоже отличная: рядом пляж, магазины, кафе — всё в пешей доступности. Территория спокойная, ухоженная, идеальна для расслабленного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — доброжелательный, внимательный, всегда готов помочь и подсказать, куда сходить или что посмотреть.

L'emplacement et le lieu

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement, qui est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce Très bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes a pied de la plage des commerces et des restaurants Logement très propre et tout le nécessaire de nettoyage est mis a disposition parking prive suffisant pour une petite voiture de location

c’était vraiment très bien ce ne sont que quelques améliorations la quantité de vaisselle et d' accessoire de cuisine un peu limite pour 4 personnes. le coin salon pour 4 personnes est petit et pas très confortable manque de wifi aux étages

wifi connection was not the best upstairs but we survived..

A modern, relatively new house around 10 min. by foot away from the beach. The rooms are on 3 floors. On the ground floor the living room and kitchen are located. On the first floor you find a large sleeping romm for 2 people and a large bathroom. On the 2nd floor are 2 sleeping rooms, each with 2 beds, and there is one bathroom. On top of the 2nd floor there is a nice rooftop terrace, which is good to sit after sunset, but you have to carry the chairs from the ground floor to the rooftop, if you want to sit. You may park your rental car safely in the courtyard in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly stay again in this house in case we will come back to Mauritius.

A dishwasher would have been nice to have.

Unfortunately we were not able to go to this accommodation due to a Medical emergency. So in turn we had our daughter spend about one week out of our monthly booking in the apartment. They did enjoy their stay. However I did try and cancel or move this booking due to our Medical emergency and found the host was un-cooperative to offer any solutions. I do understand that it was a non-refund booking but his lack of allowing us to use this pre paid booking at a later stage was a little harsh in my view. We did suggest a later date for our booking only when he was quiet and had no other bookings but this was not acceptable to the host.

Clean and good apartament, nice and friendly host, ready to help, allowed us to check out at a later time, which was very convenient as we had a very late flight. 7min walk to the beach and restaurants. In the apartament there is a private roof with a good view at the night sky.

Very big rooms, clean, hospitality of Anish. All you need in the kitchen if you want to have breakfast at home Very clean rooms

Nothing to complain about

Nice residence in a quiet and safe area. Clean appartment. The host is very friendly and welcoming. It's located close to the beach (5-10 mins walk) and there are a some shops and restaurants where you can get all your necessities (Around 10-15 mins walk). Overall we had a great stay.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway in Flic en Flac. The place is safe, spacious, fully equipped, and furnished. Not so far from the beach, restaurants, and other facilities. The owner makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend Residence Seneca.
