Le logement au bord du lac offre une ambiance très agréable. Le personnel est très bien et arrangeant. On a pu avoir un chauffeur local qui nous a emmené au port

Il manque des équipements pour se poser à l'extérieur. Malheureusement pour nous la piscine était hors service lors de notre séjour. Nous avons été un peu surpris de retrouver des cacas de gekos au cours de la journée dans la chambre. Heureusement, il y a une moustiquaire au dessus du lit et qui protège pour le coup des cacas de geko.

Beautifully decorated place with nice cabins that had a great outdoors bathroom, they also had a great pool and they offer spa treatments.

The dinner was quite pricey and it took super long before we could order because the staff did not pay attention

Elegimos la villa y la habitacion estaba bien, pero pedimos toallas para la pisicina y nos dijeron que usaramos las de la habitacion que luego nos darían otras, fuimos a preguntar varias veces pero nos decian que no habia llegado la colada. Nunca llegaron las toallas limpias. El olor del agua de la ducha era horrible y el suelo del baño escurria un montón. No repetiriamos

Really great location for the harbour! Price is so great and affordable that it’s a great option for a night or two. The rooms are huge and really well maintained. The whole property is spacious and gives you a secluded vibe which is perfect for the “relaxing retreat” style trip.

Emplacement de l’hôtel entre jungle et lac… vu incroyable ! Notre chambre cabane etait parfaite avec la salle de bain extérieur et la baignoire etait vraiment typique…. C’était verdoyant…. Calme…. Personnel gentil….très bon menus

Alors je sais que c’est technique mais nous avions la chambre juste à côté de la fontaine et il y avait un souci technique donc un bruit constant toute la nuit et en même temps celle de la fontaine… mon sommeil etait compliqué….

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage mit netten Bungalows und einem schönen Pool. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden es definitiv empfehlen und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Notre séjour a été gâché par un souci d’eau et de filtre ils faisaient que couper l’eau on devait demander pour se doucher et avoir de l’eau pour aller au wc… l’eau avait une odeur vraiment forte qui restait sur la peau on a reçu peu d’explication et de communication à ce sujet .. ni de compensation et au vu du prix de l’hôtel je trouve cela vraiment dommage …

La comida la ubicación y el servicio del personal

Super bonito, personal muy amable y la comida muy rica. Un sitio muy relajante con unas vistas muy chulas

Nos toco un bungalow de dos pisos demasiado grande, muy incomodo porque el la cama esta arriba y el baño abajo y las escaleras eran mortales. Mejor pide una habitacion de una sola planta. En el baño hay una bañera inutil porque intentamos llenarla y ademas de que apestaba no salia casi agua y el tapon no cerraba bien. La ducha no tenia nada nada de presion y cada 20 segundos dejaba de salir agua otros segundos. Fyi: Se duerme con mosquitera en la cama.

L'environnement est incroyable, nous sommes revenus pour la seconde fois dans cet hôtel que nous aimons beaucoup. Le bungalow est confortable, la salle de bains extérieure est vraiment agréable dans la végétation. La piscine est top. C'est au calme, le personnel est sympa, possibilité de louer des scooters. Les massages sont tres bien également.

Malheureusement Padang bay le village a côté n'est pas très intéressant, les plongées non plus.

Het aanbod in het restaurant was zeer beperkt op de avond dat we er verbleven. Er was tijdelijk geen vis of seafood en slechts 1 dessert waardoor we naar Padangbai zijn gegaan. Nochtans zag het aanbod op de menukaart er super goed uit.

Établissement arboré et coloré grâce à une diversité de couleurs des plantes. Situé à 15 mins en taxi du port de Padang Bai (si pas d’embouteillages). Au calme et intimiste. Le personnel est au petit soin. La piscine est très grande. Service de massage sur rdv. Chambres et SDB exceptionnelles tant au niveau du confort que de l’esthétique. Clim efficiente.

Tout est au top ! La literie, la végétation, le personnel, les repas … on a envie d’y rester plusieurs jours

Such a cool retreat. The location is away from the hectic, busy streets of Bali so it feels quite tranquil. The Nasi Goreng I had at the restaurant was the best I had in Bali.

Vera oasi di pace. Un piccolo paradiso immerso nel verde, struttura bellissima. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte (ottimo appoggio per prendere il traghetto per le Gili). Personale gentile, servizio cena ottimo. Colazione molto buona e a scelta da un menu.

Super étape avant de prendre le bateau pour gili air. A 15 min du port. Bel hôtel très bien entretenu. Belle chambre et très belle piscine. On voulait pas loger au port et ce fut une belle parenthèse.

Le lieu était très calme, reposant. Le logement très agréable. La piscine également. Le personnel non seulement aux petits soins mais également très souriant et très présent pour échanger sur nos sorties, découvertes etc... BONUS : un cours de yoga nous a été proposé !

Le restaurant propose une cuisine excellente, des produits frais et de qualité mais beaucoup de plats de la carte manquaient. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de choix, notamment dans les desserts.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt this property was a bit of a hidden gem. The location was excellent — tucked away just outside Padangbai, making it a convenient and peaceful base before or after using the ferry port. Our room was enormous, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lovely, and overall the property offered great value for money.

The only reason we haven't given a full 5 stars is due to a couple of maintenance issues. We found what appeared to be a significant amount of rat droppings in the room, which was disappointing and impacted our comfort. We also found the water had a very strong sulphur smell. While this may be due to the local water source, it left us feeling as though the water wasn't particularly clean for showering. Aside from these issues, we had a pleasant stay and can see why others enjoy this property. With a little more attention to these areas, it would be an outstanding place to stay.

Un petit paradis ☀️ Nous reviendrons certainement tellement l’endroit est agréable.

Het heerlijke bed met klamboe, grote badkamer, het zwembad en het zeer lekkere eten. Prachtige ligging aan een meer. De scooter driver Andi, die mij overal heen bracht waar ik maar wilde.

Ik was daar voor 3 nachten en de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Nu hoef ik niet elke dag een opgemaakt bed en in mijn eentje maak je niet veel vies, maar het viel wel op. Misschien moest je er om vragen? Als ik iets vroeg (bv. schone handdoeken) werd je wel gelijk met alles vriendelijk geholpen. De 1e dag kwam er een zeer grote groep jonge mensen een yoga dag doen. Geluidsinstallaties en alles. Dus veel herrie. En jongemannen die geen zin in de yoga hadden, hingen gekleed op de bedjes bij het zwembad. Deden niets, maar voelde ook niet heel relaxed als je daar alleen in je bikini ligt. Let op: Mensen met blond haar. Er zit een stofje in het zwembad dat je haar groen kleurt. Dat is mij bij meerdere zwembaden op Bali overkomen. Dan weten jullie dat. PS: je haar in de tomatenketchup zetten voor een uurtje wil soms wel helpen.

The bed mattress was too soft for us, and the pillows were too thick and tight. This resulted in back and neck pain each morning. I understand you can't change mattresses for each customer's preference, but having a couple of sets of smaller pillows would help.

Huge room, nice view with the lake and the garden, comfortable bed with quality mosquito net.

A bit secluded maybe

La proximité avec le port, la disponibilité des massages qui sont très agréables, le petit déjeuner est très bon, et la nourriture bien qu'un peu chère est préparée avec soin. La baignoire est superbe, la salle de bain est très jolie en général, et la chambre est d'une propreté remarquable, la piscine aussi est super agréable et une belle balade au bord du lac fait beaucoup de bien. L'établissement met à disposition de l'eau gratuitement dans la chambre avec du thé et du café, et même une télévision 😊

Ce n'est pas du tout la responsabilité de l'établissement mais des basses nous ont réveillé tout les matins, et le bungalow que nous occupons : juste à côté de la cuisine est un peu bruyant le matin car le staff commence tôt. Petit point d'amélioration à avoir pour la literie mais le rapport qualité prix est superbe

Everything was good.

Just one thing I felt off is sewage in washroom once you start shower or tap water in washbasin. Not sure that bad smell is from water or anything else.

The surroundings and the hotel in itself are beautiful. The room was well-equipped despite the bed and covers being a bit small. Breakfast was quite good. Outside shower is nice (until it start raining !)

The bed was a bit small. The location is pretty isolated from everything (which isn’t necessarily bad), meaning Grab drivers can’t reach and will stop 500 meters down the road. Most negative point for us was an issue with the scooter rental services provided by the hotel. I contacted the hotel prior to making the booking to make sure they offered the scooter I wanted (important for us, which is why we asked before). A few hours before my arrival, it turns out it’s not available anymore (which they didn’t even tell us directly). They were vaguely apologetic and offered another scooter instead, less comfortable and could not show it to us to see if we liked it as it was apparently 30 minutes away. That spoiled the trip for us, as we were planning to go out and ended up stuck.

Short but perfect stay! Nice hidden location off the main road, wonderful bungalows and amenities. The staff was very responsive, helpful and kind. They even had dinner waiting for us for our very late arrival. Highly recommended!

The place is absolutely beautiful! The staff is top notch and extremely responsive and friendly. Food is excellent. Rooms are huge. I also got one of the best massages ever (by Koman). We were allowed to stay on the beautiful grounds and even use the shower in the spa after checking out since we weren't leaving for the airport until the afternoon.

Two things I didn't like: while it was fine in the middle of a sunny day, in the evening/night/rain, the room is so dark that I needed a flashlight to find things in my suitcase. They need more light fixtures and/or brighter bulbs. At first I was charmed by the outside attached bathroom, quickly changed my mind. You are getting ready (washing up, shaving, putting on makeup) in the outdoor heat and humidity. To go to the toilet you could have to step out in the rain or at least in puddles, even to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Une antenne relais à 50m de l'entrée du resort peut gêner certain. Des militaires sont venus chaque jour s'entrainer dans l'eau et se reposer sur place : cà peut surprendre. Ils restent très discrets. A pied la première plage est à 10min, plage très sale (déchets plastiques) Nous étions très peu dans le resort (ou ou 5 personnes max) et j'ai demandé à partir de la chambre plutôt vers 15h. C'était facturé 100KR par heure supplémentaire. J'ai choisi finalement de quitter à 12h mais une erreur d'horaire de massage liée à l'hôtel à fait que j'ai demandé à quitter à 12h15 et toujours pas ok. Je suis donc sortie de la chambre au plus vite à 12h précise.... et personne n'est venu ensuite pour la nettoyer ou l'occuper.

Incredible views of the lake, super friendly staff who organised all our transfers. Made it super easy. Beautiful food at the restaurant. Room was super nice for the cost. We’ll highly recommend.

El personal no ayudaba en muchas ocasiones. Les pedimos cambio en efectivo y decian que no tenian. Los grab no encontraban el hotel y en vez de ayudarnos a poner una ubicación donde nos pudieran recoger, nos decian que solo podian pedirnos un taxi privado. También mencionar que la carta es solo para veganos.
