L'unico aspetto positivo è la vicinanza alla spiaggia white sand beach.

Struttura molto sporca, come entravi in camera sentivi subito un odore di umidità. Le pareti erano piene di muffa. Impossibile dormire per l'odore continuo che c'era. Menomale abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte sennò si cambiava alloggio. Avevamo scelto questa struttura perchè sembrava vicina al porto per prendere i traghetti, ma in realtà si trova dopo una strada tutta in salita senza illuminazione, menomale è presente il servizio grab.

La salle de bain etait sale et il y avais des moisissures un peu partout. Un bon nettoyage et c est endroit sera un vrai bijou

C'era un odore perenne di umido nella stanza, insopportabile. Muffa sulle pareti, stanza sporca, il water perdeva da sotto, e alcuni faretti soffitto non funzionavano. Dopo la prima doccia, lo scarico si è intasato e si è formata una pozza d'acqua. Tutto questo nella stanza vista piscina, quindi non oso immaginare come possano essere le altre stanze.

I booked 2 rooms. the standard room and their best room. The rooms were large and the best room was massive. Probably the largest set of rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It was a little bit noisy in the morning with dogs, chickens and other wild animal noises, but this is normal for Bali. I stayed in some posher places and had exactly the same experience. We didnt have the best holiday in Bali but this place was one of the positives

I přes pozdní příjezd na nás hostitelé čekali. Vynikající komunikace. Dostačující snídaně s fresh drinky. Cokoliv potřebujete, stačí napsat zprávu a máte zařízeno. Výborný personál. Ubytování je 10 minut pěšky do centra v klidné lokalitě. Pobyt jsme si skvěle užili.

Nous avons dû changer d’hôtel en arrivant. Une chambre humide, qui sent fort le moisie. Sur le lit, pleins de poux de lits….

Closeness to the port. Pool (though, small).

Very dirty. Rooms, bathroom, shower... People who own this place know most guests will only stay for a night and don't bother improving anything. Breakfast was also bad. I've never had such watery scrambled eggs in my life (well, and I didn't. I just left the whole plate after one bite, so..)

Clim seulement dans la chambre, salle de bain pas super, très mauvaise évacuation de l eau, après avoir pris une douche l eau reste stokee dans la salle de bain

Lovely clean bungalows. Cute little pool. 4 minute walk to the local shops and the pier.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. If walking/mobility is an issue, be aware the shops/restaurants/pier are a walk away.

The Host "Uncle google" was super friendly and helpful with all aspects of arrival and local information, he also cooked us a 10/10 fried rice for breakfast!

Breakfast and drinks were very fresh and tasty and delivered as soon as we requested every morning. The apartment we rented was on the second floor. Super spacious, extremely clean - there was not spot of dust even on the huge balcony, the living room or the big outside kitchen.

Nous avions avisés l'établissement d'une arrivée vers 18h, vers 17h j'envoie 1 message pour dire que nous arrivions dans 10 mns...personne à notre arrivée...et pas de réponse via whatsapp...il aura fallu que des habitués de l'hôtel les appellent pour qu'ils envoient quelqu'un....et qu'on ait enfin une réponse whatsapp...j'avise aussitôt notre check out pour le lendemain matin à 7h...personne ne nous a contactés pour le petit déjeuner qui était inclus...nous sommes donc partis sans petit déjeuner et aucune information....

Ubicación y trato del staff. El desayuno estaba muy bueno.

La limpieza era buena pero mejorable en algunos aspectos.

Wenn man die Fähren nutzen möchte, oder Wassersport machen will, ist die Lage gut. Das Zimmer war groß.

Der nahegelegene Ort ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer hätten einen Nachttisch und einen Stuhl haben können. Das Personal hatte nicht viel Interesse an uns.

Отличный район. Очень приветливая и доброжелательная хозяйка. Удобная просторная вилла.

Voto sufficiente solo alla colazione.

Struttura sporca, maleodorante ed umida. Pareti scrostate dall’umidità, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, sanitari sporchi e corrosi dal calcare. Distributore dell’acqua presente in camera sporco incrostato. Impossibile dormire per via dell’umidità e dello sporco diffuso. Il tutto peggiorato dalla presenza di un profumatore per ambienti che spruzza un profumo chimico: perché profumare una stanza di fatto sporca? La struttura era stata scelta per via della sua vicinanza al porto di Padangbai, tuttavia la posizione è in realtà scomoda perché si trova in cima ad una strada in salita non illuminata perciò tutti gli spostamenti devono essere comunque fatti con taxi, o comunque sono difficili da fare a piedi, specie se si hanno delle valigie. Questa struttura non dovrebbe essere su Booking.

Attention la chambre contre la piscine est humide, il y'a une forte odeur de salpêtre à l'intérieur, c'est désagréable.

No habia agua caliente. Tenia cosas a mejorar como barandillas oxidadas. Mobiliario MUY basico, lamparas sin cable, la piscina comun enfrente del apartamento de otros huespedes...

Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu et nous étions attendus. Bien de pouvoir se prélasser dans la piscine.

Nous n’avons pas pu et c’est dommage profiter du déjeuner pourtant compris dans le prix. Effectivement à 7h30 heure début du p’tit déjeuner nous devions être au bateau.

Das Personal, von der Sicherheitskraft über die Putzkraft bis hin zur Managerin war sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren top.

Das Hotel befindet sich zur Zeit in einer kleinen Umbauphase, deswegen war das Bad noch nicht in jedem Zimmer erneuert. (Unseres leider noch nicht)

Calme et lit comfortable. Chambre propre.

Douche avec eau chaude qui ne marche pas. Le distributeur de shampoing et savon ne marchent pas bien. Cela tombe par micro goûte et ils faut attendre 1-2 bonnes minutes en restant appuyé pour avoir de quoi se laver le corps. Pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, nous avons eu des bestioles (type scarabée) qui sont rentrés le soir. Rien de grave mais pas idéal en se couchant de trouver un scarabée sur les toilettes. Wifi ne marche pas bien dans la chambre. On ne le capte pas depuis le téléphone. Et connexion lente depuis l’ordinateur. Enfin, j’ai demandé une location de scooter. Ils m’ont fait payer 50% plus cher à la journée que les loueurs de la ville, en me disant que le prix était ferme et non négociable. L’hôtel étant hors du centre ville ils savaient que j’accepterais.

We informed the property in advance that we would be arriving at approx 12:30am and that we would need transport to boat Harbour at 6:30am. They said that was fine and gave me 2 phone numbers to call when we arrive and they will let us into our villa. When we were 5 mins away I started trying to call the numbers to tell them we were coming, no answer. I tried 3 different numbers over and over again and no answer. It was 12:30 in the morning by now and we had just had a long flight and needed to be up early morning. Our driver from the airport went into the property and was calling out for someone to come and there were two men asleep at a table outside in the dark who were supposed to let us in. We finally got into our villa which was clean and basic but we expected that. Bed was firm and only one thin blanket. Next morning we got up and tried ringing reception to check if our car was coming to pick us up and once again no answer and no response. We ended up having to walk to the Harbour with our bags as no car had been arranged for us despite us telling them we needed one and them acknowledging this. We would not stay here again.

Staff were lovely, rooms comfortable . Pool area very nice.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il porto, ma comunque meglio prendere un Grab con i bagagli perché strada ripida in salita. Personale gentile che ci ha servito la colazione in camera anticipatamente per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Struttura isolata e scomoda per qualsiasi attività (non siamo riusciti a cenare perché tutti i ristoranti disponibili erano lontani). Pulizia non eccelsa, il dispenser del sapone scorreva a piccolissime gocce, docce fredda, macchie di muffa sulla parete, componenti delle docce e delle porte arrugginite.

The property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.

Just a heads up about the hill you have to walk up to get there! Was a good workout though!

Absolutely lovely 3 nights stay in room #2 with a great view and great living room solarium. Very quiet and peaceful in general. Very friendly village around the property. I would absolutely go back there.

The rooms were spotless. The pool was clean and lovely. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, organising dinner for us after we arrived late. We needed accommodation at the last minute and were very pleased to find this place. We wish we could have stayed longer! There was a fresh water cooler in the room.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. However, we didn't stay long enough to ask for some and I expect they would have provided some if we'd asked.

Enjoyed this stay for 1 night for an early ferry. Staff organised and friendly. Food delivered to your room ordered by whats app. Nice seating area outside for food and sunbathing next to pool. Can walk to ferry although quite a hill. Takes approx 10/15 mins. Cleanest property we had in bali even the bathroom. Would stay again .

Fair price and location ok. You can walk into the town from the hotel in just over 10 minutes, however dangerous walking when dark as hilly lanes with no lights. Pool area ok and sun loungers were good. Friendly staff

Bathroom had a sewage smell. Hotel doesn’t have dining/drinking facilities - probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised this. Hard to get transport from there as no taxi service available

Une odeur insoutenable provenant de la salle de bain odeur de moisissure de renfermer et beaucoup d’humidité il n’y as pas d’aération, literie vieillissante. Piscine à l’ombre et froide.

The room is not very cosy although is clean enough. I guess it is a good place to spend 1 night or 2. Staff was very helpful but the facilities was not that pretty. It was ok

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere although not very far from a the absolutely beautiful white sand beach. To be fair is only 10 minutes walk (up The hill though) from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach

Ruime kamer/suite.

Beschrijving afstand naar het dorp/centrum: accomodatie staat op een heuvel. De weg is heuvelachtig met een steile weg. Niet geschikt voor gasten die slecht ter been zijn.

Wir hatten kein wasser im badezimmer und als wir sie kontaktierten hat es etwa eine stunde gedauert sie haben es dan gelöst und es wurde behoben Es ist aufjedenfal kein 4 sterne hotel eher ein schöneres hostel Aufpassen einen skorpion hatten wir auch an der türe..

Dichtbij de haven. Snelle service via whatsapp voor eten etc.

Отличное расположение по отношению к местной инфраструктуре и к чистому пляжу. В целом тихо и спокойно и умиротворяюще. Персонал был добр и отзывчив, всегда очень помогала администратор Дэйзи, обращаться можно по любым вопросам - всегда помогут!👍👍👍 Жили в номере 2, это целиком второй этаж, всё очень понравилось!

Posto tranquillo

Velmi příjemní lidé. Se vším pomohli a poradili. Snídané výborná. :) Byli jsme na svatební cestě a připravili nám i lístečky na posteli a při příjezdu jsem dostala růže. Bylo to krásné gesto! Moc děkujeme! :)

Hotel convenient for ferry and staff friendly. Food options limited.

Property was not as in the pictures. Breakfast was not good. We booked two nights and only stayed for one. Would not recommend. Building was in need of serious repairs and paint was falling off everywhere
