The staff was really nice. They provided very good infos and also they offered to carry our luggage’s from the reception to the actual hotel. The breakfast was good and everything worked well Good view from the balcony

The room are very spacious, and above what I expected! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! The area is far away from the crowd to relax, but close enough to not sweat my way! The breakfast was complete and thoughtful!

Lovely place, 15 min walk from the centre so not too noisy. They collect your bags from the pier and take them back for you which we really appreciated. Able to book tours for the same price as in town - the early bird tour was definitely worth it to beat the crowds! Lovely hosts. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to phi phi.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have nice cats walking around. When you are not a big party person, this is a nice place to be in a calm area. But still close enough to walk easily to all restaurants. You will still hear the music, so don’t expect fully quiet nights. But at least its in the far distance.

No hanging space Air con wasn’t enough, could’ve done with fan in room - we asked but they didn’t have Location super far away from centre! Shower could do with an upgrade.

Koh phi phi is nice. Friendly guy from the Guesthouse helped with our luggage.

Accessibilité plus que difficile. Pour atteindre les chambres il y a beaucoup beaucoup d’escaliers avec des marches TRÈS hautes, impossible d’accés pour des personnes d’un certain âge ou pour des enfants. IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR À CAUSE DU BRUIT DE LA BOÎTE DE NUIT À CÔTÉ, la proprietaire la meme reconnu. La clim ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas. Les murs étaient brulants, donc chambre impossible à refroidir. La proprietaire n’est pas du tout agréable. Chambre minuscule et pas propre, il y avait des insectes dans la douche. Même pour une nuit, je vous le déconseille!!!!!!

Me gustó que haya un mini desayuno incluido( aunque no le habia entendido eso a la recepcionista,lo vi de casualidad ) Ofrecen llevarte la valijas hasta el ferry cuando te vas ,por más de que nosotros no lo veiamos nos explicaron que eso estaba incluido . Podes comprar pasajes para ferrys/excursiones ahi mismo .

La ubicación es un poco alejada ,pero sin embargo estas a 10-15 minutos de todo.

Piękny widok z pokoju z widokiem na morze. Obsługa była miła. Dobrze że obiekt jest oddalony od imprezowni, jednak i tak było słychać muzykę do późnej nocy (polecam zaopatrzeć się w zatyczki)

W łazience codziennie unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Po włączeniu wentylatora jednak znikał. Przy check-inie wymagana jest kaucja w wysokości 1000 batów

Gute Lage, etwas außerhalb (ca.5-10 Minuten vom Zentrum) Ruhig gelegen Nette Gastgeberin (Basic Frühstück inklusive) Klimaanlage gut, Betten in Ordnung, Bad sehr spartanisch aber sauber und funktional. Für Phi Phi preislich wirklich in Ordnung im Gesamtpaket.

I really really didnt like this hotel and i would strongly advice you to stay literally anywhere else than here. The room was not clean and when we woke up on the first night there were bugs everywhere in the bed, it was really gross. Overall the room just really wasn't clean, but it wasnt the most expensive hotel so we didnt want to be to strict about that, but when i woke up in a bed covered in little insects and we went to tell the owner, I was shocked by her reaction. I really don't think this woman should work in hospitality. She accused us of bringing the bugs to the hotel, she raised her voice at us and she was so rude and mean, it was insane. She made a guy strip down the bed and demanded that we showed the bugs inside the mattress too and said we can only checkout early if we showed her bugs in the matrass too. I dont care if theyre in the matrass, i woke up in a bed filled with insects, they were walking over my phone, over me, over the sheets, it was disgusting. Afterwards they found that the insects didnt come from us and weren't bed bugs just different insects and she literally laughed in our face pretending we were being dramatic because they weren't bedbugs. But no one would be happy to wake up in a bed filled with insects, wheter they are bedbugs or not. We tried so hard to checkout a few days earlier but she really wouldn't let us. Every night we only slept for about 2 or 3 hours because of the loud music and the airconditioning not working properly, it was either freezing or really hot in the room. We didnt even get a blanket, only a duvet cover, if i turned on the AC i was honestly shivering even though i wore joggers and a hoodie, and if we turned it off it was too hot to sleep. All we wanted was to check out earlier as this stay was a disaster, but she really wouldnt let us without having to pay for the remaining nights. I really hope people read this and decide not to stay here.

Czysto i wygodnie. Widok na morze. Obsługa nawet Ok, chociaż pierwsze wrażenie było takie sobie. Jest śniadanie tzn tosty, banan, kawa, sok wliczone w cenę. Trochę slychać jednak tą muzykę z centrum Ważne że było czysto i codziennie sprzątane.

Air conditioner

Bathroom didn't have windows or an exhaust fan so the smell kept in the bedroom for some time after you do what you have to do there. Beds (mattress) are pretty hard. The owner tried to be gentle but almost the time she was rude and denied simple requests as extra sheets. The towel weren't change even if we asked for it.

Das Hotel liegt etwas am Rand und trotzdem zentral. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum und am Strand. Man hört die Musik am Abend schon, aber definitiv gedämmt, sodass man trotzdem meiner Meinung nach gut schlafen kann. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und es gibt einen Transport-Service um das Gepäck vom Pier abzuholen und wieder zurückzubekommen. Auch wenn das nicht unbedingt nötig ist, ist es eine gute Sache.

Eigentlich gab es da nichts. Klar gibt es, wie üblich in Thailand, immer mal ein jlein wenig zu bemängeln, aber ich kann das Hotel durchaus empfehlen.

The place was okay but the staff were not very welcoming. There was a time the power went off and we were boiling hot, no water in the shower or no alternative electricity. We had to spend 4 hours without any shower or AC or Fan. One of the window fly net fell off and hit my leg, left bruised my toe, maintenance required in the room.

Simple room with nothing special.

The towels smels bad. You can't use it because the smell remains on your hands.

J'ai pris la chambre vue mer, il y a ~15minutes de marche du port jusqu'au logement, la vue est exceptionnelle sur la petite terrasse, clim fonctionnel frigo dans la chambre, lit confortable.

People were really nice, you can see 2 beautiful cats and 1 dog really cute at the front desk. The owner suggest good activities for a cheap best, I recommand.

Almost everything was good. Nice distance away from the loud parties, much more peaceful and quiet. Yet still close enough to everything you need. Helpful staff. Room cleaned whenever I asked.

Some improvements are needed: 1. My room did not have a wardrobe to put my clothes into, so I had to scatter them all over the room. 2. A small part of toilet seat was broken, some parts stained (looks bad) 3. Bathroom tap almost had no pressure, so it was always challenging to use it properly. My suggestion to the owner: To fix all these things - it's pretty cheap, and it will surely improve your Booking Reviews even more :)

People were really nice, they also suggest good activities for a really good price. You have to walk a little to reach there but it's really convenient.

Nice Host, clean rooms, they help you to bring your bag to the room as well. So the place is clean and nice with friendly stuff.

Don’t choose this place if you are a light sleeper. We haven’t slept until 4am all the nights coz of the terrible noise from the beach clubs. Better choose another side of the island. So no questions to a place, but the noise ruins everything.

Preis/Leistung für Koh Phi Phi in der Hauptsaison in Ordnung. Personal freundlich. Lage gut, vielleicht etwas laut abends (allerdings gibt es Ohropax an der Rezeption), aber trotzdem abseits des Trubels und doch alles ums Eck, was man braucht. Zum Pier geht man ca. 15min, allerdings gibt es dort sogar einen Abholservice :)

- Unser Balkon war eine offene Fläche unter dem Stiegenhaus mit Blick auf die Wassertanks, die laute Pumpsysteme hatten. Kaum Möglichkeit Hand-/Strandtücher aufzuhängen, ein Wäscheständer wäre toll. Die Balkonmöbel unbequem, eine Hängematte wäre schön gewesen. - Wasserkocher und Tassen im Zimmer, allerdings kein Kaffee (kann man beim Frühstück holen, hilft aber nix, wenn man später als 10h ankommt) - Frühstück zweckmäßig, aber zumindest inkludiert - Bett recht hart (Geschmackssache) - Zimmerreinigung mittelprächtig; Handtücher hatten Flecken und Löcher, das Bad wurde nie gereinigt

Vapurdan ineceğimiz saatte bizi iskelede karşıladılar ve valizlerimizi otele kadar taşıdılar. Kahvaltı dahil olmamasına rağmen sabah basit kahvaltılıklar ve meyve ikramları mevcut. Personel çok ilgili, özellikle asit bey den çok memnun kaldık.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was offered free luggage transport to and from the pier to the hotel which was a much appreciated touch! The room was nice and clean with fresh bedding and towels as well as a kettle and toiletries. The hotel offer chilled water from a dispenser in the lobby and provide a complimentary breakfast as well which was another pleasant surprise.

It’s not a bad thing but just be aware you are a 10 minute walk from the main town but there are still shops and places to eat nearby to the hotel.

W sumie to bardzo miły był Pan który przewoził nasze bagaże. Bardzo miły i bardzo życzliwy dla turystów

la chambre était correcte, la personne qui nous a aidés à porter les valises à l’arrivée et au départ était très gentille, tout comme la femme qui prépare le petit-déjeuner.

À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, on m’a demandé un dépôt de 2 000 bahts, et 1 000 bahts ne m’ont pas été rendus à mon départ. L’établissement affirme qu’on ne m’a demandé que 1 000 bahts et m’a montré uniquement un extrait de vidéo où je donne un billet de 1 000 bahts, sans montrer la vidéo complète où je donne le reste, alors que j’ai des preuves photo. On m’a fait passer pour un voleur, et la dame à la réception n’a rien voulu entendre et a tout nié. Faites très attention à votre dépôt. Très mauvaise expérience pour moi avec cette situation.

Safe enviroment and luggage pick-up and drop-off from and to Tonsai Pier, closer to everything than it it seems, since its a really small island (15 min walk from the pier), if you dont like that and think its a lot: dont come to Phi Phi, its like that everywhere. Everyone mentioned the noise aswell, I didnt notice that to be so unbearable. Also if you booked this apartment thinking its nice because its close to Loh Dalum Beach - dont bath there! They are spilling sewage in to the sea. Its not the apartments fault - just tought its worth mentioning, because we did choose based on this reason.

The bathroom is however NOT for the weak. Moldy and needs renovation, you cant really ventilate it, because it doesnt have any windows or airways. Shower isnt really a shower as you would know everywhere else. Its just a showerhead and the whole bathroom gets wet but I think its almost everywhere like that in Thailand.

Spokojna okolica na uboczu gwarnego i śmierdzącego centrum. Budynek położony na wzniesieniu. Pokoje małe, skromne. Łóżka wygodne. Właścicielka pomocna w realizacji wycieczek.

Miejscowość bardzo głośna Do rana dyskoteka, hałasy niesie woda więc przy otwartych oknach nie idzie spać.
