A szoba déltől elkezdve olyan szinten bemelegedett, hogy a folyamatosan működő klíma sem tudta lehűteni és nem lehetett bent megmaradni. Borzasztó volt.

one of the staff members met us at the pier to help with bags, got to the resort and was an easy check in, had a small pool, a pool table and the rooms were so lovely!!

Quaint cozy cottage on the water, beach access and beautiful views of sunsets, water and town. Great off the beaten path location. For those that want local flavor instead of a large busy resort

Nice little resort, with a pool and nice views over the sea. There is a free pick up/drop off service from the pier to help carry bags.

Bathroom was not clean, limescale in the kettle and on bathroom tap. Sometimes the water came out brown. Air con wasn’t great, struggled to cool the room. No bin in the room and did not top up water bottles during stay.

The property itself is ok but if you don’t want to stay up till 4 am you won’t sleep the noise from the local bars are deafening even when you are in a ‘quiet’ zone. Would not recommend at all. They provide earplugs but they don’t work and cannot stop the room from shaking.

We stayed in room 1 - right on the rocky sea shore and the views and sunsets from the balcony were stunning. Our room was clean upon arrival and we had nice fresh bedding. Amenities included a mini fridge, a kettle, a safe, and a hairdryer. WiFi was intermittent.

This is a budget hotel so I don't want to moan too much but....... Our room was never cleaned by the hotel staff during our 5 day stay. We had to go to reception daily to collect our water and coffee refills plus clean towels and loo rolls. I don't know on what basis this property calls itself a "Resort"? it is a 2 star hotel at best offering basic accommodations. Nowhere on the Booking.com listing does it tell you that the Hotel is right next door to one of the biggest and loudest nightclubs on the island called Zeus. And none of the hotel staff informed us when we checked in either. I know the hotel has no control over it's neighbours activities but the noise invasion is excessive. Heavy bassline electro dance music starts around 3pm mid afternoon and carries on till 3am getting louder from midnight onwards, and even though the hotel provided us with earplugs it was impossible to enjoy a proper nights sleep. If I owned this business I would re-market it as a back packer "party hostel" and sell the rooms to the type of customers most likely to enjoy using the nightclub next door. There is a neglected and underused terrace area which could also become a great chillout area and sunset bar. To conclude : Sadly due to the noise issues I would not recommend this hotel. There are lots of quieter options on Phi Phi at a similar price. Such a shame because the views really are stunning.

Panie z recepcji bardzo miłe.Pozostala obsluga rownież mega miła.Odebrano nasze walizki z przystani,po wymeldowaniu rownież nam je dostarczono o umowionej godzinie🙂Oferują sniadania,my nie korzystaliśmy.Jest lodowka z napojami,a zaraz obok lokalny sklepik i restauracja.Do centrum bliziutko.

It was clean i give that but bathroom was filled with ants even before we got there. We stayed the new years eve so it was nice location and quiet to sleep for our room at least. Maybe the seafront rooms not so much.

Dieses Hotel ist eine Katastrophe für uns gewesen. Angefangen hatte es, dass man uns ‚vergessen‘ hat und kein Zimmer gegen 17 Uhr parat war. Man gab uns dann eines, bei dem maximal schnell das Bett frisch bezogen war. Das Bad war voller Haare und Dreck, es wurde definitiv nicht geputzt. Dazu bekamen wir eine einzige Klopapierrolle für 2 Nächte/ 3 Tage zu Zweit. Die Tür des Zimmers konnte man nicht vollständig schliessen und der Lärm ist wirklich unerträglich. Dazu kommt, dass die Klimaanlage nur funktioniert, wenn man im Zimmer ist. Sobald man es verlässt mit dem Schlüssel, gibt es keinen Strom. Somit pure Hitze und heisse Getränke im Kühlschrank. Grundsätzlich ist der Zustand des gesamten Zimmers auch im Vergleich zum hohen Preis wirklich unterirdisch. Warmes Wasser war grundsätzlich nicht zu haben. Das Personal war unterdurchschnittlich freundlich und lahm, aber hat sich grundsätzlich gekümmert, wenn man was wollte.

-ants in the bed and climbing in my suitcase. climbing up the walls. swarms of ants outside of the bathroom -urine stains on the floor/bedding. holes in the bedding -power cuts every 15 minutes for at least 3 minutes at a time. horrible stay. when we first arrive they said they didn’t receive our booking so they ‘upgraded’ our room. GOD if that was an upgrade i don’t even want to know what my original room is like. no proper bedsheets, the duvet was sandwiched between two disgustingly stained sheets -had to climb up a skinny windy set of stairs which was such a safety hazard. -the bathroom floor flooded everytime the shower was used!!! -holes also in the bedding everywhere. -paint stains on the floor outside bathroom. -loud buzzer noise (as-if someone was ringing a doorbell) went off the whole night, gave me such bad anxiety. !!!

Le personnel de l’hôtel était aigrie, désagréable. Aucune formule de politesse lors de rares échanges verbaux, et d’une froideur sans nom. Nous avions juste l’impression de les déranger. Petit déjeuner inclus dans l’offre à la réservation : petit déjeuner inexistant sur place. La chambre n’est pas nettoyée si on ne le demande pas. Sans oublier le pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas. Une coupure d’eau a d’ailleurs eu lieu dans l’hôtel toute une journée. Fontaine à eau potable disponible 24/24 qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 4. Plus de personnel à l’accueil à partir de 18h, un numéro de téléphone ainsi qu’une sonnette est disponible mais évidemment jamais de réponse.

Rien n’est entretenu. Tout est vétuste, mal fait. Pas de ménage dans la chambre, une Clim qui a coulé sur toutes nos affaires, une porte qui n’est même pas faite aux mesures de l’encadrement avec un jour permettant donc aux insectes et petits reptiles de rentrer. Niveau bruit, vous avez l’impression d’être dans la discothèque avec votre lit … On ne parle pas vraiment de l’amabilité du personnel, ce n’est pas un fort non plus … Bref si vous voulez vous reposer et être bien dans votre chambre, passez votre chemin.

there was a gap under the door so we had mosquitos in the room and it was slightly loud from the nearby bar but that is normal on the island

Rooms could have a good view of the ocean.

Extremely far from the main area. Bathrooms smelled extremely bad to the point where no one would use them and would walk 10 minutes to use a public bathroom instead. Infested with ants in the room. Asked for additional towels but they never showed up. Overall, would not recommend or stay again.

Very nice view of the bay. Very cosy and really nice staff.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the main part of the isand which was expected. Very nice for a bellboy to take our bags to and from the pier. View was really nice however the beach club nearby is quite loud, they do provide earbuds but be warned.

Accomodatie ligt op een fijne, rustige locatie buiten de drukte en we hebben prachtig uitzicht gehad. Het huisje is leuk ingericht en was redelijk schoon. Er stonden flesjes water en 2 snacks voor ons klaar.

Er was geen opbergruimte. Al onze spullen lagen op de grond. Er was niet eens een spiegel wat je wel mag verwachten vind ik. De terrasondergrond was plakkerig en niet echt schoon, ook zit het hier savonds vol kakkerlakken. De voordeur had een gat onderin waar mieren doorheen konden komen, we hadden ook altijd mieren lopen, wat in combinatie met onze spullen op de grond door geen opbergruimte niet zo fijn was. Savonds veel geluid en gedreun van naastgelegen bar, hiervoor krijg je oordopjes en dat is ook het meeste wat het hotel hieraan kan doen dus dat is prima. Kleedje op het kleine tafeltje was vies en zat vol vlekken, niet zo netjes.

Not the hotel’s fault at all but the clubs that are on the beach play their music really loud. The hotel give you ear plugs which is probably the only thing they can do to help. Would recommend this hotel for those who aren’t bothered by outside noise and/or are into bars and clubs as the room is really cute and cozy.

Zacznę od standardu łazienki, która była tragiczna i do której codziennie wchodziły jakies duże glizdy. Nie było wydzielonego prysznica. Tylko słuchawka przy scianie. Brak codziennego serwisu z wymianą ręczników czy sprzątaniem pokoi. Śniadania były tragiczne codziennie jajko sadzone i niedobre coś Ala kiełbaska plus kawa lub sok, zero warzyw, zero nabiału, serów,jogurtów. Nie dało się tego jeść.

Der Ausblick Richtung Meer war ganz nett. Und es gibt eine water refill station.

Es war nicht sonderlich sauber, es war vieles schon recht abgenutzt, der Lärm von außen wird nicht durch Fenster oder Türen abgeschirmt, man benötigt auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel (die sie zumindest zur Verfügung stellen). WLAN war sehr instabil. Außerdem war es keine gute Lage, man war sehr außerhalb, aber im Sinne von fernab vom Schuss. Und wenn man in die Stadt ging, kam man immer bei Ecken und Gassen vorbei, die bestialisch gestunken haben. Das hat man aber zum Glück nicht ins Hotelzimmer gerochen.

Had to walk through a very smelly area to reach the hotel. Surrounding area had a really bad litter problem but I am finding this is the case in loads of Thailand resorts.

The noise comming from the beach, was impossible to sleep even using earplugs. The staff was not helpful about cleaning and needs.

I liked the view

The electricity went off every 5 minutes meaning the aircon did not stay on. The music from the beach echo’s so loudly all night long. Our room had some sort of heat generator underneath making our room extra hot

The staff were friendly but did try to charge us twice

The ridiculously loud music from the club next door shakes the rooms until 4 am. No sleep at all. The beds were uncomfortable. The buildings are small, old and run down, stained and full of ants. The surrounding area on that side of the island is filled with garbage and raw sewage, which smells terrible. We paid £40 per person per night which was very expensive for what we got. I do not recommend this place at all.

The view from the property is stunning, the staff were friendly. The room was basic but comfortable for a few nights.

There was no housekeeping service so no change of towels or empty bins etc. the music at night was really loud until about 2am. Fine if you enjoy the party scene but not if you want a quiet evening.

Nothing special. The bed was ok

The room needs a renovation. The bathroom was in bad condition. It has impurities in the toilet and some stamps in the wall. We have to leave our room one hour later from the check out and the staff charge us 300 bhat that is an INSANE PRICE FOR ONLY ONE HOUR LATER!

La preparation du petit dej est beaucoup trop long, et nous sommes installés sur la terrasse exterieur pas nettoyée. La music des bars sur la plage trop fort et jusqu'a 3 heures du matin.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen todo lo que necesitas, se ven bien ornamentadas y limpias. Las personas que trabajan en este hotel son amables y serviciales. Por las noches si bien hay ruido no fue molesto y además el hotel provee de tapones de oídos (en mi caso ni los ocupé).

Las áreas exteriores no se ven bien mantenidas y hasta un poco desordenadas, las habitaciones son muy bonitas pero la recepción, piscina, cosas de gimnasio parece más el patio de una familia local que un hotel.

The noise from the bar next door was outrageous. At times the room was vibrating. There is nothing relaxing about it. The noise didn’t stop until 3.30am. There was bugs in the room, the insect nets over the windows had holes so didn’t stop the bugs getting I . The water in the shower had an odd smell. I would not recommend staying there.

The complex itself fits well to the environment. Our hut and bed was comfortable, the AC worked properly, the terrace had beautiful views. It is a good value for what we paid. The staff was also kind.

What worries us is the condition of the garbage in the surrounding area (and the entire island actually). In our opinion the hoteliers and other owners should get a grip on this issue along with gov authorities or find a solution themselves. In conclusion they should do more. You can see close to the hotel how all sewerage and a lot of garbage of this part of the island goes to the sea etc… very sad!

Il manquait 1 petite table de nuit et on ne pouvait pas brancher la lampe de chevet près du lit - manque de cintres pour suspendre les vêtements… l’hôtel est juste à côté d’un bar boîte de nuit musique très forte jusqu’à 2 ou même 3 h du matin pour les 3 nuits que nous avons passées à Koh phi phi - la piscine très petite qui était fermée

Too loud at night because of night club, brown water coming from tap, the room is not secured enough and lots of small gaps in door to allow ants, mosquitoes, lizards, and millipedes in and they go into the bed. Far away from everything, the property is still under construction so it surroundings are messy and loud. Don’t let the pictures trick you

Las vistas al mar.

- No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones: no dan toallas nuevas, ni papel higiénico nuevo a no ser que se lo pidan y no cambian sábanas. -No se puede conciliar el sueño hasta las 3 de la mañana, hay una discoteca al lado con un ruido brutal con la música alta. - Puerta corrediza/ventana no cierra bien( habitación 33), entran bichos. -Ubicacion un poco lejana, no recomendable.

Ночью крайне шумно, но об этом кажется предупреждают и подают беруши в номер. Мне с ними не спалось и Я ворочался до 4-5 утра, но женщина отключилась ещё в районе 12.

La vista que teníamos desde la habitación era lo mejor Nos alojamos en la habitación SSV2. La "SSV1 y la SSV3" también tiene la misma vistas al mar,diría que esas 3 habitaciones son las mejores con vistas hacia el mar. En la nuestra se puede ver a Godzilla.Buscarlo ;)

The staff were fairly friendly on check in.

The property failed to make it clear regarding noise. Every night there was a bass blasting until 3am and the walls of the rooms are like cardboard so we weren’t able to get to sleep. Because of how disruptive the noise was we left PhiPhi 2 days earlier than planned. There was also what can only be described as a dumping ground right next to our room which was honestly shocking to see and work being done that would start in morning and throughout the day

Je n’ai rien aimé du tout

Les photos ne reflète pas la réalité la chambre paraissait délaissé et n’était pas propre il y avais des traces sur les draps. On devait être à 2 pour attraper le robinet pour le maintenir sur le lavabo car il était tourner sur le côté. En ouvrant le robinet c’est un liquide marrons qui est sorties et non pas de l’eau. Plein de grosse blatte et de lézards. L’hôtel est tout au bout de l’île et les portes des chambres qui ne ferme pas vraiment HÔTEL À FUIIRR !!

La vista es hermosaaaaa, espectacular al frente del mar con un lindo balcón pides ver la montaña de al frente muy muy recomendado y lejos del centro del movimiento

Algunas cosas estaban en mantenimiento posiblemente por la temporada baja, pero imagino que es para hacer mejoras al lugar
