Posizione ottima per la spiaggia vicinissimo al pharsha..

Pulizia, ordine, lo staff gentile e disponibile, perfettamente attrezzato, la posizione perfetta vicino al Farsha, negozi, farmacie, facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici. Ottimo in tutto!!!!

Utilizzo spesso gli appartamenti del sig. Mounir. Sempre pulitissimi, ben attrezzati. La location è ottima. A metà strada tra il Dahab Mall e il Farsha.

Proprietario e staff sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Appartamento ben pulito e attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione vicino a tutti i servizi e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal farsha.

La proximité des plages surtout golden beach ! Et quartier populaire.

I liked being close to Dahab Centre which was good for groceries, cafe and meals. The host was responsive on message and super helpful which included allowing me to check-out and arranging transport to the airport for me in the middle of the night.

I think it would have been good if there could have been a large bottle of water (the really big ones) in the kitchen. With that said I could have asked for one too.

It is a spacious apartment, located in a residential area, just 5 min walking from Farsha Beach and 30 min from beautiful el Fanar reef. There are enough food options and shops within walking distance. We liked that it had everything we needed for a longer stay, to cook and do laundry. It also has enough room for storage for large bags, and that was a huge plus. Our host was responsive and kind and tended to all our needs. We also enjoyed the company of some really cute kittens while we were there.

We had some problems with the wifi. It turned out that despite our host’s best efforts, the wifi was not reliable for working for 2 people, so we used local sim cards. Also, the neighbourhood is quiet most of the time, but sometimes there were kids playing loudly in the street at night or people arguing loudly very early in the morning. Other than that, it was alright.

Clean and spacious apartment, in the main area of Sharm-El-Sheik. The lanlord was very friendly and helpful.

Il proprietario sempre disponibile, l'appartamento modesto ma funzionale . Ottima posizione per qualsiasi spostamento, vicino ci sono negozi farmacia ecc.. Molto gatti in esterno come in tutto l'Egitto

Trascuratezza esterna ma non dello stabile, credo che sia normale le zone esterne , spiaggia un po' distante.

Lugar muy limpio, amplio y ordenado. Bien equipado. Camas cómodas y cuenta con lavadora. Cercano a Farsha Café, El Fanar Beach, supermercados y puestos de comida. A unos 30 minutos caminando (o bien 5 en taxi), está el Old Market, perfecto para un paseo nocturno o al caer la noche. Anfitrión amable. A mi parecer, merece más que un 10. Excelente relación precio-calidad.

Это не студия, а полноценная однушка. В гостиной при входе я работала, в кухне готовила, в спальне спала. В гостиной и спальне есть на выбор кондиционер или окно плюс вентилятор. Вместо микроволновки минипечка, очень быстро разогревает. До Дахаб молла 6 минут пешком, до пляжа фарши ну 8 минут. Очень удобно сушилка на улице, все сохнет за полчаса. Заезжала и выезжала позвонив по телефону. Хозяин быстро спускался и выдавал и забирал ключ.

Очень хотелось бы питьевой воды в комплекте, но это просто пожелание.

We had a wonderful time in Mounir's apartment. The location and neighbourhood are perfect. There's a a shopping centre just 5 minutes away on foot, and Farsha is less than 10 minutes away. The apartment is very spacious and has all the basic amenities. Everything was very clean inside and outside the apartment. The housekeeper, Nassir, did a very good job. Well done! The wifi was very fast. I did some work and video conferences. I didn't experience any problems with the internet. Thank you very much Mounir! We will definitely come back. Yiannis & Monica
