I was very disappointed with my stay. The TV did not work at all. The air conditioner was extremely slow and did not cool the room properly. The furniture was very old and worn out, and the bed linens were not clean at all. Overall, the room was not well maintained, and I would not recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026It is listed as a boutique hotel but its is not an hotel , its an air bnb , i didnt meet any of the staff, the location is so hard to reach, there was no sign that this is sesen blu hotel ( since its not an hotel) , its much smaller than expected and i booked for one person and one child 7 years, got a very small single bed and a broken sofa bed

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Location was good. The apartment itself was a lovely rooftop open space. All the facilities were there including a decent shower with ample towels, and shower gel. A nice terrace perfect for relaxing and working. Host was welcoming.
No local shops so deliveries only. The property is also used for filming and i found many people kept walking onto the terrace, which after the 5th time got kinda annoying. The wifi wasn’t the best, and you lost signal if you moved to the edge of the terrace.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025The compound is excellent, high level, upper class. The host made extra effort to have me picked where the taxi had left me, which was a distance away. I liked that the host kept track of me on my inward trip, and gave directions. He was available on the phone, and sent his assistant whenever I needed something. The apartment was perfect clean. It looked sparkling, lovingly cared for and looked like a hotel room. Colour coordination was great. There were tissue papers, a bottle of water and two mango drinks. I appreciated that thoughtfulness. Internet was good.
It was hard for me to find a shopping place.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2025Very bad experience. I booked two apartments with the Apartment with Garden View & DELUXE DOUBLE Room. After arriving, the owner gave me two of the same small room. I proposed that there is a huge difference between the room and the booking. After discussion. At 8:23 pm, the homeowner told me that if I didn't want to live, I could check out, and let me leave with the children. I think this is completely irresponsible, it is dark, how can I go to other places to stay in.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2024It’s a family house and they have apartments in the building that they are renting out so it’s very safe and protected. The host Omar is very nice, attentive and always available to help. The place was clean and it has a beautiful rooftop. If you want this side of the city (sheikh zayed side) then you would love this property.
Nothing that I can think of. You just need to be on top of the cleaning ladies to make sure they do the cleaning that suits your desire.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2024the host was amazing, with great hospitality. I arrived at 12 midnight and the host helped me with my luggage as he could see how tired I was. I have travelled to many places, but in regards to hospitality and customer service this tops it. the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable to live in, and the view from the terrace is simply breath-taking. whenever I combe back to Cairo I will be coming here directly.

They ordered me food via the local app. Drinks on the house. 100% I am heading back this way if I am in the area. Thanks for the soft touches. Goes a very long way!

It contains all the facilities like Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Air-conditionor, Washing Machine, Kitchen with gas connection, electric stove...etc. The water taps provide both cold and hot water for you to use for cooking and drinking. Omar (owner of the stay) treated me like a family member, helped me so much to get many things done. He has always picked my calls up, even when I call him too early or too late. I liked this place so much. He took me to the places nearby, We had a nice time visiting the local restaurants and grocery stores. The entire stay was very easy for me because of his and his family's help.
Everything is fine for me.
