Reviewed Jun 19, 2026I love that the person who is dealing with us is very accommodating and very flexible in our needs. The photos of the place are the same in actual. Well maintained inspite of other rooms in this building is infested of cockroaches, this room doesn't have it. Clean enough. Doesn't have too many rules to follow. The bed may not be really comfy enough especially for bigger people but I would say the organiser handling this unit did well so far. I love the most is the convenience of location. Across the road is SM Megamall. The price is not too bad. I like that it is not a bunk bed for the kids.
Bed wasn't so comfy and my kids has sensitive skin and need softer sheets. But for the average people these would be enough.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room was spotless and smelled great, with everything we needed provided. Plus, It's conveniently located right in front of SM Megamall entrance. Definitely worth the price. I’d love to stay here again!

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent. It's literally opposite SM Megamall and also very easy to get into EDSA, the main highway. The room fits 4 people comfortably. They provide towels and linen. There's enough space for 3 check-in luggage and 4 carry-on. Good to find a big gallon of drinking water that I think you can bring downstairs or message the vendor and have a refill delivered to the room. Unfortunately, we did not have time to check out the pool. We were able to have laundry done downstairs for a good price. We will stay here again in our next visit.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2024The location was great since it was walking distance to everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and the fridge was full size and kitchen was full equipped for long term stay. Entertainment and WiFi were great!
I noticed in my second day that there were roaches in the bathroom and in the room. I only stayed for 2 nights, but I wonder if more would show up the longer you stay.

The property is NOT a hotel. It is rather a booking agent for some of the rooms in the building. There’s NO on-site lobby or way to contact the leasing agent in person or by phone. The workers at the lobby said that they had never HEARD of Spacious Suites. There’s no phone number listed on their website. My phone was inadvertently locked when I tried to install a Philippine SIM card in it and was therefore unusable for my trip. I was unable to use my phone for emails and thereby get the room key. I therefore had to pay AGAIN for a room for those 5 nights and Spacious Suites never answered my email asking for a refund for the accommodations that were NEVER USED.

The rooms were smaller than I expected and the title spacious is misleading. We have a 1 year old child who needs more space to run around in. The WiFi did not work for 5 days out of 9. In the end it only needed a re-set but even after the reset the connection was lost a couple of times and further resets were required. This made it very hared to work and I had to walk out to cafes to work.

Miscommunication from host(our fault), but it was all ironed out in the end as the host accommodated our needs.
