We doesn’t have tissue, slippers and toothbrush available on our room. The aircondition was a little bit weak though it is on the 16 level.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The staff was ultra friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically call out your bellboys, Elmark and Rey. They went out of their way to assist us with our large and cumbersome luggage. They even arranged our transportation conveyance to NAIA.
A few cockroach in the room, and the uncomfortably long wait for the elevators. In Tower A, it had 50 floors and only 2 elevators units were functioning.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026I always choose BSA Twin Towers because it is very convenient and easily accessible to SM Megamall and the government offices I need to visit. I also love the room's ambiance and cleanliness, but what I appreciate most are the large windows. Since I have claustrophobia, I always request a room with a nice view, as it makes my stay much more comfortable.
It would be great if you could keep a guest profile to identify returning guests and consider their preferences. As a regular guest, I would truly appreciate consideration for requests such as early check-in, since I usually arrive after a long flight.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room! A lot of mould in the shower window curtain. Towels had wear holes in them. Unit had a kitchen with hot plate but there were no pots and pans. And no washing up detergent or cloths. Placed on the 51st floor so long waits getting the lift.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The service from the lobby to the porter to housekeeping was great. In fact, I would like to point out one person, Ms. Joy is all I know her as by name. She was my primary housekeeper and I saw her most days during my stay from 2-12 June (although I did not check in until early am 3 June). She greeted me with a smile and kindness every time I saw her and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything in the room. supplies and cleanliness. I had a rough time with my in-laws in another room at one point, but her smile and approach to her job somehow made a difference in me and helped me through my personal issues. She's Awesome!!!
The lighting, specifically in the bathroom. The lighting over the sink was just miserable. Recessed lighting does not support enough lighting to see how well I'm shaving. I had to use the light from my phone to see because it was just too dark to see anything more. I can't imagine a female putting on make-up with one hand while holding the light in another hand...that's just bad design layout. If you don't believe me, go to Tower A, room 4607 and see how well you shave/put your make-up on first thing in the morning. Also, the AIRCON was not up to par. I pressed buttons to boost it to max, there was no change from anything. When condensation started putting puddles of water on the floor and the maintenance crew opened it up in front of me, it was clear that routine maintenance had not been done on these window units. Being 46 floors in the air, I can't imagine if something bad happened and it had a total failure and started dropping parts off of the unit that high. I truly expected more from such a prominent facility in the Manila spectrum of titan buildings.

They don’t have basic needs like iron board. I had to do the ironing in the chair. The staffs are not helpful for queries on “where-to’s”, as if they don’t know anything about their surroundings. They must have at least one suggestion, and not “wala po kami alam”. That’s pathetic for a kiosk called “information”, where all they know is check-in and check-out🙄

Infested with small cockroaches. Towels and beddings needed to be replaced. It's old. I didnt know pets not allowed, my relatives visited me with a dog but was barred from going up by 3 security staff. As if theres a crime scene as they all come up to me telling me that its not allowed.
